Another one of those whose cover and synopsis that really got my attention.. ;)

This might not be the best written book I have read that has the same kind of storyline, but this sure did capture my attention from start to end… Not that it’s a long read, in fact, it’s a very short read with just 74 pages…

It’s a story about Olivia, who is sweet, smart, kind and a happy person who lived a sheltered life growing up with overly religious, self righteous parents. To cut the story short, when Olivia finally moved to her own place for the first time, she met this very hot and stunning, yet mysterious neighbour, Dean Corvus….and yes, she was instantly besotted.. But Dean is full of secrets… and when Olivia found out one of those secrets, she was heartbroken… but what she didn’t know is that her life is about to dangerously change.

On the first few pages, I got to know Olivia, I kinda liked her. She sounded innocent and very trusting, but that is given since she lived a very sheltered life. I get to see Dean through Olivia’s eyes and I guess since he is hot and treats her real nice that despite not really knowing him, I understand how she would easily fall in love.

What captures my attention most is the mystery that surrounds Dean… Add to that, there's Olivia’s nieces baby mama's involvement that sealed my curiosity… I can even forgive all cliche liners and errors.


So yeah, colour me intrigued…. and jumping on the next book asap….. ;)

Can I just say this cover was super hot?! I loved this book! Lot's of twists and turns with a hot ass alpha male who jay or May not have a softer side underneath it all. Just when I think he may be a bit redeemable he goes and does something that makes me want to strangle his ass! For me this book was 4.5 stars. Would have been 5 but I felt the beginning where he falls for the girl happened too fast for me. That could just be me being a non believer anyone could fall that quick so don't not read this book because of my stupid quirk. It was a fantastic read and my mind is still reeling! I have already started book 2!

OMG! This book was intense. Storyline was intriguing and a page turner making me want more. Olivia is so sweet and innocent. Dean, all I can say it's no wonder he is so secretive. I definitely enjoyed and was left speechless. I so can't wait until the next in the series comes out
