I enjoyed this book it was a Good night of reading
I like books about the west because there is good and there is bad Plus there's good people that sometimes do bad things. This book hits every part of a western book. There is the good guy that makes mistakes and judgment and bad things happen. There's bad guys that are just bad guys. The characters were well written you either loved them or you hated them or you were oh my gosh why did you do that. It was a typical book about man and woman find and meet the loves of their loves. But this author had a way to make an interesting story.
From the point of view of a historical fiction author, me, this was a great read. Loved Emmie sticking up for herself! Carol Colyer shows that money doesn’t always lead to victory in this life. From Rhett’s point of view the idea of money and success changed! Love it when a character grows and changes😉
This was such a sweet book to read. Carol Colyer has done wonders with this book. Each character is very strong and loving in their own way. This is a very enjoyable book to read.
I think this is my second read of this book and it is just as good or better than the first. I got more details and loved the human interest and the unexpected turns.
