A Fighter's Desire - Part Two (Gloves Off Book 2)
Second novella picks up shortly after the ending of Part 1 but the story focuses on Terror Twins's & Ashleigh's friend Gabriella Reynolds. Full time student, Part time MMA trainee, full time horny woman!
She has a HUGE problem in the form of overprotective Heavyweight champion brother. Fighting (literally too) to break through the restrictions that her brother set that put her on no-go list for all the fighters in the MMA world she decides to play reckless by pursuing her crush, MMA Heavyweight Champion Matt Reynolds, for some good time.
“I’m not like this, Gabriella. This is only for you. After you leave tomorrow I’m going right back to the way I was. The world isn’t going to stop for us. You and I both know that you deserve something better.”
I have enjoyed their story & it was MUCH hotter than the Part One novella. It set things up nicely for their story and didn't end with such TOO much drama... perhaps I was prepared after how the Part One ended? I wasn't that HEART-BROKEN... I managed.
As a whole I MORE than prepared for this series. It had just enough variety and interesting twists. Come on! Hot sweaty men, testosterone, secret trysts, angst, kick-ass women, and PERHAPS my favorite plot line. If you know ME... you know what it is.... *HINT* its a thing you wait 9 months to come... *evil grin*

3,75 another hot fighter on the radar stars
I knew that this would happen eventually, well ever since I’ve read Worth the Chance – my first undoing was Vinny and for a long time no one came close to him until I’ve read Real series (RealMineRemy) and got addicted to my Remy.
Now nobody can top my Remy and I was painfully aware of that…
but then again I couldn’t just give up on discovering new fighters, now could I?
Well, even if I can’t escape the comparing note, this was short, fun and steamy read for me – meeting Tyler Rushing - hot, tattoed stud fighter/manwhore… (see what I'm getting at here?)
You could look at him and tell he was an animal, an alpha. He takes what he wants, when he wants it, and doesn’t ask permission.
Well, that’s kinda enough for me to jump in…LOL
…and Gabriella (strange, I never seem to remember the heroine’s last name…)Reynolds (I think, LOL) – another fighter’s younger sister who has her eyes set on this hunk/she wants him for longer but she won’t admit that to him, and she hasn’t got the guts to make him believe it’s possible to change his ways for her…and there you go – you have a plot and a lot of steamy sex!
And I’ll add this to collaborate my statement…
In a way, it would’ve been better if he’d fucked me on the floor because then that’s all I’d expect; just raw and primal fun … not the illusion of something more.
Well, anyway their story was nothing new, it’s all about wanting the forbidden (off limits best friend fighter’s sister) and yet their decision to make it a secret one weekend indulgement (actually they even agree to keep the “secret” regularly on weekends, LOL) in passion and desire sets a playground for the next installment in the series Tyler’s undoing…
And his POV just adds up to whole this nonsense of not being able or ready to face the real emotions…

Well, the f*ck it is, Tyler – if you can do THIS once then you can also commit for longer, you twat!
Well, I think we can all guess what will happen in the next book, right?
Nevertheless I had fun reading it and will continue with Tyler’s story…
Please, don’t be a twat any longer, Tyler…LOL, no matter how hot and sexy of a fighter you are!

This second prequel novel of the A Fighter’s Desire series follows Ashleigh’s best friend and roommate Gabriella. She’s sister to Matt Reynolds, the current MMA Heavyweight Champion and Ryley Jameson’s very, very good friend.
She’s also deeply in lust with Tyler Rushing, Matt’s best friend.
Gabrielle, in many ways, is completely different from Ashleigh. She’s just as outgoing and smart, but having a brother in the MMA field has led to her having a history with many other fighters. The point here is, while I liked Ashleigh, Gabriella just didn’t do it for me. She’s all types of shallow. She made up an elaborate plan to “seduce” Tyler and put so much of effort into it…God. Didn’t work for me. And I’m not even going to mention the end of this book.
Nope. Not at all. You’re going to have to read it to believe it.
Of course there’s this other guy who is really, really in love with her but huh. She doesn’t see it. And when she does? She doesn’t care. That was really, really cold.
But not everything’s bad about her. For starters, she’s a complete badass. Like she’s one of the people who will promise to kick your balls and actually follow up on that promise. I enjoyed reading that specific part of the book—it was amazing imagery and the person who’s ass got kicked deserved it ☺
Tyler, on the other hand, was an absolute pleasure to read. The give-it-like-it-is guy is charming and loyal and just so, so hot! Definite keeper, this one. He wasn’t in the book too much, but just enough to keep you intrigued and make a lasting impression.
Just like with the first novella, Miss Dover did an excellent job on the writing front. Her particular style of writing is addictive and I’m looking forward to reading the actual full-novel books!

