I was a little curious about this book at first, but it was actually quite enjoyable. I listened to it on audio. She has you take a couple breaks to kind of look around your surroundings and write things down to help you evaluate certain things. I found it helpful even though I didn't do any of the exercises. I learned more than I knew before I read the book and that's always a plus, right? Easy two day read with a toddler!

I appreciated the outlook of this book and whole heartedly agreed with it. However it was overall just an average audible lecture as I didn’t learn anything new. It offers good reminders to spend more time appreciating nature and the studies behind it.

This is a series of lectures designed to help the reader connect better with nature. I believe that I an already deeply connected with nature. The book made me determine to comment even more. I highly recommend reading it.

This was exactly what I needed to inspire me of different ways I can appreciate nature and how to incorporate being in nature in my day-to-day routines. Great resources provided as well!

Meh. Felt like a plug for her workbook more than anything but there were a couple new ideas.
