Dystopian science fiction. Outside of my typical read as of late, but I wanted to support the author. I am TREMENDOUSLY happy that I did! It reminded me of some of the most popular sci-fi tropes in movies, but with twists to them! One of my all time favorite book characters was developed within this book because of his humor during dark times. I chuckled and giggled throughout. The end may leave you upset, but continuing through the series will give you answers and make up for it
