Not one to sit for to long, I have found myself stuck doing the same thing. Determined to get out of my rut, I started writing rocker books. The sexy steamy rockers need to have a story too. That is what I am doing. Giving them a chance to explore the issues that arise, and make you squirm in your seat as you get all hot and bothered. So sit back, and enjoy the ride!
I Love this series it just gets better and better Whiskey Starr is one of those writers you fall madly in love with, this series is gritty raw deals with hard issues and helps overcome so much more than just the typical romance.
This is book two of Surviving the Dream.

He so enjoys the 'no' responsibility life he has and having all kinds different woman or two even three when he is in the mood. Shelly McKnight's life is rather uneventful and too be truthful that is how she likes it. She cannot stand drama. This costs her allot more than she was prepared to give.
When two completely different lives collide by sheer accident or maybe even fate, throwing irresponsibility against responsible can Hunter and Shelly find a compromise together?
Or will Hunter's carefree ways of living come back to haunt not only him but her, proving that opposites do attract—they just don't last.... if at all
This book is so on point I was never a fan of rocker romances before I got my hands on the first book in this series and now iv read this being the second I am just a goner. every single little bit of this book is utter brilliance.
See Hunter he is a complex guy he has lived his care free rocker life to the max he has had plenty of ups as well as downs, yes his past is not the best but who's past is truly golden? what I loved about him was how he was able too work through his issues with a bit help from his fellow band mates and of course the lovely Shelly. at times yes he drove me nuts especially when he made some giant mistakes I totally wanted too smack him across his head..... but that also made me love him.
Shelly is Hunter complete and utter opposite but yet there is this quality about her that Hunter cannot resist. see Shelley she has a normal life a normal 9-5 job that is until she bails out her room mate and crashes literally in too Hunter now her whole life has gone down the toilet. I absolutely adore Shelly she is so sweet and so reminds me of myself she does everything she can too have a normal life a quiet one but some idiot spoils it for her.
But will this sexy handsome swoon worthy Idiot be the making of her ? or her downfall...
Its hard too even pick a favourite part in this book because its just amazing from start too finish Whiskey Starr is amazing.
Do not miss out on this amazing book... no stop this amazing series get them all now.
This book was FANTASTIC!!! Hunter is the guitarist for Chasing Tail and was always looking for good times and willing women. Until he meets Shelley, who makes him want to be a better person. Shelly is a interior designer bailing out her roommate and didn't even know who Hunter was, unfortunately the press got wind of her and made her life impossible. She goes to see Hunter's manager to get it straightened out and one thing leads to another and she engrossed with the band. Shelly is a curvier woman who doesn't believe she has it in her to catch Hunter's eye while he was a man use to getting what he wants. Hunter wants Shelly and through determination, romance, insecurities issues and when a past fling resurfaces you will be anxiously anticipating what's going to happen next. This was a dynamite read and a delicious addition to what's shaping up to be my favorite rocker series. So totally captured by Chasing Tail bring on book 3!!!
