Rate this book
Book 5 in the bestselling Christian Romance series, Home To Collingsworth, Her Heart, His Home brings us the story of Will, the lone brother in the Collingsworth family.

Will Collingsworth thought he'd had it all. A wife he adored. A job he enjoyed. Financial security through his inheritance. And a baby on the way. Then tragedy strikes, and he is left to raise his daughter on his own. Hardened by the events that robbed him of the family he'd longed for, Will distances himself from his daughter and those he loves. But when Amy Moyer arrives in his life and showers love on his daughter, he comes to see what's lacking in his life. Is he ready to risk loving again? Or will things beyond his control once again rob him of the opportunity to find love and happiness in his life?

Amy Moyer fell in love with Will Collingsworth as a teenager and was convinced he was her future. When he shows up at Cami and Josh's wedding with his new bride, she is devastated. Eight years later she's back in Collingsworth to help Jessa and Lance, certain that all the past emotions she felt for Will are no longer relevant. When old emotions flood back and mix in with new ones, will she be able to put aside her fears to embrace them and find the love she'd hoped for years ago?

The best of the series

This book is very sweet, and is written so well.

At one point, Amy sounds very childish and immature, but is a very small part. Mostly she is a fun “aunt”

Will easily recognized his errors when confronted by the right people. He changes in the best way. His character overall seemed steadfast and secure.

Their story together was amazing.
Well worth reading.

Well...

I really did not like the inter-family marriage thing going on with lance Josh and now Amy marrying the Collingsworth siblings. I found it quite uncomfortable, although I am sure it happens a lot more than I am aware of

This book had you wondering somethings. It had a lot of hymn's in it. Also some bible verses. It
make you wonder how the two character's were going to be brought together. I enjoyed this book along with the other's in the group.

Writing is somewhat stilted: it's a good story, however.

It seems like Amy dealt with a lot of pain. Her love for Isabella, however, is genuine. Her love for Will, as well, is interesting. It's good that the family supported her/them in their relationship.

HER HEART, HIS HOME

Another book in the Home to Collingsworth series, a good book, but my least favorite. I liked Amy, but thought her struggle was a little tedious and annoying.

I enjoyed Will and Amy's story. Their story emphasizes holding on to the promises of God and God's ways are not our ways, His thoughts are not our thoughts and His way is the right way.

We first met Will back a couple of books back, but didn't really get to know him much. A lot of stuff has happened in his life since that time, and he is a different person now with a daughter to raise on his own. But as I got to know Will more in this book I enjoyed seeing in the change in him as his relationship with Amy grew closer. I also enjoyed seeing how Will's relationship with his sisters that he didn't know for so long has grown and they all have become a very close family. Amy has arrived in Collingsworth to help out Jessa and Lance and is only planning on staying for the summer and to stay as far away from Will as possible to protect her heart. She has been hurt by Will before (not intentionally by him) and does not want that to happen again. I found both Amy and Will to be enjoyable characters and really hoped they would be able to overcome their fears. I liked how the author show them learning to turn their fears over to God. This is something we all need to learn. Overall I enjoyed the story and look forward to spending more time with these characters in the next book.

They just keep getting better.

This is book 5 of the series and somehow they are different. You pretty much know how they'll end up but you're not sure until the very end. This one is about Will and Amy(Josh's sister). He's a widower who broke Amy's heart about nine years ago. His wife died a few days after giving birth to their daughter. She didn't know about any of this until returning to Collingsworth to help with her cousin and his wife for the summer. Will is Jessa's brother so she runs into him pretty quickly after arriving there. After that, it's a roller coaster ride between them since she's the first woman he's been attracted to in all the years since his wife died. Great book, and now I've started the last book in the series and it looks like a totally different story line. I'm going to miss these people like they're real. Its a great series.

I love the Collingsworth family

This is Will's story the only brother in the family. Will is a widower with a daughter and he works for Lance Jessa's husband. Amy Cami's sister in law has come to the manor to help for the summer and sees Will for the first time in 8 yrs and remembers her heartbreak of the past as she was sure that God meant Will to be the man for her she was 15 at the time, as the summer progresses so do feelings. This is a wonderful read it will make you laugh and maybe shed a tear or two and show how God's plan works for them. can't wait for the next book in the series

It was great to learn more about Will and exactly how he fit in to the Collingsworth picture. Not raised with the sisters, he certainly fits right in to the picture. I adored the bond between this family and how everyone pitched in to help everyone else. If only real life could take a lesson from Kimberly's books, we would all remember how important the love of family and true friends is. These books may be fiction, but they execplify what life should be about and I adore them and Kimberly's writing style. Will and Amy's love story is powerful to watch and remember how much God loves us and has the power to heal heartache.

I absolutely love this series and this story did not disappoint. I wasn't too sure from the prologue, but each chapter, starting with chapter 1, caught and held my attention. I sure hope there are more books to come in this series.

One important recommendation, this series should be read in order. None of the books have cliffhangers but each book allows us to visit with characters we met in previous books.

Will is the only Collingsworth brother and this is his story of finding his faith and his place in Collingsworth.

Book 5 in the Collingsworth series.

The twist of finding out about Will was a big change in the series but his character was underdeveloped in the other books and didn't seem to fit in as a brother.

Be sure you've read the first 4 books before you read this one. You need the background of each of the characters to fully appreciate this book. Jordan again handles difficult subjects well, and makes the characters believeable, as well as their issues, challenges, and final resolution as they trust in the Lord.

Wow, I have hard time putting this on into words. Heart felt almost to a fault. The realism is this book was deep. I almost teared over the end. This books writing alone pulls so much tender love from you it can't help but burst through. I loved it on another level of loving books. So good!

Having married a widower when I was a young woman, I can relate to the issues that character Amy experienced in this story. I've enjoyed this series very much. The book does need additional editing to correct the many typos.

Enjoyable story. The typos and discrepancies around the ages (kept switching the age of Amy and it drove me crazy) really need to be fixed. I hope the publishing firm will employ a better copy editor who will be more meticulous about catching the errors.

I had read book one in this series and enjoyed it. Very clean and sweet story. My only complaint is that some concepts got a bit repetitive.
