Very informative on a lot of different topics about endo. I've just been diagnosed with endometriosis, so of course I inform myself about it. I disagreed with some parts in the book, and will not change my diet a lot, and there are some techniques that are just against my own beliefs and lifestyle. Take it with a grain of salt. Everyone is different, every endometriosis is different. Eat, drink what you like within reason. Gain knowledge but don't suffer on it. To me, this got a bit of micromanaging at some points. It's up to you if you believe in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine, or not). There are a bunch of good points, tho.

This book was such a helpful find. It covers so many areas that don’t usually get talked about with endo—supplements, nutrition, hormones, herbal remedies, TCM, and even how to prepare for surgery and recover afterward. I really liked that it mixes natural and traditional approaches and backs things up with references to clinical studies, so it doesn’t feel like guesswork. It feels like advice from someone who gets it and wants to give you options, not just a one-size-fits-all plan.
