Creativity: The Perfect Crime is a most excellent read. Petit presents his own experience of broad-based creativity. Creativity is his way of life, rarely lessening in focus or purpose. Petit is the high wire artist who crossed the twin towers of the World Trade Center in 1974. Several films and books have been produced and written based on his intricately detailed six year preparation for the successful feat.
Phillipe invites us into his life, history, and mind, all evoking awe and splendor. He is clearly an independent and original thinker, a creator of the highest level, as well as an entertaining and alive writer. Engineer, architect, drawing artist, magician, juggler, and high wire artist list only 20% of his excellence. Read his book. Experience his mind. Expand your own.
