This book was amazing, a solid 10/10.
Only a few books can make me cry, and I'm proud to say that this is one of them. Every character, every situation, every thought... It's all just incredible. All I can say is that I loved the book and I recommend it 100%!

P.S. Just to clarify, I cried because it was so moving, not because it's a sad story. It’s just so beautiful and heartfelt that it made me tear up.

This is the best coming-of-age novel I’ve read so far this year, and I’m really happy I discovered it early in the year. At first, my interest came from the pilot of the series starring @chokunz_jkz and @aston.lv_. In my opinion, choosing them as the main leads was such a great decision. I could truly feel how perfectly Chokun fits as Than and Aston as Marn. It made me genuinely happy to see the two of them as the main leads. The plot itself is also very well done.

I think the conflicts in this novel are relatable and make sense for teenagers. Ryu with his academic pressure, Than being haunted by guilt, Ying struggling with stigma, Hem facing a crisis of self-confidence, and Marn—a boy who is making his first friend in his life. Even though the novel progresses slowly, the author’s descriptions are excellent in portraying the atmosphere and the characters. I really appreciate how the author doesn’t rush the development of Than and Marn’s relationship; their bond is depicted exactly like high school students experiencing love for the first time (I love Than and Marn so muchh).

I truly hope this novel will get an English translation. I’m also looking forward to the series adaptation this year, and I hope it will be just as good as the novel and won’t disappoint!
