ONE. HEAT. LEFT. And no one to share it with… In the old days, an alpha left his mate by holding the omega down and biting the bonding mark away. Now it’s done with a quick, clinical snip, but when my mate leaves me for his wealthy boss, my pain runs just as deep. Not only did my ex shatter my heart, he also left me with a mountain of debt, a half-renovated house, and a sleazy contractor who’s just waiting for me to crumble so he can own me in the worst way. I’m running on empty, with nothing but pure grit getting me through, when I meet Dash Devereux, a famous dancer and fellow omega. Instead of shunning me like so many others, he sees a kindred spirit, because Dash also knows the pain of rejection. But Dash is now being courted by two of the most attentive, attractive alphas I’ve ever met. When he makes it clear he wants me in his life, they become my protectors, and I start to believe I can be more than just the mate who was cast aside. The only catch? As an unbonded, I am drying out. I only have one heat left, and according to my doctor, it’s going to be torture. Without a mate of my own, I’m advised to auction it to the highest bidder, unless… Can these men see past my messy scars, and be there when I need them most?
Unbondedisastandalonebook in the Pack's Companion world. It includes pack bonds, messy heats, and alpha knots. There are NO shifters in this story, but there are tropes of hurt/comfort, soulmates, scent matching, and uber alphas. Check the TWs in the Author's Note.

Look, I have no qualms about having MM included in a reverse harem story.... but this book was very very heavy on the male aspect to the point where it took away from being Kate's story. All the focus was on the men developing relationships, both romantic and sexual, with each other and Kate seemed like she was either just there or an afterthought. Majority of the steam and even just intimate connection had within this book was between the men, not including Kate. It truly did make it seem like she was just a companion rather than a significant other, and it's such a disservice when this is supposedly supposed to be Kate's story. I know that there were major plot points involving Kate, but she wasn't written in a way that was focused as the main character, she was just kinda there while the men got together. The only relationship in this that made sense was Kate and Dash because there was shared affection and steam on page, and it actually made you believe their connection with a fair mix between being together and being with the alphas.
So Kate gets involved with Dash who is courting two alphas, but she also rekindles a romantic relationship with an old friend of hers. And for some absolutely criminal reason there is absolutely no full steam had between Kate and Lachlan in this entire book (other than oral), and the first steam scene there is with Lachlan he bangs Dash while only giving head to Kate... literally all supposeded sex that Lachlan and Kate have is off-page while all the described scenes are Lachlan with the guys. It was honestly such an appalling shock to the senses that he was the person that Kate brought into the pack and yet we don't see any developed relationship happen with them. Like yeah, i get that he said he loved her and vice versa but when all that's constantly shown is him getting banged the alphas or Dash and showning nothing with Kate, it completely negates the believability.
Like I said before, I don't have any qualms about MM written in a reverse harem, but when the main female character of a clearly female character focused book (summery is FMC pov, most chapters are FMC pov) is not the actual focus when it comes to the romance and steam of her own relationship... it's not an enjoyable read in my opinion. Like this book could've taken Kate completely out of the equation and the storyline of the relationship wouldn't've changed much which is sad considering that the bones of the story wasn't bad at all.
I really enjoyed the "unbonded" concept. It was interesting and devastating.
But why write a book about an omega who takes the backseat? I feel like Kate was almost a side character.
She's treated horribly by the ex and is barely surviving. Shunned and ridiculed for something that wasn't her fault. Then she plays sidekick to another omega even though everyone pretends she isn't. I just don't understand why you market a book about one person but the story is about another. Just write the MMMM book it seems like you wanted.
This is the third book in the Pack’s Companion series and can be read as a standalone. Unbonded pulled me in from page one and didn’t let me go until the very end. (I read it in one sitting—yes, I skipped dinner. Totally worth it. 😅)
The story centers around Kate, an unbonded omega who’s been through heartbreak, rejection, and more than her share of struggle. When she meets Dash—a fellow omega—everything changes. Dash is being courted by two Alphas who quickly become Katie’s world as well, along with a Beta from her college days who reappears in her life with warmth and loyalty. The dynamic is caring, protective, and deeply healing. I especially loved the Omega/Omega bond between Kate and Dash as well as the tender and oh so steamy moments the whole pack shared.
