A wonderful comprehensive guide

I read this book in one sitting. I am so very impressed with the way this book is laid out. I get to understand what's happening in my body plus address every symptom that is the result of changes happening in a holistic manner. All solutions are listed in such a way that I did not find it overwhelming and easy to grasp. The gentle, loving reminders are very powerful. I didn't realize the heavy feeling inside me as shame until I read it being spelled out in the various narratives written here. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Incredibly, I realize now I have been gravitating towards many of the solutions naturally. Since the start of peri-menopause, I have been feeling so unlike myself and lost. This book has grounded me and armed with knowledge , mindset and tools to navigate this phase. I feel I am evolving rather than aging. Thank you. Peace and love, light and laughter to all who read this.

This book was incredibly helpful! I’m so glad I found this. It was easy to read on my Kindle - lots of useful bullet points, text formatting, etc. I appreciated all of the information presented, and I will probably never stop recommending it to all my friends. :)

Just the facts ma'am

This book is simple uncomplicated information. I burst into tears in the first three pages due to feeling seen instead of being told I need therapy (I like therapy, but...)
