Kenneth George was born in Ashford Common, Middlesex. During the home computer revolution of the 1980s, he wrote for a computer magazine but gave it up in order to go to university. Now retired, he is writing again, but now he concentrates on fiction

He has had two short stories cherry picked by ABCtales and his story "two widows" won the 2016 Shaftesbury Story Slam.

He currently lives with his wife and dog on the Lincolnshire coast.​
