She and her husband live ten minutes from the house she grew up in with the two youngest of their five kids. Rounding out the family are their two dogs and two cats. For nine years, she was a nurse in the ICU and then transitioned to home health nursing five years ago. She is an avid reader of romance and had an idea for a book one weekend. With the help of some seriously awesome and amazing friends, and the support of her family, the Mountain Grove series was born.

5 Star Review Obsessed (On The Hunt #4) by C.B. Noy
This is FBI agent Waverley and billionaire Finn and what a fabulous read it was.
From the first chapter I was drawn in and held captive by their story.
The chemistry between Waverley and Finn sizzles and I loved the development of their relationship and the push and pull dynamic in particular.
There were equal amounts of romance and suspense in this well written, edge of your seat book.

Oh. My. God!!!! What an absolutely amazing read!!! The depth and emotion that tumble from each and every page will leave you breathless and yearning for more.
I have lived each and every book C B Noy has released, but I have to say that I absolutely adore this book. I’ve been looking forward to meeting the man that would capture Waverley’s heart, and boy did he not disappoint!!
Finn is the definition of sex on legs. He’s a scrumptious, delicious character that bathes in and takes possession of your heart. I absolutely adore his devotion to Waverley and his determination to blend their lives together.
He’s a larger than life character. A protector of those he cares for and a man with an open heart for those deserving of it. I love the close relationship he has with his sister. Their bond strong and true. His nephew and niece a beautiful addition to the story. Their characters bring a light heartedness to the story and C B Noy portrayed their antics and mannerisms perfectly.
I want Noreen and Joel in my life!! Such beautiful characters and they bring something extra special to an already phenomenal read. I love that Finn has had a found family in his life, people that love him for the wonderful man he is. I think everyone needs people like that in their life.
I have been looking forward to watching Waverley fall from the get go. She’s such a strong character. A true badass when needed and someone with a beautiful soul and heart of gold.
She takes the responsibility of her team seriously. She’s such a strong leader and has the unconditional respect and support of each and every member. They are a family and their unending support of each other is so heartwarming to read. The way they have each others back without any hesitation is so beautiful.

Yet it’s to her credit that she rose above it all and devoted herself to protecting those who couldn’t protect themselves.
She is an awesome character. A woman born to be a true leader and guide for others. A woman worthy of the sweet yet unfailing devotion of the one man who completes her heart and soul.
This is an absolutely phenomenal read. C B Noy has outdone herself with the addictive and compelling read. I have to say one of the best stories I’ve read this year.
If you can’t tell, I highly recommend this book, and any other of C B Noy’s. Having a front row seat to this unforgettable story was an honour.

My favorite book by this author to date! An almost one sitting read. The twists and turns, the suspense, the action, the banter, and the way the characters are written, they draw you in.
Finn – book boyfriend material, he will jump to the top spot – swoon. It was going to take a special man to steal Waverly’s heart.
Waverly – I have been looking forward to Waverly’s book. Her heart is big, her responsibilities are fierce, and she is respected by all.
Their chemistry leaps off of the page, the tension, he the protector, she the leader with a giant heart. What she has overcome since childhood to be when she is today. The found family they surround themselves with.
I highly recommend this book and series. C.B. Noy’s writing is a special treat, a well written story with a split of suspense to romance.

My New C.B. Noy Obsession!
An absolute page-turner from beginning to end! This book delivers everything I love—action, suspense, spice, sharp banter, and dual POV. Waverly was desperate for a break when she met a mysterious stranger on vacation who immediately drew her in. What she didn’t expect was that this man, Finn, would soon need her help. Both Waverly and Finn had painful pasts, yet through it all, they learn to trust, heal, and have each other’s backs. The character development is fantastic, and the writing style flows effortlessly. I especially loved the sense of found family with Waverly’s team and how they had her and Finn’s backs from the very beginning. Joel and Noreen are the best and Finn’s bond with his sister Sloane and her twins melted my heart. C.B. Noy has completely hooked me once again. This story is everything I want in a romantic suspense story and more. A definite 1-click must-read!

Loved RAC Waverly and Keir(Finn)'s story and also loved the twist at the end.
FBI RAC goes on vacation and meets Keir. She enjoys her vacation and then is shocked when Keir, aka Finn, is their next case. Someone is stalking and putting him and his sister in danger due to their company, which involves limb prosthetics.
Obsessed is a love story with some spice and plenty of action. Can't wait for the next story!!!

What a continuation of the series! I did not expect a billionaire loving man for Waverly but C.B. Noy served him hot! The instant attraction is obvious but what happened next will make you swoon. Finally, Waverly found a man that matches her stubbornness. Finn is a very focused and determined person who will get what he wants, but at the same not ashamed to accept help from his woman. Waverly showed a soft and vulnerable side and I'm happy for him and Finn. Of course, the suspense will keep your toes. I can't wait for the next book!