One of the most unique and emotional elements of the story was the focus on Kate’s last heat—a topic I’ve never read about in an Omegaverse book before. Roxy Collins wrote it with so much depth and detail, it made me cry and suffer with Kate.
If you love the kind of Omegaverse that makes you want to crawl into the book and never leave, Unbonded will be your next obsession. Roxy Collins never lets you down. And seeing familiar characters from earlier books felt like hearing from old friends—such a rewarding touch for returning readers.

I don’t think Roxy Collins can right a book that I won’t love, especially if it’s one of her OVs! The House of Omega is a god-tier OV for me, and the Omega Verse is another one of my favorite rereads.
This new book is set in the same universe as House of Omega and the Alpha Club, and it was so nice to see cameos from familiar characters! I LOVE this universe and each book in it has been amazing. This book had many of the components I love in Roxy’s books: a strong and integral beta with basically a soulmate bond to an omega, two omegas who are clearly meant to be together, a fully polyamorous pack where everyone loves on everyone, and so much more.
Unique to this one, it had neurodivergence representation that I felt was well done. It wasn’t super in-your-face, so it felt very authentic. I do wish we’d somehow gotten a scene of the omegas flaunting their bonds in front of Corbus’ mother, given her comment on love. But this is more realistic. 😄
I loved Dash! I could just picture him in my mind. He was so joyful and sweet, despite his parental upbringing.
All of the characters were fantastic and I loved each of them. They were each very distinct from each other and each had an important place in the pack. I particularly liked the relationship the two alphas had beforehand and how they supported each other.
I don’t have enough words to recommend this book, it was so great! It’s fully a standalone, but it’s so much more fun if you read the other two first, I promise it’s worth it. 🥰
I hope Roxy writes more stories in this universe, as I am dying for more glimpses of this world!
An amazing omegaverse that will take you through all of the emotions. Katie has been through tragic events, one after another until she meets another Omega while she is working. Small sparks happen, one thing leads to another, and then mix in 2 delicious Alphas and a beta from her past. I love that the author tied in characters from the other books! This book was incredible with storyline, to falling in the love with the characters, to the super spicy heat scenes. The epilogue was just perfect! Highly recommend any of the authors books.
Unbonded, book 3 of Pack’s Companion series by Roxy Collins. @roxycollinswriting is an author I love!
What a fantastic book about Kate, Dash, Bram, Corbus & Lachlan! Tropes: Contemporary, Omegaverse, Why Choose, MM, Female & Male Omegas, Beta, 2 Alphas, Ex Drama, Billionaire, Scent Matches, Chosen Mates, Found Family & HEA!
(4.5) I really enjoyed this book! I loved the dynamic between Kate and bram especially!! The pack companion series books are all so great! I do wish the pack companion part of the book/ contact would have been dived into a bit more, however.

Once again, roxy knocks it out of the park! Reading Kate's growth throughout the book was refreshing, from being burned and betrayed by her "mate" to then being surrounded by a potential pack who SAW her and appreciated her. An Uber alpha, neurospicey alpha, a sexy sassy male omega and a strong and confident beta make up this diverse pack 😍 it was a great read and i highly recommend it!.

I think this is the first Roxy Collins book I can say I didn't enjoy. This is another why choose, reverse harem, but I certainly didn't get that vibe with this. This almost seemed it was written to "correct" the issues in House of Omega where so much focus was placed on Grace, although she is the main character, and Max as the omega, his heat was glossed over. Well, it was too much of the guys banging and Kate just hanging around the fringes in Unbonded.
*Spoilers ahead*
Quick overview: Kate Valentine is a fashion designer who is rejected/unbonded by her alpha boyfriend who saddles himself with another pack. She's stuck with renovating a house they bought, and working several jobs to keep her head above water. One of those jobs, she's a housekeeper at a fancy hotel, where she comes across Dash Devereux, a principal ballet dancer. He's being courted by billionaries (naturally) and Dash and Kate instantly connect (because, why not). Kate is being stalked/harassed by a shady contractor while on top of dealing with the consequences of having her bond broken, which means she only has one heat left. Which that brings her back into contact with a friend from college who works for a company that helps facilitate heats. Long story short, Kate is courted by Dash's prospective pack.
Now, that should have been a story I devoured, yet as I read along, I found myself frowning.
Like you have Lachlan who has so-called loved her since college, and he ends up being a scent match, and yet...he bangs Dash before he bangs Kate??? How does that happen?