Part Two: Gabriella Reynolds was raised in the fighter world, her brother is the Heavyweight Champion Matt Reynolds. He is overprotective and has warned his fighter buddies to stay away from Gabby. Gabby has her eye on Tyler Rushing, Matt's best friends. But Tyler doesn't do relationships. He fights, wins and has women falling all over him. He loves his life as it is. He is attracted to Gabby but can he spend time with her without real feelings coming out? Can Gabby have her one time with Tyler without loosing her heart?
I hope there will be more of the Twins of Terror & Ashleigh, Gabby & Tyler and the other fighters. This is a first for me from L.P. Dover and I loved it. Can't wait for Tyler's Undoing (book 2) due out August 2014.

This was better than Part One. The story had a better flow to it, and it was a lot steamy. I liked that it pick up where part one left off, as I was very surprised by that ending. Also, I love Gabby more than Ashleigh. She was more outgoing, and she trains MMA fighters. That's awesome. Tyler is considered the manwhore of MMA fighting. I thought his character was likeable and really great. For me, I think there is more to him than what the book gave, and I cannot wait to actually read the full series. This book is interesting. It is sort of a forbidden romance as Gabriella "Gabby" Reynolds, is the younger sister of Tyler's friend, Matt Reynolds. Overall, a great read.

In this second part Gabriella takes on more prominence, although Asleigh and Riley also appear ( I can’t wait to see how these 2 will end).
A moth has passed since the end of the previous book. Gabby is dating Bradley and Asleigh is dating Colin. They all go to Las Vegas for the baseball championship, and who they see at the airport? The twins. Riley and Gabby are good friends, so she asks him for help to be able to spend some alone time with Tyler, since Riley is organizing his birthday party. She hooked up with Tyler at the party at Riley´s house the previous month and she can’t stop thinking about him. She cares for Bradley, but he wants a serious relationship and Gabby only wants to have fun. So Riley helps her with her plan(thank goodness Gabby is a loyal friend to Ashleigh bc if it were for Riley they would have ended fucking).
There is a little scare with Asleigh since for a second she believed she was pregnant and did not know who the father could be, Riley or Colin, but the predictor turns out to be negative. After Asleigh left him, Riley has returned to his old ways or worse.
But Tyler is worse than the twins with the women. He doesn’t bother to ask for her names and he tells Gabby that he has no plans to change and the only thing that can be between them is a one-night stand. Gabby accepts, although in the end she realizes that if she is not careful, Tyler will end up breaking her heart.
“I had enough strength to fuck ten girls and not get winded. One thing about fighting was that afterwards there was so much energy pumping through my veins, I could stay high off of it for hours. It was an adrenaline rush. Fucking two girls at once was one of my favorite pastimes. There was nothing hotter than watching them fuck each other, and then getting the pleasure of fucking them both afterwards.”
“You don’t know what you’re saying. Whether you want me or not, nothing can ever happen between us. Do you not know what kind of guy I am?” “I do,” I murmured heatedly, “but I think you fail to realize what kind of woman I am. When I want something, I get it … no matter the consequences. I told you. When I want something, I get it. I wanted to see you.” “You’re walking a dangerous line, Gabriella. I don’t do relationships, and I don’t plan on starting … even if it is with you.”
Just a short month ago, I thought Ryley had decided to wise up and put his bad boy ways aside for her. It just so happened that he did for a while, but when she left him for Colin he reverted back to his usual self. Unfortunately, I actually think he got worse. “That’s why we wear condoms, Gabby. The only girl I’ve ever fucked without one was Ashleigh when we were in my pool. Now I know not to ever do that shit again.” “Were you really starting to care about her?”“Yeah, I guess. I’ve never cared about anyone before, so I don’t really know.Men and women can’t be just friends,” he said. “You and I are, but if you ever wanted me to fuck you I’d be all up for it. I actually respect you, so I don’t push it.”
“See, I told you, Gabby. You don’t know what you’re getting into with me. This is my life, and I love it the way it is. If we’re going to do this, we can’t let feelings get in the way. Even if I didn’t want a relationship with him, I still didn’t want to be forgotten. As I looked at him, biting his lip and smiling unknowingly at a girl he couldn’t see, my heart shattered. I couldn’t stay any longer.