This book really packs a punch! It just grabs you from the start till the very end! I think this is my favorite book of hers to date. Well, until the next book. Finn and Waverly have an instant connection that comes alive on the page. As with all of her books twists and turns that you never see coming. and that ending wow! So when’s the next book?

Obsessed is hands down CB Noy’s best book that she’s wrote! We always knew Waverly was a kick butt FBI agent, but man did she really show it in Obsessed! Needing some down time she takes a vacation and meets a stranger that she connects with. It scares her and she runs. But this stranger, Finn, doesn’t take her walking away like most would. Finn needs Waverly, personally and professionally. This man will have your heart beating and your insides pumping! We all need a Finn in our lives. As always there’s the suspense! But have no fear RAC Waverly Mitchell and her team are on it! Along with some help from some special people in Finn’s life. CB Noy just hit it out of the park with this book!

Obsessed is Waverly and Finn’s explosive story and from the moment I picked this book up I was invested in the outcome. it’s book four in the On The Hunt Series and it’s my favorite in this romantic suspense series.
This heartwarming and at times heartbreaking read kept me on the edge of my seat while taking my breath away. It’s well written with wonderful characters and it’s packed with love and passion.

All I can say is wow! This book grabbed me and wouldn’t let me go! Waverly and Finn are so perfect together. They were meant to be from the moment they met. I’m so happy to see Waverly find the one to help her open her heart again. This book takes your breath away with action packed scenes and steamy romance. It’s an absolute must read!

Love this series! Waverly has been the BA RAC for our team of FBI agents & at first, I thought she & Duncan were going to get together. But their relationship is more brother-sister, so that was out.
Enter Finn. WHEW!!! He's 🌶🔥🌶🔥 and swoony. Doesn't hide his feelings. Doesn't let Waverly's fears get in his (or her) way. He's a devoted brother to Sloane & a great uncle to her kids. He's protective & smart & fits into the group well - even tho he's a CEO, not FBI. 😄

This was yet another read by C.B. Noy. There is such a stunning emotional depth that tumbles from each page that leaves you gasping and hungering for so much more.
My God, Finn is nothing short of sex on legs. He’s delicious, magnificent character that falls over you and he takes possession of your heart. And his devotion to Waverly is something that every woman wants and I absolutely adored it. And I just loved the way that all Finn wanted was to blend his life with Waverley’s.
Finn is this larger-than-life character. He’s a protector and he has an open heart for anyone who deserves it and has earned it. I absolutely loved the relationship that Finn has with his sister, they have this beautiful bond that is so strong and you can see that he would do anything for his sister if anyone dared to hurt her. And the addition of Finn’s nephew and niece was such a striking addition to the story. I just loved their characters and the way they bring a light airy feel to the story and the way that C.B. Noy portrayed all their antics and mannerisms was just perfect.
I wish I had a Noreen and Joel in my life. They are these beautiful characters and if you asked me, I have to say that they bring that extra special bit of spice (not that kind of spice) to a story that is already phenomenal. I just loved the way the Finn managed to find his own family, the people who loved him, not for his money or what he could do for him or what he could give him, rather they love him for the extraordinary man he really is. And those are the kind of people I think that everyone needs in their lives.
I fell in love with Waverley from the very first moment that I met her in this book. Waverley is this amazingly strong character, a true badass when she needs to be, and she has a graceful soul with a heart of gold.
Not only does Waverley take her job seriously she takes responsibility of her team and the position of leadership seriously. She is this amazingly strong leader and has an absolute respect and she supports for each and every one of her team members. Waverley treats all of her team members like they are family and their unending support for each other is so rewarding to read. I love the way that Waverley has her team members backs and they have hers and there is no hesitation on anyone’s behalf.
My heart broke for Waverley as aspects of her past became clear. I cried realizing that she had suffered so much pain and neglect throughout her childhood and knew that that was nothing any child should ever have to endure. And yet, it’s to Waverley’s credit that she had the strength to rise above her past and was able to rise above it all and she was able to devote herself to protecting all those who couldn’t protect themselves.

Finn and Waverly’s story is the perfect mix of romance and suspense. Both of the main characters are fascinating, flawed and and fallible. Love makes them both fiercely protective and possessive. As an FBI agent, Waverley is quite capable of protecting Finn and any other client or victim. When the threats and danger escalate, Finn is determined to protect all of his loved ones, which now includes Waverly. As they and her team work together to find the perpetrator, the passion between this couple explodes and their feelings continue to deepen. Both are forced to deal with their fears and doubts about keeping each other safe. They had both given up on love before they met each other, disillusioned by both their parents and past lovers, and thought that maybe they were meant to be alone. Now, they are fighting for each other, their love and a future together.
Fortunately, they are not fighting alone as they have good friends and colleagues to aid them. They offer support, advice and encouragement, sometimes with a touch of crazy or with the love of a pseudo parent or sibling. Along with the danger and intrigue, there both sweet and decidedly spicy moments, as well as moments that make one laugh out loud. Waverly and Finn are a great match. They both have a strong work ethic, a mile wide protective streak, a need to help others and are striving to overcome trauma inflicted by their fathers. They truly see each other as they are and help each other to heal.
This excellent book has my full recommendation.

