“Sometimes, the only way to go forward is to take a few, careful steps back.”

Never Ross is a broken soul who doesn't need to be fixed. There's a monster inside of her, eating little bits of her everyday, and she can't seem to stop it. It makes her do things she doesn't want to do, say things she doesn't want to say.

She's used to dating guys like Ty McCabe; he's one of the dangerous ones, the ones with pasts that burn like fire and melt everything around them. But there's something different about this soul with a sad smile and arms covered in butterfly tattoos, something that tantalizes Never's shattered spirit.

When Ty and Never form a tentative, almost reluctant, friendship that opens the door on their dark sides and shows them what it's like to live in the light, they'll have to face the skeletons in their closets, fight back the blackness and see if two tortured souls desperate for a healing touch can connect into something beautiful.

Broken doesn't always mean destroyed.

READING ORDER:
1. "Tasting, Finding, Keeping: The Story of Never"
2. "Never Can Tell"
3. "Never Let Go"
4. "Never Did Say"

EXCERPT:

Ty's hot mouth is on my neck, and I find myself taking short, sharp, little breaths as I press my shaking hands to his chest. If I sleep with him again, I'll be making the biggest mistake of my life. He's the first real friend I've ever had, and I don't want to cheapen the feelings that are simmering between us. We made that mistake once before, and we survived. We've been through a lot since then, and I know that if I lose him now, I will never be whole again. Ty is my other half, lover or no, and just being around him is enough for me.

“Ty,” I say, trying my best to sound stern. Instead, my voice comes out like a butterfly, flutters against Ty's hair and swirls it gently against my lips. I moan and find that my fingers are now curled in the fabric of his T-shirt.

“Never,” he says back to me, the word like fire against my skin. In those two syllables, I hear how he feels about me. He thinks he's in love. Ty McCabe thinks he's in love with me. He doesn't say it aloud, but I can tell. Sex isn't the best way for me to show my feelings; I've abused it for far too long that it has somehow lost some of its meaning. I try to tell Ty this, but I can't speak with his lips on my throat and his hand sliding across the nape of my neck.

I run my own hands down his chest and put them beneath his shirt, on the hard plane of his belly. His muscles contract as I press my fingers into them, touching, feeling, absorbing the man, the complication, that is Ty McCabe. All the while, my mind is racing in circles trying to talk me out of this.

“Kiss me,” Ty says and it's not a question, it's a request, albeit a gentle one. His voice is softer than I've ever heard it. His words are naked, stripped of all the bullshit that's happened to him, all of the horrible things that mirror my own life. Ty and I are like twins, like two halves of the same whole. They say that opposites attract, but Ty and I are very much the same and the attraction between us burns brighter than the sun. “Kiss me,” he says again and I do.

C.M. Stunich is a self-admitted bibliophile with a love for exotic teas and a whole host of characters who live full time inside the strange, swirling vortex of her thoughts. Some folks might call this crazy, but Caitlin Morgan doesn't mind - especially considering she has to write biographies in the third person. Oh, and half the host of characters in her head are searing hot bad boys with dirty mouths and skillful hands (among other things). If being crazy means hanging out with them everyday, C.M. has decided to have herself committed.

She hates tapioca pudding, loves to binge on cheesy horror movies, and is a slave to many cats. When she's not vacuuming fur off of her couch, C.M. can be found with her nose buried in a book or her eyes glued to a computer screen. She's the author of over thirty novels - romance, new adult, fantasy, and young adult included. Please, come and join her inside her crazy. There's a heck of a lot to do there.

Oh, and Caitlin loves to chat (incessantly), so feel free to e-mail her, send her a Facebook message, or put up smoke signals. She's already looking forward to it.

4.5 Stars!!

I really enjoyed reading all the 3 books. And since I read them back to back, I could see Never-Ty relation evolving right in from of my eyes. What caught me most was how raw the writing was. The feelings, emotions, passion everything reeked raw !! And while I thought I will cringe at the lines, I found myself getting fascinated by it.

So, Never and Ty are both damaged souls, both seeking someone to love and someone to love them. Their bad-ass facade masked their insecurities and brokenness. But somehow, when they meet, things fall into place just like a perfect puzzle is solved. The attraction is instant, but how they fall in love is very peaceful..Both of them are a riot !! Each book contains different stages of their relationship.

These two might be broken, but they are not liars and cheaters! I loved that ! I liked that they stood up for each other. I like that their falling in love was not far-fetched. They just got each other !!!

I loved the Regali clan, minus the mom of course !! But the sisters and their banter was absolutely enchanting ! I liked how Ty felt right at home with them, becoming their protector. I liked Ty's interactions with the babies in the family. I liked how Ty accommodated Never to understand her feelings for Noah, otherwise it would have been too messy. I loved Noah !! He was such a good boy !! I liked that he was not vindictive.. It avoided so much unwanted drama.

I loved how understanding Ty was.. He read Never's emotions and body language so well !! I felt bad that he didn't get proper closure with his mother, but I was happy to read Never's support at every step..

This set of books was really good ! The raw feelings were palpable and I felt it within me too !!

I would definitely recommend this book !

