Learned a lot about coffee

Very easy to read and really makes you rethink a lot of the myths we have been told about coffee and love that a lot of the information provided is based on scientific research a

I have been thinking of cutting down on coffee, and even suspecting that it makes me sleepy. But yet awake. This book had me rethinking caffeine! It is based on quite simple principles, and I loved that many of the facts presented are based on scientific facts (with citations), but also very easy to read. Thank you for this, I hope to be able to review and rethink how I use and enjoy coffee. If anything it has at least made me more aware of how and when I have my morning (or afternoon) cuppa.