Obsessed (On The Hunt Book 4) by CB Noy. While on vacation after their last case Waverley meets Keir. The attraction between them is instantaneous. They end up spending the rest of their time on vacation together. There is one stipulation, no last name. Feeling she is getting in to deep, Waverley leaves early in the morning. She is scared and escapes back to West Virginia. Now back on the job Waverley can't get Keir off of her mind. Needing to see her again and needing the FBI's help, Keir aka Finn crashes back into Waverly's life. Finn is a billionaire CEO of a company that is experiencing all types of attacks, personally and within his company and he needs help finding the culprit. This was definitely a game of cat and mouse. While Waverley and her crew are trying to find the culprit, her and Finn are falling deeper in love. Such a good story. Loved the characters. Loved the previous stories in this series. The family dynamics for each Waverley and Finn was an additional bonus to the story. And the cherry on top of the cake was the set up for the next book which is Duncan's story. Yes the mystery agent who moves like a ghost. I can not wait for his story. 5 stars for me.

This is the fourth book in the series and I swear they just keep getting better and better. The author has a way of blending the perfect amount of romance with the suspense to keep you at the edge of your seat. This book is no different.
The dangers are brought out pretty early in the story but we also get to watch our SAC FBI agent Waverly sort through emotions she has buried deep when Finn slips under this defenses when she wasn't looking. Learning how to do the job she loves while trying to keep the man she loves safe.
Thankful for her very capable and well picked team at her side every step of the way. Some new characters to love and add to the series, and that opening for the next book..... Can I have it now please???

Waverley is tough as nails and meets someone while on vacation. However, things start to get a bit more serious between them and she flees before anything more can come of it. Well, Finn finds her and lets her know that he is willing to change everything in his life to make sure she is a part of his. There is a lot of suspense with the story, which kept you needing to read until the end. The spice is good and the chemistry between Finn and Waverley is perfect.
Ummm...we get set up for the next book and can I just say I need that one now. How dare you leave me with that ending!

OMFG!! THIS BOOK WOW JUST WOW!
C.B NOY has gone and done it again, brought us another page turning, emotional and suspenseful read.
One that I just couldn't put down, it had me hooked to every word from start to finish.
It's fast paced and quick read that brings you so much joy to read.
It's filled with drama, action, beautiful characters, spice, passion, banter, wonderful storyline, multi povs, edge of your seat plots, pasts filled with pain, great character development, world building and so much more.

This was an excellent read - definitely my favorite of the series!
From the first page to the last I was completely captivated with the characters, plot, and overall story. Waverly and Finn together were on fire! The book had the perfect blend of banter, chemistry, action, drama, push-pull dynamics, and romance. The supporting characters added just the right amount of drama, friendship, and humor to our lead couple. It was the perfect story for Finn and Waverly. It’s an edge of your seat read you don’t want to miss!

I love this FBI series. When Waverly encounters a handsome man on vacation, she believes it's going to be a holiday fling. Instead a smitten Finn follows her offering her forever but he has a small problem he needs her team to help with: he, his family, and his company are being stalked. Threats turn up everywhere and Waverly's team is certain to find the culprit. If only she and Finn can survive and find their HEA, all will be good. However, there is a delightful twist at the end which will make the next book all that much more intriguing.

If you have not read any of her book, this one will have you finding her backlist and catching up. While this is book 4 of the series, these can be read alone but I think you will change your mind and play catch-up!
Waverly and Finn are perfect together and the connection between them both was instant!

This was my first book by C. B. Noy but it won’t be my last. I really enjoyed this book. It had the perfect amount of spice and romance and kept me on the edge of my seat: I lagged and cried and kept trying to guess the ending, but I never did. Not has a great writing style. I could picture everything she describes perfectly. I can’t wait to read more about this world.

What happens in Curaçao...
Doesn't stay in Curaçao. Waverly needed a vacation instead she found Kier. Who told her he'd chase and he did all the way to West Virginia. Unfortunately his trouble has followed. Another fantastic read from CB. Can't wait for Duncan's story.

Absolutely loved this! Definitely my favorite of the series so far!! Waverly and Finn met on vacation and had an instant attraction. After a few days of spending their vacation together, their feelings became stronger. Waverly, the closed off FBI agent, ran when her feelings became clear. What she wasn’t expecting was for Finn to track her down. After he moved his whole life to be closer to her, secrets started coming to light. Can Waverly let her guard down and trust Finn? These two had amazing chemistry! And this book will leave you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what’s next!! C.B. Noy has a way of pulling you into her stories!! This is one of my favorite romantic suspense series!!
