Moshe F. Rubinstein, PhD, is an internationally renowned authority on problem solving and creativity in organizations. He is a professor at the UCLA School of Engineering and Applied Science and Director of the A-B-C Corporate Network at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He teaches in management executive education programs at major universities and organizations all over the world. He has written eight books, including the now-classic Patterns of Problem Solving. Major organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, have sought his advice on creativity and innovation. Iris R. Firstenberg, PhD, is an adjunct professor in the Psychology Department at UCLA and also teaches in the UCLA Engineering and Management Program. She is the Associate Director of the A-B-C Corporate Network at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
