Syk nok

Rate this book

About the author

I’m Chloé Liland, a Norwegian author and reader interested in mental health, identity, and the questions that remain beyond a diagnosis.

My debut book, Syk nok (2025), grew out of years of writing letters to my therapist while living with an eating disorder and personality disorders. The letters became a way to put words to what I was going through. In Syk nok, I share those thoughts as they unfolded, not as a self help manual, but as an attempt to give language to experiences that many struggle to articulate and often feel alone in.

When I’m not reading or writing, I work in network security and spend time with my dogs.
