About the author

E. M. Fitch is an author who loves scary stories, chocolate, and tall trees. Her latest novel, OF THE TREES, is a Young Adult horror/fantasy inspired by haunted cemeteries and the darker musings of W.B. Yeats. Its sequel, AT WOODS EDGE, will be released in the coming year from Month9Books. She is the author of the Young Adult zombie trilogy: THE BREAK FREE SERIES. Her story, BETWEEN SHADOWS, was recently featured in the Fragments of Darkness anthology; and her new collection of short stories entitled THE VEIL: GHOSTS, GOBLINS, GHOULS is coming soon! Much better the the first, which says a lot to me. The Ms. Fitch made the story flow much better the second time around.

I don't know

This series is puzzling and boring. I like the story and the way it is heading. I like the way the author made obstacles and killed some characters that was the good parts. The things I don't like is the main character she is weak, in mentality and physically. I really am not liking this because of her. She doesn't stand up for herself. She lets people make decisions around her without participating. The characters make me not want to read it anymore.

Fitch carries us into the second novel with her lovely lilting voice and suspenseful style. I'm a zombie fan and what I get excited about is imaginative circumstances and happenings with zombie attacks. EM Fitch delivers. Look for the swamp scene...I promise it will delight your soul to pieces. I have grown rather fond of the characters, and was surprised and sad to see a few of them go. I'm really looking forward to seeing what happens in the next book!

Awesome!

This one was even better than the first. Definitely a page turner. I love the characters; they're interesting, funny, and relatable. Edge of your seat ending, glad there's another one! Can't wait for number 3!

I liked both books, but hated the ending of the second, left you hanging! Is there another book coming out?