My Rating: 3.5/5 stars!
Definitely a better storyline than the first part and an improvement. I loved Gabriella's and Tyler's chemistry. I only wished it was a full novel :( I'm not going to lie I was disappointed to find out that Gabriella and Tyler don't get a HEA, and both have separate books in the series (meaning they end up with other people) *sigh* I can only hope both Tyler and Gabriella end up with people who deserve them.
I love that Gabriella is a strong, confident woman who secretly knows how to fight too (unbeknownst to the guys). But what I initially liked about Gabriella since her introduction in the first part was her friendships with the guys. Especially her friendship with Ryley.
What I liked about Tyler is he comes off a little more gentlemanly in comparison to Ryley and Camden. At least when dealing with women. He certainly was different with Gabriella. He has an obvious caring and sweet side, and he does consider other people's feelings (considering I'm seeing a pattern with the guys in this group.. they're all manwhores lol).
Although this was only a fling (and a hot one at that) between Tyler and Gabriella, I'm glad in the end they could walk away from it still friends. There's a few new characters introduced in this second part and I'm actually excited to read more about them.

Hot dang I thought part one with the Jameson brothers was hot but something about forbidden love and hot passion just got me in this book. We have Tyler Rushing another MMA Fighter and the woman he cannot have showing us how much temptation is worth breaking. I loved Gabrielle in this book trying to not live in the shadow of her big MMA fighter brother Matt and be her own self. In the previous book we see her with Ryley but man her and Tyler is so obvious how perfect they are together. The temptation is real for Tyler and man the whole bro code is so overrated lol it's almost hillarious in this book. Gabrielle is a woman that knows what she wants and poor Tyler has no chance of fighting this attraction. Seeing Tyler fighting the attraction and Gabrielle doing her hardest to make him see how right they are was in a way like finally open your eyes Tyler. All in all this is a series that L.P. Dover is making me on the edge of my seat with these sexy fighters and boy the women they love is awesome. Cannot wait to see what she does next in this series and how far Gabrielle will go in this world.

Honestly, after the way the last novella ended, I wanted to skip this book and dive right into Ryley's story. But I could tell this series would be best if read in order and I was right. Honestly, I liked this book, but I didn't love it the way I did Part One. It was enjoyable and the smut was definitely there, but seeing as I knew Tyler and Gabriella weren't going to end up together in this series, it was hard to hold my interest. Admittedly, the one scene Ashleigh and Ryley had together almost stole the whole book for me. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed the elements of realism in this book and series as a whole. You don't always end up with your first crush. You don't always end up with the love of your life the first time around. Tyler and Gabriella were the perfect definition of friends with benefits.
This read was a textbook novella: entertainment that provides necessary detail for the main story. You don't absolutely need to read this book to understand the rest of the series, but the context definitely helps. I wouldn't skip it if I were you, and that's coming from someone notorious for skipping around and reading a book out of order.

Great short story about Tyler and Gabriella. They have always been attracted to each other but didn't give in to their feeling because of her brother. A weekend in Vegas changes things. They both had an itch that wanted scratched but one of them was starting to have feelings of more than attraction.
Can't wait to read their HEA stories. I am interested in their background stories. What makes Tyler the way he is?

Hearing about how Gabby’s older brother was over protective in the first book but her still wanting a Tyler made me hope we’d see some of their tension. It was for sure there. The Las Vegas trio was hoootttt! I loved seeing their interactions and can’t wait to see what happens next! Seeing the twins and Ash more makes me crave them too!

I plan on reading more of this series because I want the HEAs. This book was hard to read, because I wanted them to get together but I knew it wouldn’t happen. I am glad Tyler’s story is next, because I am very anxious to read it.

