I read these books alot and this one is one of the best of the series. It's a short read, it only took me 45 minutes to finish, and it's very funny. I would definitely rev omens this to anyone wondering if they should read this.
The book was nice. It was funny, he got lost in Brazil and he did not know their language. He ate crocodile's tail and piranha soup. And someone put a snake on his neck. All these things were funny. I liked the book For the love of cheese - vihaan dalvi

I loved this book and would start to tell you this outstanding adventure. It all starts with Bruce Hynea, Maya,Wild Wille and like always Geronimo. They took a flight to Brazil,Amazon the wild jungle Yikes!.They left Geronimo and from that flight he was all alone throughout the wild jungle to the tribles who gave him a misson to save the silver heart and that's what Geronimo succeeded in.It was the best adventure I have read.I loved this book and would like to read the next one to.
My all time favorite Geronimo Stilton book!!! I had been reading the series since 3rd grade and was extremely addicted to it. I'm currently in high school and I kinda miss these type of books. Hope I can read some more of theseee
I can't stand how stupid and cowardly Geronimo is some times these books have a really good story line and a few are my favorites. This one was good but too mushed together.
Well, we liked getting to see Brazil and have Geronimo adventure in another country (and that ultimately, he ended up enjoying himself). What we didn't like is the way he was bullied / kidnapped into the adventure or the complete lack of respect from his 'friends' in hacking his social media - not great messaging in a kids book!
What we like: The colourful pictures and exciting fonts. The way colour and interesting fonts are used to highlight words on each page is great for helping Miss 5 learn to read new words.
Miss 5 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.
My kids brought it from the school library and I read on it based on their recommendation. It was fun - a simple, easy-to-read with nice, colourful fonts and yet fact filled. The intent is good - to highlight the importance of learning continuously and trying/exploring the world as we face multiple challenges in life. The only negatives I see would be the lack of ethical considerations & suggested acceptability of hacking & pick-pocketing to achieve a greater good.
Overall a good adventure story for the young minds. As far as children's books go, it's quite impressive.
This was cute and fun. A quick read before we went to the book convention and got ones we really wanted to read. Nothing here so exciting that it is mind-blowing, but I don't remember anything that was too obnoxious either (I guess the whole idea that everything was done for a more exciting Social Media page is stupid, but whatever). These are fun cute reads that might spark a kid's interest in reading longer books or looking into Brazil a little more.
This series is very popular among the kids at my library, so I decided to read it. It was ok, not my favorite. I wanted to like it but it was all over the place for me. Geronimo was a bit too much for my liking. I also thought that some of the font was cool. But when I started to read it, it was a bit distracting. Overall it was ok.
One of the few of books of Geronimo thst I did not like. It was all very crazy and lame- not the Geronimo style. There was only one funny thing in the entire book, when Geronimo got Anaconda around his neck like a scarf!!!
Wow wow wow simply Wow😮 I rate it 5 because it's hilarious😂 poor Geronimo 🥺 I would not imagine me going like that but it's a great success ☺️ for him! It's too hilarious lot's of humour but sometimes I murmur a lot poor Geronimo ☹️ but I love the book a lot all that I like is the humour!☺️
This is a great small chapter book. Since there were so many pictures my four and two year old were entertained for the whole afternoon reading with me. It was just what I was looking for, for an introduction into longer books.
A large part of the success was owed to coincidence. I think it's a recurring theme and I only noticed it now. I don't enjoy Geronimo Stilton as I used to anymore. Sad
The main thing that I learned from this book is that, despite being closely related to Spanish, there are many words in Portuguese that I can’t even begin to decipher. Maybe I should brush up sometime lol
This is a great book for young readers. This particular story takes place in Brazil, and not only entertains but teaches readers about Brazil and its culture. The book keeps kids engaged with bright pictures and asides. One of my favourite was a recipe for Manjar Branco, a Brazilian pudding. The book uses different fonts and colours for certain words, such as; large words the reader may not know, onomatopoeia, exclamations, and items relating to Brazil.
Plot Summary: Geronimo Stilton is enjoying a nice, quiet evening at home when his more adventurous friends burst in and kidnap him and take him to Brazil. Geronimo falls asleep on the plane and when he wakes up, his friends are gone. Geronimo is left alone in a strange country where he doesn't speak the language. He thinks back to things his friends were telling him about Brazil and heads off to try and find his friends. Geronimo heads to Brasilia where he learns the samba and dances in Carnival. Then he heads to the Iguazu falls, then to Pantanal where he meets a local couple and helps on their fazenda (farm). After a dinner of piranha soup and alligator tail, Geronimo continues into the pantanal in search of the Bororo tribe and hopefully find his friends. Once he finds the tribe Geronimo is asked to help the tribe retrieve a sacred crystal. When he confronts the villains to save the crystal, he is reunited with his friends.
The book I am reading is Rumble In The Jungle, I think the theme is to overcome your fear and to do what scares you the most to do. The setting starts out at Geronimos House like always and then they go to Brazil, and the person who tells the story is Geronimo Stilton. The main characters are Geronimo Stilton, Wild Wille, Mya, and Bruce Hyena.Geronimo is told by Bruce that he needs a better and less boring mousebook page, so Bruce sends Geronimo to Brazil with Wild Wille and Mya (wild willes cousin). When they get on the plane Mya tries to teach Geronimo the brazilian language (Portugese), but Geronimo is so tired he’s not listening and he falls asleep. when Geronimo wakes up in the morining on the plane he sees that Wild Wille and Mya are gone so he goes on a adventure to find them.
I think that this was a great book because Wild Wille and Mya leave Geronimo on his own to find them and they make the situations just a little bit harder but it makes the situations easier after. I think that Geronimo by himself in Brazil is a good thing but also a bad thing, its a good thing because he gets to adventure, try new food, see new things. The bad part is that he has no clue what he is doing or where hes going and Geronimo doesn’t know portugese (the lanuguage of Brazil). Overall this was a greatly written adventreous book.
First Geronimo Stilton book that my boys and I have read. We all enjoyed it. The vocabulary use in this book was amazing. Love exposing my littles to new words to utilize in daily life. They loved the pictures. Great book.