Dash goes into heat and his heat is very and I do mean *very* detailed, told from multiple POV's. Conversely, Kate's last heat is induced via super drug and is over in a sneeze. The kicker to all of that is, in the lore it's hammered into your skull that all of the attention is supposed to be on the omega. Not even during her heat is Kate the star of the show. Before she is knotted by either alpha, Lachlan and Bram go at it because Bram might be in a rut, so Lachlan is like "use me before you use her". Which sure, I can understand the sentiment, but again Bram should have had trust in himself he wouldn't hurt Kate, and be with her first for her last heat. But nope. Did Roxy even want to write about Kate, because it seemed the guys were way more into each other than her, and I felt they were written to like her out of obligation, a "here, damn" if I ever read one. This really could have been MMMM, as another reviewer pointed out.
This story could have benefitted with less sex and more plot involving Kate dealing with being unbonded, and not having her problems solved for her. IDK, I just wanted something else.
I think I'm ready - no I am ready for a new formula. Can we get some jealousy, can we get some second-guessing when trying to merge packs, can we can some more time? Everything happens within days and that makes it difficult to believe these characters are so enamored of one another that they're ready to be bonded after knowing someone for a whopping seventy-three hours. A tiny scoop of realism would go a long way in making these stories a bit more compelling for me.

Unbonded is the third book in the Pack's Companion series and can be read as a standalone.
I immediately loved Kate, when she finds out about her awful ex-mate unbonding her and the effect that has on her omega heats, I cried and felt so betrayed and sad on her behalf. What amazed me through the entire book is despite how terrible her situation is, she still shows compassion and braveness in spite of that. She’s the perfect mix of being incredibly strong but also vulnerable and I felt protective and worried about her. She’s independent and confronts her problems and seeing how much her confidence and security had grown through the love and support from the MMCs was heartwarming. Her passion and talent for fashion also made me interested.
I loved all the MMCs as well! All the pack are so supportive and considerate to each other. I loved how they all felt equal and distinct.
Dash (😍 his name) is a famous ballet dancer and also an omega. He’s her dreamy prince and the chemistry between Dash and Kate is fire and totally made me swoon.
Corbus is royalty, owns the Paragon Institute (the biggest gemstone brand), an alpha, neurodiverse and Kate’s mysterious scent match…
Bram is the strong but insightful uber alpha and head of finance at Paragon.
Ahh I love Lachlan, he is probably my favourite! He is Kate’s old college friend, a beta and comes back into Kate’s life about her last heat as he works for Safe Haven. I love how protective, sweet and caring he is towards Kate, or should I say Katie. She definitely deserved it and I feel like he’s the most grounded, real and similar love interest she has. And the chemistry between Lachlan and the alphas? Incendiary.
I was intrigued the whole book about the storyline as it’s such an interesting and unique take. Roxy Collins managed to keep me on my toes and shocked me multiple times. The pacing was great and kept me on the edge of my seat. All the events had a purpose as it either brought the pack closer together or highlighted our MCs. The heat and devotion in this book was *chef’s kiss*. The chemistry between all of them? 🥵 While other scenes were so perfect, heartwarming and beautiful.
I hated so many antagonists in this book. Collins seems to be too good at making characters so awful and rage-inducing that I actually want to reach into the book and strangle them. I will say, I was immensely pleased by the downfall of some of them, it was well deserved and truly satisfying.
100% recommend if you like the below tropes!
This book contains triggering content such as violence, abandonment, blackmail, instances of loss of free will due to alpha commands, parental neglect, sex trafficking, drug force and auction.
❤️🔥 Reverse Harem with M/M 👗 Rejected omega 🥺 Omega’s last heat 🍊 Scent matches 🥰 Hurt/ comfort 💎 Protective MMCs 👔 Uber alpha 🩰 Two omegas ☀️ Second chance beta

Unbonded by Roxy Collins is part of the Pack's Companion Omegaverse Series. We meet Kate, who has been abandoned/dumped by her not nice ex. And he left her with all the debt too. She is working herself to the bone when she meets another Omega. I loved watching Bram, Corbus, Lachlan, and Dash just love Kate for who she is. Loved it. Can't wait for more in this world.
