This a spin-off from author's other series Storm, short novella, helluva smutty. I had a really fun time reading it. My face was either fifty shades of red from all the dirty talking and hot sex, or I had a stupid grin on my face from MC's banter and bickering. I'm not even sure, who I liked more. Carla, who was sassy, sexy little thing or Havoc, big, badass biker boy. And their mouths? Oh man, both of them had them dirrrty, like a lot! When you add a nice story to it, you have a good reading:)
And thanks to Jennifer for the tip on this one, really enjoyed it!

Someone needs to tell me if I was supposed to read a whole series before I dived into this one? Well either way, this was hot and gritty story that had me blushing and I'm definitely interested in reading on. While the story didn’t really bring anything new to the biker book world, I still liked it!
Havoc is a nomad member of Storm Motorcycle Club, who is back in Brisbane since his father has taken ill. He hasn’t had a relationship since he was last in town. I think the author should have made this ex somewhat likable because I just couldn’t picture him actually caring about her at all. Anyway, Havoc’s at a bar when a girl named Carla gets his attention with her foul mouth and different appearance from his same old.
”Jesus Fuck. She was a dirty bitch and my dick ached for that mouth of hers.”
Havoc and Carla have a crazy night and I mean these two are dirty mouth squared together. They literally run into one another again and so their relationship forms. They are so above all the b.s. that any other couple would be dreading through teetering the line between scorching and smoking hot.
”I’ve been dreaming of sex on your bike.” His forehead creased slightly.
“Babe, the shit I want to do to you cannot be done on a fuckin’ bike so get that fantasy out of your mind.”
“Really? It would be so hot though.” His lips crashed down onto mine, and he took my mouth forcefully before letting me go and growling.

“Destined Havoc” is the book 1 in “Havoc” Series by Nina Levine.
Havoc is a member of Storm Motorcycle Club. He is back in Brisbane beacuse he’s father has some health problems. However he doesn’t plan to stay long. One night, in a bar he meets Carla, a 23 years old young woman. Carla is not his type, but he’s drawn to her immediately.
“She had something that was making my dick get hard and I needed to know what it was.”
Carla not only looks different from Havoc’s usual hooks-up, she has a personality like no other woman he met before. Like him she has a filthy mouth.
“The only thing better is a man’s cum sliding down your throat while you’re lips are wrapped around his cock and you’re holding his balls in your hand.”
They spend a hot night together, they part ways, but they meet again and of course they can’t stay away from each other.
Carla doesn’t have a biker in her life plan. She wants stability and she’s pretty sure Havoc is not the man for her. Plus, it’s fairly clear he wants only sex. However, he fascinates like no other.
This was really good for a novella. I didn’t have any expectations, since this was my first read by this author, but I really enjoyed it. Also I found it very refreshing for a MC novel. Why? Simply because Carla is not a stupid, clumsy heroine. I’m sick and tired of heroines who are like that in a MC book.
Carla was fantastic! I really liked her. She doesn’t take sh*t from anyone, she knows what she wants and she goes for it. She’s a woman who knows what she believes and isn’t afraid to say so. And the good think Havoc thinks the same. Havoc is a badass biker who obviously is sex on a stick. He doesn’t want or need a relationship when he meets Carla, but he can’t ignore the strong attraction between them. He knows to use his hands, his mouth and his cock, so yeah, Carla is a lucky beeyotch. And of course I loved his dirty mouth! Both Havoc and Carla were likeable characters and for a novella their characterization in my opinion was great.
The sex scenes are hot as fu*k – intense, passionate and well written. I liked there’s no drama in this first book in the series.
The story ends with a cliffhanger, so I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

