She’s sweet, shy, and the spark he never saw coming.
Ethan Cole doesn’t say much, but when his sweet, curvy neighbor Chloe needs him, he’s there—gruff orders, strong hands, and all. For years, he’s kept his distance, convinced she deserves better than a man like him. But when a summer storm traps them together, his control snaps, and all those buried feelings come blazing to the surface.
Chloe has had a crush on Ethan since the day she moved next door, but the grumpy mountain man never seemed to notice her. Until now. Alone with him in the middle of a blackout, she’s about to learn just how hot things can get when he lets his guard down.
A stormy summer night. A sweet, curvy virgin. And a big, burly mountain man who’s ready to claim what’s his.

I don't know what it is about these mountain men. But whewwweee do they leave a sista parched for a tall glass iced tea and whatever else they might be serving. If you know, you know.
In Mountain Man's Curvy Girl, Ethan and Chloe have been dancing around their feelings for one another for quite some time. Each with their own reasons why they haven't or wouldn't pursue one another. But the chemistry and heat these two give off when their near each other, it was just a matter of time before they would be forced to confront their deepest desires, possible insecurities, and their unwavering love for each other.
So when mother nature decides to intervene in the form of a heavy thunderstorm.... yeah, it was just the nudge they needed. Ethan was most definitely 100% an alpha. I loved how Ethan stood on business when it came to Chloe! He knew what he wanted. And so did she. For both Ethan and Chloe, there was never a scenario where they weren't ever by each other's side. She was his home, and he was hers.
This is one of the many reasons why I love Imani Jay's instalove books!! She never fails to put a smile on my face after reading one. Kudos Ms. Jay! That book was 🔥🔥🔥🔥!
The chemistry between Chloe and Ethan has been building, increasing the pressure, increasing the need until his control finally explodes and he claims everything they have been wanting, dreaming about, needing. Ethan is deliciously growly, demanding and possessive, is it a lot? Yes, but is it exactly what Chloe wants and dreams of? Also yes. They are a perfect match. Once he finally lets his control slip Chloe finds herself in a storm like no other, as he claims, worships and steals her heart as he hands her his. A steamy addition to the series, I read this on Kindle Unlimited.
Chloe is caught in a bad storm and Ethan takes her to his cabin
Each has been watching the other for months but it takes a rainstorm to bring them together. Yes, Chloe is an innocent but couldn't she be 'breathtakingly perfect' once in a while. Chloe feels safe but she trembling all the time! No need to insist on the verbal claiming her every day. Ethan could have had condoms so he could really take care of Chloe before he made her promise to be his.
I liked this book because it was heartwarming and had nice imagery of the mountain, but I wish we knew more about the main characters, especially the female main character. This book moved very fast, one chapter she first visits his home, the next she’s moving in, the next they’re engaged, the next married, and the next pregnant. I want to know more about her best friend Mia’s story, it might be in the other books.
Chloe and Ethan. This story was so adorable and hot! The gruff mountain man and the sweet virgin who didn’t know her worth. They both were shy and didn’t think the other was interested in them until a dark and stormy night. Then passion erupted into their steamy Happily Ever After. Thanks, Ms. Jay.
Chloe and Ethan's story is oh so sweet. He’s a grump, she is a bit shy and they both have watched the other, longingly, for quite a while. A storm hits, and bossy Ethan insists on driving her home….or rather, to his place. She never leaves! A super likeable couple, lots of steam, lots of caring and a smile worthy HEA ending
I like the story it was short and sweet. My thing is there’s a lot of repeat of certain phrases or words or even their names in certain sentence when it wasn’t required but other than that, the storyline was great characters are great maybe next time just so many words or phrases, especially on one page.
Chloe was so into Ethan ever since she became his neighbor, but she thinks he dont notice her. But, Ethan actually thinks he isnt good enough for her. But, one very stormy day, Ethan sees her walking and picks her up and brings her home. And she is Happy, and so is he.
This story was meh. I liked the premise of the story. The lines were too repetitive and unnecessary. These stories are sounding the same with different names and set up but the same words and redundancy.