Roxy has done it again, I finished this book in a day as I had to keep going - total page turner. Loved seeing the glimpses of the other Ubers aswell. This is a must read for sure.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Rejected mate, Uber Alphsa, Male Omega (who falls first), heats and a Beta who just fits everyone...this pack has all the dynamics that make a pack great. This book just captures you and keeps you.
this was a complete miss for me. I usually love her books but I found myself having wandering eyes through most of the story. this story is very character driven and pack forms as the story goes on. I tend to prefer an established pack but I do have moments where I enjoy otherwise.
The characters just fell really flat unfortunately. They just didn’t speak to me and I had no investment in them at all. The stakes didn’t shine in this story as well. All the big bads were basically dealt with through money or a quick tongue lashing which made them null and void overall.
I didn’t care for the smut. there was so much of it that it lost its spark. no one moment felt steamy or hot off the page…I even admit I skipped several of them because there was just so many and it didn’t feel they had value to the story.
If you are reading for vibes and smut, you’ll like this book. I don’t think it was very big on the omega dynamics at all like advertised so I’d lower my expectations on that front.
I got this arc via BookFunnel shared by the author and all opinions are my own.
The Pack’s Companion Collection is one of my favourite Omegaverse series. It’s poignant and compelling and hot all wrapped up with humour and realistic characters. I absolutely love Roxy’s work and cannot wait for whatever she gives us in the future :)
This book is everything I love in omegaverse books. I wasn’t sure about the beta in the mix but it worked out great and even a few questions I had were answered by the end.
Would recommend for anyone who loves omegaverse like I do.
Once again Roxy has found a new twist in writing Omegaverse and I was so down for it ☺️. Kate was a wonderful character who was greatly wronged by her previous alpha in so many ways. Your heart breaks for this girl💔
I loved Dash and the rest of the pack and it was so great to see our girl get the love she deserved. And for her ex to get what he deserved too 😏
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
EDIT: After reading some reviews I just wanted to add that I personally don‘t think that the FMC wasn‘t the focus of the story anymore. In fact I really liked that Kate took her time to get to know her men and still grow as her own person.
There is sword crossing and relationships between the other MMC‘s but with 5 people in the loop trying to build a pack together and relationships with each other I expect there to be spicy scenes even without the FMC and between the MMC’s. At so many points in the story it wouldn‘t even fit for her to always be in the forefront (I mean this is obviously a story with two omegas so of course the focus shifts to the second omega sometimes).
I read storys where characters felt left behind just because the author tried to put the FMC always in the spotlight and I think Roxy Collins does a fantastic job giving every character their perfect place to be. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
What a fantastic story! I already adored the other two books in this series and this one wasn’t a disappointment either.
I really liked the whole topic of being unbonded as an omega in a world that this is frowned upon. Kate is such a likeable character. Especially in the beginning as she goes through her grief and anger over her broken relationship. She‘s written very much relateable and real. I really like how she grows, accepts herself and sees her worth throughout the story and the more she realizes how much the guys like her and want to support her.
The guy‘s are all *chefs kiss*. But I really liked the relationship between Corbus and Bram the most. Since Corbus has to fight to fit in with society and all the norms, Bram is always by his side helping him and worrying about him. Corbus has an undiagnosed neurodivergence (which is stated in the beginning from the author so no spoiler) and I appreciated seeing his difficulties handling the world. I‘m neurodivergent myself and found Corbus very much relateable. 😌
Dash is such a sassy cutie you‘re just going to like but not to worry he is also such a complex character behind his mask and it’s intriguing how he handles himself and the way he‘s sure about Kate being his right match. I also like that Roxy give all her main characters the time to shine which IMO makes you get to know those characters better.
Lachlan was actually my least favorite out of all of them. 🫣 In the beginning when we meet him I was like: 😏 After declaring his interest for Kate but not really being a part of the pack yet (especially this one chapter were he meets Bram for the first time) I was like: 🫳🏻🗑️
Like up until the last 35% I really disliked how he handled situations and that he was sooooo obsessively infatuated with Kate. His chapters annoyed me because his thoughts were just that. Annoying. But to my surprise after he got situated and the pack started forming I adored all the moments he had with each of the pack members. The small gestures between him and the alphas?? I wanted to giggle and kick my feet in the air (I may or may not did one of these 👀) cause suddenly Lachlan seemed way more sympathetic and open minded. Is there anything better than this?? (The answer is of course no 🤝🏻).