*This is my original review for these novellas being in one book, so it contains information about the other prequel novella. Please remember that if reading it.*
I was really excited when I found out about these novellas! Some of the characters appear in this author's other contemporary series and I was really excited that they were getting their own novella and follow on books! Well, sort of lol! This book was split into two parts and the first half was about hot twins that briefly appear in the Second Chances series! Their story was about their relationship with a girl that they both had feelings for! I have to be honest and say that I was expecting these characters story to go in a completely different direction to what it did, but I enjoyed how brief it was, and even though it didn't end the way I wanted it too, I could see that it was best for the characters! The second half of this book was about a different couple who appear in the first half, but only as secondary characters! I loved these characters story! It developed really well and although it had a pretty sad ending, it leaves the next book open for a lot to happen! I've never read a book that's been written like this one, but I did really enjoy it and I'd definitely read a book like this again! The characters were amazing! Ashleigh was the main female character of the first half of this book and she was such a normal, every day person! I really liked her! I did feel sorry for her though because she was so confused about her feelings and everything! She handled it all really well though and I loved that she chose carefully who she really wanted to have a relationship with! Ryley and Camden were the main male characters of the first half of this book and they were so freaking hot! And there were two of them lol! Camden and Ryley were twins and were so similar to each other, but so different! Camden sort of had a stick up his ass, but I could understand why, and Ryley was a complete sweetheart! I n part two of A Fighter's Desire, we switch our attention to Gabriella. Gabby has been in the fighting world for a long time. Her brother is the man on the pedestal in the fighting world and as a result, none of the other fighter's will touch her, leaving her frustrated. She has had a growing crush on Tyler, a fellow fighter in her brother's inner circle, yet their interactions are stifled and the spark is dulled due to the situation at hand. All they need is the perfect opportunity to let the spark catch for a perfect moment, even if it is just for one night. No one is thinking forever, but just for now!
When Tyler and Gabby decide to try and see where this all leads, Tyler offers her a weekend in Vegas with no strings attached. They decide to take a secret leap and see what is brewing. Yet Gabby knows that there could be more, a connection. She likes Tyler, maybe not true love, but doesn't want this to ruin anything. She knows of his past and doesn't just want to be another one of his conquests. When the moment finally comes, their chemistry and spark explodes. They enjoy their weekend, never knowing where things would lead.
I read Tyler's story (Tyler's Undoing) first and going back to see where his relationship with Gabby developed was interesting. I feel like their relationship was one of curiosity. They had been friends for a while and Gabby wanted to see where the spark lead. I think that LP Dover did a great job of showing that there was something there that was physical and chemical, without all the messy emotions involved. They both cared for each other, but a lasting relationship would never work, something that they both agreed on up front. Their chemistry was hot and their fling was memorable for them both.
I loved seeing a bit more development for who Gabby is. In this novella, we see her own personal passion come out for the ring. Obviously she loves the MMA world and the friends she has made, but seeing her step into the ring and take control was awesome. I loved seeing her show the world her strength in the ring and surprise her friends in the process. Her association with the MMA world has always been a strain on her friendship with other back in college, but she decides to be true to herself and embrace her passion. I loved that about Gabby. No matter what, she stuck to her guns and embraced the world as she knew it. She learned to never apologize for who she was and what she wanted. This short story allowed for the reader to see her strength and overcome the labels that she had been living with for so long. I am excited to see more of Gabby in Paxton's Promise and see what is in store for her!

In part two it is about Ashleigh's roommate Gabriella, she is also is the one who introduces Ashleigh to Ryley. Her brother is also in the UFC and is very protective so other fighter's do not go near her but she and her brother's best friend, Tyler have been having a flirty friendship for the last year.
She just wants one night with him to know what it would be like to be with him, she knows he is a player but feels it would be different with her. She doesn't want to bring her feelings into it knowing that he is not even close to be ready for more. But when her college friends happen to be going to Vegas for a tournament she takes the opportunity to see Tyler without her brother being suspicious since that is where Tyler lives. When she runs into Ryley there too it's just the way for her to get closer to what she wants....
Tyler doesn't wants to settle down with one woman but he knows Gabriella is different, he has wanted her for a year but he just can not go there at the same time he doesn't want to think of someone else touching her. She is his best friend's sister and doesn't want to break her heart but when she insists it's just sex and she doesn't want more either they agree....Two people can keep a secret, right? They can be with each other whenever time permits and there won't be feelings involved. Can they really do this? Will they just go their separate ways after a weekend Vegas?
I really enjoyed their story, it is similar with just the fighter that doesn't want more to a relationship but it is also different since they are friends. I think Gabriella is both a strong and also a sweetheart, and Tyler might be a playboy but he is one with a heart when it comes to her. I can't wait to see what happens next with her career and of course also to see what happens with them.
Overall, I thought the book was great. I did get frustrated but that also means I got involved with the characters....we'll see what is next in October!!

