Ik vond dit duidelijk een leuker boek dan het eerste deel. Ik weet niet waar het 'm precies in zat, maar het las nu ook wel lekker weg. Vandaar ook dat ik het boek in één dag heb uitgelezen.

When I read TDG, I was a young 12 year old. Suffice to say, my relationship history was nonexistent and I was not in high school. Reading that book back then, made me think that's what high school would be like.

So when I realized there's a sequel, I had to read it. I didn't expect some work of literary art, I just wanted to feel some closure. I don't believe in leaving series unfinished.

To what grade is this book aimed? As a pre-teen, this series deceived me into believing my high school years would be filled up with dramatic relationships and crushes. As a teen, now, I find this series so incredibly dumb and unrealistic. I doubt anyone above the age of 20 would even consider reading this series. What's the point of a series that talks about high school but seems to be aimed at a younger audience?

I don't know how to even begin to list my problems with this book. Holly dumps Rob for no real reason and then wants to get back with him because she gets jealous. Lina literally pretends to be a different person online and has an Internet relationship with her teacher. I really can't. It's so stupid, immature, and unrealistic.

The dialogues make no sense, the plot is so obvious, the writing is dull. I don't even want to think about the lessons a teen girl is supposed to take from this (change yourself to get the man? Deceive your teachers?)

Just do yourself a favor and don't read this. I suspect I lost IQ points.

Great follow-up to The Dating Game. This touches on what a break-up feels like in High School and one of the main characters learns that the grass is not always greener, which is a common lesson high schoolers learn. She caters well to the teen/pre-teen audience.

I recommend this book to girls my age who like the Clique series, Sloppy Firsts, etc. You should read it because it's very entertaining and it reveals the real life of a teenager. If your looking for some book like the Gossip Girls where everything is so glamorous and everything is perfect, then this isn't the book for you. This book shows what girls our age who are "normal" really think, and you can relate to it somehow. These girls have flaws just like us, and can get wrapped up in their emotions some times. Before reading this book you should read the first one, however, I think you will enjoy the second one more.

I read this book as a quick filler for in between the heavy, symbolic, excellent quality books that I have to read for English. So, for what it was, I did like it. However, even for a quick read teen romance, the quality of this book was pretty low. The plot was fairly predictable, the characters were whiny and clichéd, and there were grammatical errors all through it. But it was a fun, quick read overall.

This book series is a guilty pleasure for me. It's not a book i would typically find myself reading anymore. But if it ends up in my hand I cannot put it down. I will admit at times this book can get confusing and it's hard to feel like your getting to know the characters. A cute high school read definitely.

This is the second book in A Dating Game series. It goes through the life of Holly, Madison, and Lina. Three best friends who run the Dating Game website. It goes through their love lives and personal thoughts about everything. This is also good for tips and pointers in teenage love life.

I bought this because the back cover made me laugh out loud. As teen lit, the story was a quick read, humorous and clean.

Don't ask me why I read it because I don't know why. It is one of the most artificial books I've ever read.

Leuk, maar niet erg bijzonder. Het is niet zo dat ik nu te springen zit om het volgende deel. Maar zou ik het een keer toevallig tegenkomen in de bibliotheek, zou ik het meenemen.

This series is slowly climbing up the latter. Way better than the first one it has something that just draws you in. I'm sceptical about the 3rd book i will give it a shot and see

Happy ending. The girl was unfair, but she did learn the value of things. I liked that part. Though the book was a little dramatic, I still liked this book.
