An intimate perspective

Everyone has one or more pivotal occurrences that shape or even define their lives. This book illuminates the experience of one family. The fact that the mother/narrator is a doctor offers clinical as well as a very personal perspective on their journey through tragedy, rehabilitation and the rebuilding of her son's life.

Touching

This book was hard to put down. I laughed and I cried. I felt like I was living in their world.