This is the 2nd Novella in the Gloves Off Series and I recommend reading the books in order. If not then you should read it before reading Tyler’s Undoing, the 1st book in the Gloves Off Series.

Tyler is a strong, well-built all alpha fighter who believes that he is doing the right thing by turning down the one woman who wants him for who he is and not what he is. Tyler has started to get sick of the meaningless one night stands his lifestyle as a fighter gives him but dating Gabby means he has to keep what they have a secret from his best friends and that doesn’t sit well with him.
This is the second novella to the Gloves off series and it’s just a hot as the first. I love the forbidden romance between Gabby and Tyler as Gabby’s brother doesn’t want her to date fighters. These two have an undeniable chemistry that can’t be ignored. I love how Gabby goes after what she wants. She’s the strong female character that everyone loves and is there for her friends when they need her. Tyler is an honorable guy trying his best to follow his best friend’s instruction but how do you keep turning away the one you want. The secret the two of them keep from everyone is hard on them but I see why they did. I had to agree there was no reason to tell Matt unless the relationship was going to last. I also really like that Ryley and Ashleigh made an appearance in this novella so we at least had some idea what was going on with them. This a great build up for Tyler’s story which is the first full novel in the series and I can’t wait to read it!

A FIGHTER'S DESIRE: PART 2 is a prequel novella to the Gloves Off series, introducing us to a slew of new characters as well as touching base with a couple from the previous novella. Tyler and Gabriella have been dancing around each other for a while now. Gabriella's brother, Matt, is Tyler's best friend, and Matt has warned each of them to stay away from the other. But Gabriella's a big girl and decides it's time to make a move on Tyler, and with Ryley's help, she's able to get her man, even if it's just for a weekend.
Tyler is another manwhore, rivalling the likes of Ryley and Camden from PART 1. Other than that, there's not much you learn about him. Gabriella seemed like a strong and confident woman, going after who and what she wanted, but at the same time she was willing to be used and forego her self-respect just for a chance to have sex with Tyler. Gabriella knows he's a manwhore and Tyler knows absolutely nothing about her past, but both were willing to have sex without a condom right from the start. Apparently being on the pill is good enough. A lapse in the heat of the moment I could understand, but what they did was not safe or smart.
So I'll be honest here, I'm still not sold on this series. After finishing PART 2, I took a good look at the rest of the series to see if it could help me decide whether I should continue on or not. Spoiler Alert: Tyler and Gabriella don't even end up together; both have their own books with different love interests. My first thought when I realised this was "What's the point of this book then?" and I was quite annoyed. Gabriella came across as having deep feelings for Tyler and he was willing to risk his friendship with Matt for her, so he must have had some feelings for her as well. I just don't get it, and despite the amazing reviews the series has received, I don't think I'll continue on. I'll just stick with her other series that I've enjoyed.

3.5 Stars. This is the second prequel to the Gloves Off series. First, I have to say, I always have a little difficulty with prequels (because of what they do and what they don't do), but this one did what I think it meant to do and sparked my interest, making me want to read on about both Gabriella and about Tyler. I liked this book better than Part One, I think because I saw some maturity in both Gabriella and Tyler (well, not so much in Tyler, but at least he held my attention and I liked his way), which I found lacking in the first book. Also, there is a little more in the way of layers to this book--(1) Gabriella's older brother is the current heavyweight champion which seriously curtails her ability to engage in any kind of a relationship with any fighters, (2) Gabriella's got an interesting little thing going on with Bradley (a guy she's in college with) outside of her relationship with Tyler that makes things a little more interesting; and (3) the whole Kyle Andrews thing..... Tyler takes advantage of the readily available women who tend to lose their dignity and throw themselves at fighters, as do most athletes alive today. Although he is a self-professed man-whore, I see the spark of hope that he will remain the true alpha-male we all love but also become "the one" for a lucky girl. We also see Gabriella growing away from being a little girl, protected by her brother. It's done through her rebellious relationship with Tyler and her breaking out her public boxing gloves. Gabriella just simply rocks, and we know she's going to find her HEA (how could she not?), so no worries about her at all. In this book, however, we see the steamy, chemistry-laden friendship between Tyler & Gabriella. I agree with another reviewer, however, who commented that it seemed they were scratching an itch, rather than making the ultimate connection. Looking forward to Tyler's story next up.

