"Tree Roads" by Murielle Cyr appealed to me because of the cover. I had no idea what emotional rollercoaster I had let myself in for. In just 15 pages a LOT happens and I found myself challenged in my opinions about prejudice and goodness. This is quite a powerful and thought provoking story that stayed with me long after I finished reading it. A remarkable short, worth all of 5 stars.
