It is a story aimed at the age group 7-11years. It is a story of two friends who embark on a journey in Oman. On their voyage they meet Omani characters based on animals found locally such as the Dhub and the green turtles. It weaves a plot whereChee and Dae have to work as a team with localanimals to help their land from being taken over by the RaRa Sisters. Through these trials, issues such as not to judge other animals by their looks and acceptance of them, has been addressed, and through their actions this gets the message across to our young readers in a fun way.

About the author

Saniya Chughtai is the founder of the edutainment brand The Wadi Tribe. She is also an avid author of children's stories, a love which began when listening to her father telling stories in her native land, Pakistan. This passion was fanned by years in Ireland, her new homeland, listening to the many Celtic myths. This latest series is a story about two unlikely friends, a chimp and a dolphin known as Cheeky Chimp and Daisy Dolphin, or Chee and Dae to their friends.
