Dragons, who can resist
A new twist on a story about dragons. Very creative story that will have you viewing dragons in a completely different light. A little slow at first as the scene is set, but picks up speed as you go along.

It's very difficult to rate an omnibus collection with books by a number of authors.
Overall I give it a 3.5 star rating.
There is one horrible book, a couple of OK books and a couple of very good books.
Don't be concerned about which is the horrible book, it becomes obvious very quickly.
Those who rated it just one or two stars obviously were traumatized by the horrible story.

Andy Smithson
This story impresses me the most. It almost reminds me of the Boy Scouts manual. Be brave, tell the truth and do onto of gas you would want others to do onto you.
It's like reading a Robert Heinlein adventure novel for the first time.

I know a story is in trouble when it starts with a character waking up "as usual." Then the author starts with backstory. Two strikes and you're out.
The Centaurus Legacy, A Heck Thomas Thriller
also dnf at 1%
This could have used a good editor. And in just the first few pages, the author kept pounding the same points over and over. Yeah. I get it. Law enforcement. Warrant. Beat the other corrupt law enforcement agencies to the punch. Thanks. No thanks.

I'm never going to finish this. Cutting my losses at 67%. Some stories are fun but not really my cup of tea. I've got better stuff to get cracking on.
