This book and its resources has been extremely helpful as I plan a STEAM homeschool curriculum for my young grandchildren.

The art section of this book is wanting -- at least it's not the type of art I think is actually useful for preschoolers (for that, see Don't Move the Muffin Tin). I also didn't really like the technology part. But the rest was wonderful! Fairly easy ideas that totally engage the children in real learning that I haven't seen again and again and again. Searching for quality, educational preschool activities online is seriously hit-or-miss, mostly miss. Many activities put most of the work on the adults, creating things that photograph well, because, I don't know, that's the sort of stuff that brings more readers to a blog? That's not the case here. The activities are actually for the children, and they seem really interesting and fun. I'm excited to try some of these out.
