Truly, the narrator made this one. Everything about this story was meh - but the narrator was lovely. The characters weren’t well developed - mostly just flat caricatures. The mystery was good - but stretched thin after the second death. It had great bones, but no meat.

Started well, they found the murderer half way through the book and it keep going. Mostly recounting how they’d found the murderer. I presumed there was more to the story but no she just waffles on until it ends. It felt like she hadn’t hit her word count so padded it out.

Not a bad story but not great either. I had worked out the killer way before I was halfway through. The characters just didn't seem developed enough. The plot wasn't too bad but just seemed to fizzle in and out.

A good story, easy to read if a little wordy for some people in places.
