Whether a hand raiser who can barely stay in their seat or one that's like an airplane flying high, Sami and Thomas encourage kids to participate and take turns, because asking questions can change the world!
Help your child understand The power of raising their hand.
Asking questions is what changes the world, but if we all try to ask at the same time, it makes it hard to communicate. Join Sami and Thomas in a historical adventure discovering the importance of raising hands and taking turns.
*I won a copy of this book though Goodreads First Reads in exchange for an honest review.*
I entered this Giveaway with the intention of giving the book to my 7-year-old cousin, whose fear of being judged often prevents her from asking questions or volunteering answers in class. Although I appreciate McDonald's message, neither my cousin nor I enjoyed the book's illustrations.
How to find out something you don't understand or know!
I thought that this was quite a spectacular ebook for kids to read and to remind them that it's okay to ask questions but that they need to raise their hand and wait for say a teacher to call on them before blurting out what they wish to ask. So for these reasons I recommend this ebook for five star rating and for the age levels 3-6. I received this ebook for free and in return here is my honest review. Great work James and Rebecca!
