JoyBeing: an inspiring and empowering book of wisdom and practices
JoyBeing is a an expression in form of what it speaks about, and is a joy to read and to have as a companion in the journey of "connecting with your essence and the rhythm of life to thrive and inspire".
It is a book that you can have by your bedside and open up anywhere and receive wisdom.
The content is structured intelligently to guide a cultivation and connection with joy, self awareness and compassion.
The authors and illustrations speak to the many, wise, playful, innocent, childlike, intellectual, aesthetic aspects of our being.
The book is filled with nuanced and deep, psychologically savvy and insightful commentary, beautiful images, wonderfully wise quotes, the authors personal experiences, and great practices.
It will inspire and empower the reader through its wisdom and practices to experience their innate joy and a greater sense of aliveness and inspiration in the journey of life.
Reading *JOYBeing* felt like taking a long, restorative breath. The authors have a rare ability to speak to both the heart and the mind. This is not a book that tries to “teach joy” as a skill — it gently guides you back to your own essence, your natural rhythm, and your capacity to live and lead with more ease.
As someone who works with people, leaders, and systems every day, I found the book deeply resonant. Many ideas felt immediately usable, not in a “toolkit” sense, but in the way they shift how you show up in moments of pressure, choice, and interaction.
It is insightful, human, and grounding. I finished it feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and much more connected to myself. A book I will return to — and certainly one I will recommend.
