Great tips for old and new Triathletes in bit sized chunks!
It's not a training programme, that for you to sort out with your coach; but it is laid out in such a way that you can refer to it when you want to, for example, look at your transition set up or your food intake etc..
I'll be keeping this as my reference bible and will be coming back to it!

Great book for newbies onip

Well written and easy reading with great tips you either never thought of or forgot. This is a book to read once a year just to remind yourself what you should be doing. Nice work Brett Lee Scott!
