Choose To Be Happy and Learn How To Be Happy Now : Overcome Negative Thinking, Bad Thoughts, and Stop Self Defeating Behaviors: Use Simple Happiness Mindset Steps and Positive Thinking and BE HAPPY!
There’s a very good reason why this book was written. In a world where there are so many pressures, it was so clear to me that people no longer see the true choices which are available to them which allow them to be happy. Positive thinking isn’t always as obvious to people as it should be. In fact, the pressures put on people to “excel” or to “achieve” forget the major principles which need to be applied within a lifetime in order to feel happy and fulfilled. The temporary pressures of feeling good have begun to be blurred by material possessions and by trying to live up to standards set by someone else. The media gives people the impression that self-image is everything, but then go about destroying what self-image is all about by dictating how people should look, behave and present themselves.
The book gives a lot of examples and also clear advice on all the different aspects of happiness and the state of being happy. While many may judge themselves as being “happy” are they really? The book shows how the different elements which affect happiness can be influenced by positive thought. It even goes as far as suggesting exercises to help people to attain a state of happiness and to understand the method used in positive thinking to overcome obstacles.
If you have the slightest doubt that you have experienced true happiness, the book will help you to work through all of the different aspects which make up the puzzle. It covers life skills, interaction with other people, the way that people see themselves and the way that self-image can be improved to provide happiness. Positivity is the key element which is missing when happiness levels are at an all-time low. The unique approach of the book chapters is to use a system of scales to help readers to understand the complexity of their lives with much more clarity.
There has never been such an all-encompassing attempt to show readers the benefit of positive thought. If you are looking for a guide to follow for your life, then the chapters of the book make enormously complex problems seem very simple. Choose to be Happy was purposely prefixed with the word “choose” as the choice is yours to attain happiness. No matter what difficulties happen within your life, the book gives answers. Whatever test life is putting you through, the book is aimed at helping you to choose a better way. The choice element is intentional because, with a little understanding of your life and how much control you have over it, you do indeed make the choice.
By purchasing this book, you are guaranteed to find answers. Following the very comprehensive chapter layout, the reader begins to understand, chapter by chapter – paragraph by paragraph – that choices are much simpler than first envisaged. If you choose to achieve the happiness you deserve, with the help of the guidance put forward in this book, you can succeed to find that place called “happiness.”
This is another book worth reading as it gives a considerable measure of samples on how to make one's life upbeat and full of happiness. The book, Choose To Be Happy and Learn How To Be Happy Now indicates how the diverse components and different perspectives of other people touch our innermost feelings creating a major difference in our lives.
How to achieve genuine bliss or true happiness can be read all throughout this book. I liked how it covers a lot of ideas about developing one's strength, overcoming negativities, strengthening our own skills & aptitudes, and empathize or putting our feet on other's shoes in order to know, feel and think the way that individuals see themselves. That was actually my favorite part of the book, creating an image not only for yourself but for others to see. Learning to give and appreciating what you have is also something we must be conscious of to feel happy and blessed inside. It appears that most of life's questions can be answered in this beautifully written book by Sam Siv. This is a very inspiring read, indeed!
Sam Siv has once again created a book that speaks volumes. They always tell you that life is better when you are happy and that happiness is good for your health. As someone with anxiety and a constant tendency to look and see all of the bad things that are happening, happiness is somewhat difficult for me. This book really helped me take a good look at myself and do some assessing. I am walking away from reading this book with a completely different outlook, which is huge for someone like me. I am learning that looking at the positive things and being happy is such a better way to live life. I highly recommend this book (and really all of Sam Siv’s books); you won’t regret it!
