There were so many things going on in this book that kept me eagerly turning the pages and for that, this book over exceeded my expectations. There was the secrets, the ship in turmoil, the mystery man and the FBI. However the actual love story made me cringe more than I ever have in my life and I have read my fair share of 80s 90s romance. I could go on and on trying to understand why the author chose the extreme corniness type of love interest. If it wasn’t for everything else added in this book I would have had to DNF asap