Part two of A Fighter’s Desire gives us a look into the relationship between Gabby and Tyler. The forbidden attraction between them has been burning for a while, and they’re both desperate to give in to the pull. When these two end up in the same city for the weekend, the mounting tension causes them both to unravel. As we got to know Gabby a little better, I found her smart and incredibly likeable. In this novella, we also get a little more of the emotions bubbling between Ryley and Ashleigh, which further lays the groundwork for Ryley’s novel. L.P. Dover managed to evoke a bit of heartache in me, while reading about their complicated and unresolved relationship. Ryley even continued to grow on me as I experienced the extent of his relationship with Gabby. While Ryley and Ashleigh got me emotional, Tyler and Gabby threatened to set the pages on fire. Their obvious lust had me on the edge of my seat, waiting for one of them to just let go. I would have loved a deeper look into their past, in order to really grasp their current connection and trepidation. The uncertainty L.P. Dover leaves us with has me desperate for more. There are so many questions left unanswered in this book. Hints of rivalries between the fighters, in combination with intriguing and unexpected ties between characters, has me primed for a more in depth look into the world that L.P. has created. I am definitely interested in seeing how things between Gabby and Tyler play out and what the future holds for them both. This story is playful, teasing, and every bit as sexy as part one, promising future novels that are absolutely yummy.

This is part two of A Fighter's Desire. I would highly recommend you read the first part, first. Even though both books are centered around different characters, there are some story lines that continue on through both parts.
This is Gabriella and Tyler's short story.
Gabriella is the younger sister of Matt. Matt is the UFC Heavyweight champion. He also has been training her in MMA, which no one knows about. She has wanted Tyler for awhile now. But her brother is Tyler's best friend and doesn't want her around the other fighters.
Tyler wants Gabriella also, but knows he can't have her. Matt would kill him if he ever found out.
"You could look at him and tell he was an animal, an alpha. He takes what he wants, when he wants it, and doesn't ask permission."
Gabriella doesn't want to wonder what if, she wants Tyler for the weekend.
"If you come back to Vegas and you want me," he growled low, "you'll be mine and only mind." He kissed his way down my neck and over my breasts, biting them through the fabric of my shirt. "It'll be our secret. I just need to make sure you want to come back."
I love her friendship with Ryley. She is a good friend to him. Surprisingly, he is also a great friend to her!
"We all have to live with our choices, Ryley, and sometimes they come with consequences. Even in the heat of the moment you have to be responsible. Remember that next time."
I am hooked on these fighters now.

Gabriella is the younger sister of Matt. Matt is the UFC Heavyweight champion. He also has been training her in MMA, which no one knows about. She has wanted Tyler for awhile now. But her brother is Tyler's best friend and doesn't want her around the other fighters.
Tyler wants Gabriella also, but knows he can't have her. Matt would kill him if he ever found out.
"You could look at him and tell he was an animal, an alpha. He takes what he wants, when he wants it, and doesn't ask permission."
Gabriella doesn't want to wonder what if, she wants Tyler for the weekend.
"If you come back to Vegas and you want me," he growled low, "you'll be mine and only mind." He kissed his way down my neck and over my breasts, biting them through the fabric of my shirt. "It'll be our secret. I just need to make sure you want to come back."
I love her friendship with Ryley. She is a good friend to him. Surprisingly, he is also a great friend to her!

MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS - I am really not digging this series. I hate players & only like books where they've become reformed for the girl they are really into. These UFC fighters have girls lined up around the block & they take advantage of it. Tyler even tells Gabriella that they have one night & tomorrow he will return to his old self. We get another dose of the annoying but hot twins Camden & Ryley & nothing has changed there except, if it is possible, Ryley turned into more of a pig. He has a great friendship with Gabriella & they bail each other out of trouble, she is Ryley's only friend who is female. And yet he pervs on her & gets hard when she practices dancing for Tyler's party? He even admits if she was willing he'd give it up to have sex with her. There was a little interaction between Ryley & Ashleigh while they were in Vegas & I thought this might be Ryley's eye opening moment where he changes ways. He leaves to go out to party & sleep with random chicks, like he always does. I don't know if I can handle any more. Tyler at least seems to care about Gabby, he gets jealous when she's with other men, he attempts to at least up the romance when they're together, & he is very honest that they won't be together other than this one time. I have to admit I did like Gabriella in this book, especially the way she ends the story by leaving before her heart can be shattered, leaving on her own terms.