THREE AND A HALF STARS!
First things first, I have to make mention the dude on the front cover. His nipples are as hard as bullets.
I have no idea why I am so fixated on them. .____.
This was a decent read. Havoc is a dirty talking enforcer and Carla is an unapologetic heroine who's not shy about seeking her pleasures. A chance encounter leads to a steamy one night stand, a night that neither are able to forget. Circumstances continue to throw these two together until finally, they decide to take a chance on something more.
So, why not five stars? I wished that the characters and story were fleshed out a little bit more. This is one of those instances where the short length of the novel worked against it in my opinion.
The other thing was the americanised feel to the story. I was surprised to see the setting of this book as here in the Aussieland, with a few things coming off as strange to me. The first was Carla's schooling situation. We have this thing called FEE-HELP, which basically means that the government pays for your schooling, and once you get a job and reach a certain threshold, a percentage of your pay goes towards repaying your loan from the government. I couldn't see why Carla's schooling wasn't covered by this. The only thing I could think of is that the college she was attending wasn't an accredited institution, which would be ridiculous considering how much she wanted to become a designer.
Additionally, (admittedly, this one is a bit of a silly point), I didn't read a single 'mate' in the book. You'd think with this being set in 'Straya, there'd be at least one character who'd refer to someone else as 'mate'?
Overall, a decent read. Shout out to Nina and all the other Aussie writers. I'm proud as hell of all of ya.

Havoc is sinfully sexy and such a great dirty talker. I never read the Storm MC series before, so I'm not sure is there more to his background. But even without knowing much about both Havoc and Carla, I love reading them burning up the short 85 pages. Definitely will read the next part.

SOOOO, I think I may have jumped the gun and read this before the other series that is before it, but it didn't matter. No spoilers that I noticed anyway, unless it may have been a couple that had a previous book. Not that that will ruin anything for me, but I can't be sure exactly. Beyond that, I really loved this little short story.
Havoc was divine, yum!!!!! He had the most deliciously dirty mouth. And Carla was the say exactly what's on your mind, badass I think we all really want to be. Havoc meets Carla in a bar. Both seem to have sworn off the opposite sex for a while, so naturally are only looking for a good time with absolutely no complications. Instantly both are attracted to the other and of course they are smoldering between the sheets, but a one night stand is a one night stand, so neither plan to ever see the other again. But fate has something else in mind, bringing the two back together, for which leads to what Carla refers to a two night stand and maybe even more.....???
But this line,....omg, wow!!!
"Listening to you try to boss me around turns me way the f*ck on. And, babe, what I want to do to you will give you more fu&kin' pleasure than coffee, but if you still want coffee once I'm finished, I'll damn well go out and buy it for you. Now, are we good to go?"
The only thing I didn't like about the book was that damn ending, lol. My gosh, I was really really into this book and then *brake* cliffhanger ending. :( These make me so sad, lol. It was only about 85 pages so I was like locked into this thing and was left wanting so much more. So, of course I'm highly anticipating the next installment. Guess, I'll go back now and read the series I should have read before hand until then, lol.

I purchased the Bad Boys of Romance Biker Anthology box set just to get this book. I have read all of the Storm series by Levine and enjoyed them. I really liked Havoc and Carla's story. Havoc is your hardened veteran biker who has gone Nomad from the Storm Club after experiencing heartbreak when his fiancee cheats on him. Two years later he's back in town and meets Carla. Love Carla and her independence and self confidence. Usually those types of women in a biker book can come across as abrasive and OTT, but Carla just exudes confidence without the OTT bad ass. As you would guess, this is not a complete book but an opener for the new series. I enjoyed it and will definitely be getting the next book. I enjoyed reading about characters from the Storm series and can't wait to find out what happened to Scott...did he start his own MC?
At the end of the book the author tells the reader the next book is coming soon but doesn't give a date.
One funny note is that the book talks about the H driving a ute. Had to look that one up. It's the same thing as a SUV but ute is used in Australia and New Zealand.

Profanity flows from their mouths like a water fountain, so if that would make you uncomfortable – pass this one by. Written from a dual POV – which I adore, the story is highly erotic and supposedly only a sex thing – but seems to be building up to far more.

Nina freakin Levine rocks! Holy crap Havoc was amazing! I devoured this book from the first page to the last and was still wanting more. There was no huge cliffy and if you've read the Storm books you know all about some dirty bikers. Havoc is no different. Well maybe a little dirtier but that's nothing to hate on. I freakin love it!
Havoc and Carla are amazdballs together. They are so much fun to read. Their banter had me rolling laughing. That woman is as dirty as Havoc and that says a lot. I loved her! Shes a bad ass heroine that doesn't take shit from anyone. She has some backbone like the other storm women. Which makes her even better in my book. And Havoc... hot damn that man is smoking hot. Not only that though he's real. He may be a stubborn asshole but he loves with all he has. Which is freakin swoon worthy!