The little action we got there was on point and not at all what I was expecting. Overall this story fit so well and I loved every second I got with these amazing characters!!
5 ⭐️

When I discovered one of my favorite series had another installment, I ran to read it and absolutely devoured it!
The story follows Kate, tossed aside by her alpha of 6 years. Broken bonded and suffering side effects from it, she's resigned herself to a life alone.
While working one of her multiple jobs to repay the debts he left behind, she meets Dash, a male omega who's instantly besotted by her and the 2 alphas who've been courting him. Add in a beta friend from the past, and you get an angsty but sweet and steamy read.
The last 3rd had me on the edge of my seat, and the ex getting what's coming for him was oh so satisfying!
I could not tell you which character I loved more! Each of them was fully developed and unique (with multiple characters in a why choose, one often gets glossed over, but not here!), and together, they made the perfect pack!
𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝟯 (can be read as a standalone)
This book is the reason I began reading the series.
When Kate is rejected by her former mate, not only does he leave her in a mountain of debt, the damage done to her scent gland from the severed bond mark leaves her facing a hormonal crisis: a final, crazed heat without a pack to help her. But, when she comes to the aid of an injured male omega, she stumbles upon her scent match and opens the door into a new life.
The romance in this is so sweet. Two omegas falling in love and two alphas falling in love with them and an adorable beta falling in love with everyone. It's a total love fest and it's definitely insta-love, but I couldn't get enough.
And, there's also drama with Kate's ex and some other creeps, and people from the previous two books make an appearance. Honestly, I could read more stories from this world and am sad to be finished. 😥
Leave it to Collins to make sure you get out of a book slump.
I couldn’t put it away. For me Collins books are highly driven by great characters and development. There just enough angst, and for someone who gets triggered by rejection it wasn’t to bad. Especially when you know the books always end happily ever after.
I found some new favorite characters in this book and it was nice to have some old return aswel.
There even was some Dutch language which was fun even tho nobody really says mijn liefje. It would’ve probably be schatje instead. In Brussels most speak French aswel but it didn’t take away the fun.
4.5⭐️ I felt some parts where a bit to similar to previous books, hence -0.5. It didn’t take away from the story I would just like some more originality.
Unbonded is everything I crave in a reverse harem Omegaverse—raw emotion, fierce chemistry, and a heroine who refuses to be defined by her past. Roxy Collins delivers a beautifully written story full of heat, heartache, and healing. The bonds between the characters are deep and complex, and the pacing keeps you turning pages late into the night. If you're into slow-burn tension, protective Alphas, and a strong Omega claiming her power, this one's a must-read!.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve loved this series from the beginning and Unbonded is no different. Roxy writes her characters so dang well. I felt so much when reading Kate’s story. The highs, the lows, the hesitancy and disbelief. She goes through so much. But it’s not just her. The guys too. Each one has something to work through and the whole pack together makes each of them fit into a perfect, complete puzzle. And even though there’s some heavy topics the angst isn’t extreme. I love this unique take on OV. From uber alphas and now Unbonded omegas I can’t get enough!
I really think that Roxy Collins Omegaverse is my favorite. I know I’m going to leave the book with an overall good feeling and the little twists and turns she supplies are just enough to keep me entertained without giving me anxiety. The spice was certainly spicing - and I really loved all of the MMCs. I would have liked to have seen her ex-bonded get more comeuppance, but the book was satisfying. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. I can’t wait to read through the House of Omega series.
Roxy Collins writes such captivating stories that you think about them, or they wander into your mind a month or two down the road, thinking I need to read that book again.
her writing is not something you can pick up and skim through the layers, and characters take their time building so you fall in love with them as they do with each other.
10/10 would recommend. Definitely carve some time out to follow the story though.
So im kind of a fan.. i love this autor writing and this series espacialy. I had all the feels! The characters are great, and the hurt/comfort vibe is spot on. Grace and max are still my alltime favorites but i like this book very much. Totally recommand for lovers of omegaverse
My God I love this series! This one was an emotional roller coaster for me in so many ways…and also very comforting. How these 5 sounds come together to just…fit was beautiful. I will forever love Roxy Collins’ work - she just writes so many compelling characters. Flawed and yet so beautiful. Strong. And stronger even more so together. Truly loved this one.
