"I came to realize that it was a test of endurance. Because life's like that. It's not meant to be easy. It's a narrow, winding path that just seems to take forever sometimes. And we must endure it, leave all the negativity behind, and remember that it gets better eventually. Maybe not today, not tomorrow, but someday."

Yet another wonderful story from one of my favorite wattpad writers. This story was so, so good but unfortunately, it could've been better. I found it intriguing how the author decided to have the plot revolve around "bullying", which is one of the worst problems we teenagers experience in this point of our lives. The writing style was beautiful, the characters were all introduced quite nicely and the romance going on was so sweet, I was smiling in public while reading this story. I just wish it could've been longer, because I wasn't at all satisfied with the ending!

Ugh. My feelings are mixed on this on. I kinda like it, but it was irritating as hell at the same time. Get it? *Originally planning on rating it a 3, after writing the review I've moved it to a 2.

First off, it was really freaking repetitive. Every chapter the MC (who I legit can't recall the name of, and I literally just finished it) had some profound ah-ha! moment about life and bullying and her friend and the boy she liked. And I'm pretry sure I read the exact same paragraph in at least two chapters, but don't quote me on that.

Secondly, the MC gave me whiplash. Repetitively. For someone who was against "sides" she picked them pretty often. And one second nothing mattered except her and Callum, the boy she liked, and the next second it was the "bigger picture" or what have you.

Thirdly, this is written like the second book in a trilogy. There's this whole back story which is brought up constantly, but never explained. At all. For the mystery it was explained. And its opened ended as hell. But I will mention that there is a prequel, and there's a sequel that's in the works.

For the pluses, well, like I said, I kinda liked it despite all its faults. The spelling was probably some of the best I've seen, and I liked the authors writing style. It had a flair for the dramatics. I also thought there was heaps of potential. I liked what she was going for with the bullying and Hell Week. I liked the characters. I didn't really see much in line with a real well thought out plot, but if the author ever did a revamped re-write of it, I'd be all over it. More background story, more of the secondary characters, more plot, more story. = More Love.

Okay, so I liked this book, it's a little confusing simply because of the dynamic where all these kids ruthlessly and blatantly bully each other with no punishment beyond revenge. Beyond this quirk the story is decent, and the writing: the syntax and diction were killer. Also, the rule about bullying and treatment across genders was odd, but everything is manageable. The themes of how bullying and treatment of others, especially in high school, are never-ending and have massive ripple effects. I really enjoyed this book, and while it confused me a little with its premise, the story has solid plot progression and it was a short read, I conquered it in about an hour and a half. I solidly recommend this book, the relationship between Callum and Scout has so much potential and I'm most intrigued with where they will go from here.

4.5⭐️ this book gave me you-either-die-a-hero-or-you-live-long-enough-to-become-the-villain vibes. Noelle, for another one time, left me speechless. For the first time I was not so focused on the main couple but on something else entirely. This book passes so strong and vivid messages about bullying and the way it can mess up someone’s life, the way the bully can become eventually the victim and the other way around. This book made me realize that there are always different sides of a story and details that if we do not know, they can lead us to conclusions that can actually be destructive. It just reminded me why things like bullying should be eliminated if we want to live in peace with no irrational obstacles that prevents us from being happy. If only the author could give us more about Collum’s past, to make us understand better why he was the way he was.

I don't know what it is about this book, but I keep coming back to it. I've probably read it at least 10 times by now, which is extremely impressive considering I NEVER reread any books, not even my "declared favorite". It's most definitely one of my favorite books, and in my top 5 (most likely even hinging on top 3) (yes I love it that much)

I enjoyed reading Callum's and Scout's story. It isn't finished yet. Just starting. But it is off to a good start and I can't wait for the author to continue their adventure. I hope they have a happily ever after. They both deserve it.

This Wattpad short story was very “meh” for me. First of all, the concept was so weird to me. Like why does this school condone students assaulting each other?? Also the story just felt very incomplete, as if there was information I should’ve known but didn’t. But I will say, most characters were written in a way where I could sympathise with them despite their questionable actions. But overall, it was a quick, fun little read.

i read this book less than a day.

i love all hepburnettes' stories!! and this one is one of the favorites!

it tells about one boy, Callum, famous and he is a bully. and there is an ordinary girl named Scout who gets along with bullied, Jason and friends. Scout has a feeling for Callum, but something with Jason cant make this feeling walk smoothly. how does Scout manage her life, friendship, and love?

this ebook told me that you do something for someone because they were. that is the regulation of bully in exactly meaning. if we are not see in big picture, we just see bully bullies weak person, we dont know behind all of that, there is a reason of bully bullying someone.

Callum for example. he is just a human. he has a weakness, and Jason make his weakness to make Callum bullies him. And this problem contain Scout in it. Scout who doesn't know anything in their bully(es) cant make an observation.
Scout just believes on her heart, she choose something right by heart, and I think it is success, she changed little on a situation.

BTW, I LOVE THE LOVEY DOVEY!!! Aaarghhh Callum you are just my type!!! BAD BOY WITH SOFT HEART WITH GIRL HE LIKES<3

but i am sad that there are 2 chapters that writer removed because of plagiarism, and I am disappointed of the ending that hanging and the writer adds something about the ending of Scout-Callum's relationship and I should read Forget Me Not which is not available again in wattpad (MAKES ME SADDER!)

I just wish that this ebook was longer and make the romance more more, I just love them hehe. And there are so many things that this book doesn't explained. And i am confused to read what book to become understand.

But, this book is reccommended for you all!!! PLEASE READ HEHE

This was a great read. I'm so glad I stumbled upon it. I think just the way Scout looking at bullying made me think about how I treat people. The author was amazing. I had read all her books and all of them are perfect. I was actually skeptical about reading this book, but it didn't disappointment me. I love it so much, especially the characters. They are so far from being perfect. This book surely made me look at some things in different perspective. It portrayed a message and was so beautiful and realistic. Didn't have happy ending where they get married and all of their problems are solved because no-one lives a problem-free life. Finally a book where everyone each has flaws, where the end is not end but it's just the beginning where it shows relevance to society today. CallumScout.

I've read this book twice now (a few years back and again today) and loved it just the same both times. The book really encompasses the dangers of bullying and how it can shape people to become cruel and vengeful, even when they are usually filled with kindness. It also demonstrates how even the bullies can be good people, just caught up in a cycle of hate. Scout is the epitome of sweet, being there for everyone, bullies and bullied. But the reality is that she can't play both fields and expect all parties to be okay. The book is a harsh reality on the worst of school, friendship and crushes, showing how no-one is perfect and how sometimes you have to choose whether to stand up for one person and lose another.

I'm still trying to decide if I liked the ending. I guess I'll have to think that Callum showed Scout that he could be a better person and they ended up together. After all they did have feelings for each other and couldn't stay apart. So why not hoping they'd get together and be happy in the end? He was a nice guy deep down. And Scout was the forgiving type, so...
Oh, and Callum and Scout were just so cute together! Loved them!
I really didn't like Jason, at all. He had a rotten soul.
I liked Greg instead. He seemed like a sweetheart at times.

Not my favorite out of this authors books, but holy crap it still had my attention!

I wish I could be friends with this author just to get to know her process. Seriously, it has been excellent getting to follow her on Wattpad.

In regards to this story, the characters were excellent developed! A few pieces didn’t seem to fit quite the way I wanted to them, and that’s probably just me being picky. In other words, I’d still definitely recommend this read! It was awesome, and though it wasn’t the most original idea it was fantastically written!