Unfortunately, I didn't care for this story. I've been reading MC romances a lot lately and love a rough and tumble growly biker. Although the story has lots of sexy bits, I just didn't get the point or feel the remotest connection between Havoc and Carla. Sexual, yes and nothing more. I couldn't get a bead on the plot of the story. Typically MC romances have a subplot that is closely linked to the romance do the two connect nicely. If there was a subplot in this story, it was not apparent to me. Havoc is an enforcer who beats down people for his MC. He wreaks Havoc, I suppose. But the alley scene where he is beating the two guys who owed the MC money occurred out of the blue and for no reason or rhyme -- other than to show his prowess. Possibly this fits into a plot in book 2, I don't know. I probably will not either as there wasn't too much in this story to spark my curiosity in the next one. I also was not pleased at the 80% cliffhanger ending that occurred at an odd spot. Not a natural cliffhanger at all. It felt as if it stopped in the middle of a thought giving it more of a serial feel than a true novella.

Carla has to be one of the toughest b*@#ches I seen in a long time. She shows up in the bar Havoc is in & recognizes Havoc’s cut. He’s not really looking for anything so at first he’s kind of rude. But after she sasses him right back he starts to get intrigued. After a few drinks & some sass back & forth, things heat up fast.
There is lots of action (both physical & sexual) as well as intrigue in this book. We get to see several of our favorites from Storm MC, like Nash, J, & Griff. And there is a little bit of a twist concerning Carla. Can’t wait to read more in this new spin-off!!!

Read the Destined Havoc novella in the Bad Boys of Romance - A Biker Anthology box set, but it is just an intro to the new Nina Levine series. But liked Havoc and Carla (Nash 's sister), and there are a few scenes with J, Nash, and Velvet - so it was nice to see them. Havoc is an alpha hot guy who takes care of "problems" for the MC, and Carla is a straight-forward woman who will take sex where she can get it from hot alpha guys. By the end of the novella, both are interested in each other in more than the one-night stand kind of way. Can't way to see how their relationship plays out, and can't wait for both series to continue.

I can't say for a fact that I really liked this book, but I can say I didn't hate it. the h just seemed a little slutty to me. they've only really got chemistry going on for me to consider this a romance. maybe the next book will flesh out some feelings other than just sex. I don't mind reading about an h that can embrace her sexuality, but there is a fine line for me that crosses over into just another slut the H usually sleeps with and a woman who is different than those, and this chick is falling into just another and not something organised someone different than the usual. I'll be debating whether to bother with book 2.

Havoc is just a sexy man, whose painfully honest, "you're dating the wrong men, darlin'. I've never cheated, and never contemplated it. Sure, I don't miss a beautiful woman when she walks past, but my d*** stays firmly where it belongs." His thoughts were my favorite part of the book, "Jesus eff. She was a dirty bi*** and my d*** ached for that mouth of hers. I leant towards her, our faces close. Tracing her lips with my finger, I murmured, "anytime you want to wrap these lips around my c***, you just say the word." He's protective of what's his, "my head snapped in his direction. "Back the eff off a**hole. THe only man she's gonnabe effing tonight is me."

I purchased the Bad Boys of Romance: Biker Anthology & this baby was inside.... I think the main draw card for me was Nina's book. I have been trying to hold out & wait till the next part was released before reading part 1.... but yeah that didn't last, I held on for a while though.
Nina you did another AMAZING job on Carla & Havoc's story! I loved seeing the Storm boys make an entrance & you should probably read this after Revive (Storm MC book #3) as it is set in around that time.

What's not to love? A hard nosed MC biker named Havoc with a domineering personality and a spunky, take charge girl named Carla. Each with their own secrets, learning to live in the moment. Havoc "takes out the trash" so to speak and Carla can't seem to catch a break. Ms. Levine writes a story with no apologies. I really enjoyed it and look forward to the follow up. Be warned this is a short story (novella). It can be considered a stand alone but you will need to read the next book in order to find out what happens next.

It felt like the story didn't contain a lot of background information about the characters which made it hard for me to connect with them. Especially Havoc. I didn't get why he was so hard all the time and why he did the things he did. I'm guessing in the next book it would go into a little bit more about that

I really want to give 5 stars the story was off the charts but this ends in the dreaded cliffhanger, got me going with what was about to happen and it cut off. This is off branch of her Storm MC series since this is about Nash's sister Carla and the Storm nomad Havoc.