Okay. I did it! I actually finished this one. I didn't think it was going to happened, but it did. Now, why did I think I wasn't going to finish this book bundle? Well...
1. Ty and Never were horrible people! I mean, right at the start, Never is having sex with some guy at a club, while at the same time staring at the guy she's been dating through a crack in the door. I mean, how horrible is that? And Ty always has to remind Never that he's slept with a lot of girls. Um, maybe she doesn't need you to keep saying that when she's carrying your child. That's not something most girls would appreciate. And when Ty thinks that Never is getting too close to him (before he gets her pregnant), he goes out and sleeps with a random girl and them immediately texts Never to tell her what he did. Dude, what the heck? Not cool.
2. I don't understand why they join the Sex Addicts club, and then they immediately start having sex. Um, what was the point of joining if you had no plans to commit? Oh, that's right. Ty just wanted to make sure Never didn't sleep with anybody but him. Got it.
3. Never was just annoying when it came to trying to tell Ty that she was pregnant. Rather than just tell him, she holds it in and constantly thinks about it for several chapters. And when Ty finally figures it out, he doesn't want her to admit it. These guys should not be parents. Oh, and then Ty names their baby after Never's ex-boyfriend. That's just creepy.
4. The whole visit to Never's family was weird. Rather than being upset about Never disappearing 5 years ago, they are super happy. I also didn't understand the whole part about Never's mother marrying the man who killed Never's father. Um, how exactly did this come about? I do understand Never's running away, but I didn't really understand why she all of a sudden wanted to come back home.
5. Ty's whole mother dying and New York situation was weird. I don't know, but if my boyfriend wanted to show me all his old hangouts where he slept with various women, I would refuse to go. I would also be furious if an old fling wrote her number on my boyfriends hand and he refused to wash it off. Never, what do you think he's going to do with that number?

I could go on and on, but essentially all the characters in this book were unbearable, the plot wasn't interesting or realistic, and there are so many extra details that I found myself skipping pages just so I could get to the important parts or dialogue.

I really wanted to like this one, but it was just a miss for me. Couples that sleep with other people and brag about it don't really do it for me. Sorry.

Loving Ty & Never

I absolutely love Ty and Never's story. The emotional roller coasters these characters goes on makes you not want to get off and continue the ride with them. I read this series before but reading the bonus material I was in heaven. I can't get enough of Ty and Never, even the whole family.. Can't wait for more.

This is the first three books of the Never Say Never series. As I understand it, it was meant to be three books originally but has been extended. This is a brilliant series, and the first three books, I think could be read on their own, as their isn’t a cliffhanger at this point. I’ll be honest, I’m torn about carrying on, because I love Never and Ty. I don’t want to see if they have to struggle anymore, because I want them to have their HEA. But that emotional investment is something that this author is very good at getting you to do. It’s about bringing raw and broken characters to life. She reaches in and drags these emotions from you, and you end up feeling as raw as her characters, in the best way possible. I genuinely think there are few authors who can evoke the emotion this author does, while so thoroughly enthralling you in her fictional world. Taking the three books together, the first book is definitely my favourite. It’s so raw, and it’s more about an emotional journey. The other books are more to do with healing, and I feel like some things were a little glossed over that could have been bigger points in the story (can’t really say what they are without giving spoilers). Not in a way that detracts from the story, just that it would have been even more awesome. I likely will carry onto number four, because I need to know how it ends.

I absolutely loved this box set. Ty and Never's story is full of drama and angst. It is one hell of an emotional rollercoaster. I will definitely be continuing the series. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

I’m going to be honest, I read over half of the book & just couldn’t finish it. I just couldn’t get into it, even though I kept trying. Both of the main characters just hated themselves so much, it was depressing! It was also so immature!

I already had these three books, but once i heard that there was bonus material, i had to have this too.
i loved all the extra stories. i loved seeing the inside of noah's head, and getting a little more depth/ another perspective to parts of the story we already knew.

This is for the first three books- Never Ross and Ty McCabe had rough childhoods. They came last in their mother's eyes. They were not protected- they were betrayed. As a result, they sought out ways to escape the pain, ways to feel loved if only for a moment. These kindred souls meet, and with each other for support, they begin to slowly let go of the past and heal. But it's not an easy road.

book 1- 4; book 2- 5, book 3- 5, bonus- 4

Love, love, love this series!

This is my first introduction to C.M Stunich and wow! I fell in love with Never, one of the best female characters I have read. All the characters are unconventional, unique individuals that you just want to know more about. The way the story is told has everything to do with the way you are drawn in. A beautifully, cleverly written story. I'm totally hooked on this author and I hope everyone gives this book and author the chance she deserves. You won't regret it.....your welcome in advance lol

This was a freebie for signing up to CM’s mailing list.

Kinda glad I didn’t pay for this, as a HUGE CM fan I felt this one was lacking her usual pizazz.

The story follows Never and Ty, two sex addicts and their meetings and their families and yeah – urgh.

A lot of it didn’t match up or make sense. I’m assuming the next two books tie up most of the loose ends but yeah I won’t be bothering.

For a freebie it was good, very angsty and lots of sex.

I loved each book and of course have moved on to the 4th in the series. As always, CM's characters get under your skin and embedded into your heart.

“Never Say Never” is a multi-book series that is not for the faint of heart. With my three free ebooks gifted by the gracious Ms. Stunich, I read the first three books in the series in very fittingly, three days. Never Ross is not your typical heroine. We are introduced to a hot mess of a young woman struggling to find her own worth & with some pretty self destructive habits. Hero Ty is a beautifully broken bad boy with a history full of heavy subjects. The development of the story and characters proceeds at a pace that keeps our attention but without frustration or that dreaded loss of interest. If you are looking for a light read and a feel good romance, save Never Say Never for another day. It is definitely an adult storyline and some scenes had me cringing. But as in real life, the beauty of a love story is enhanced by the challenges overcome. So if you are like me and enjoy a storyline that is not a standard formula, give this series a shot.
