I know this book was supposed to recall a "A Kill a Mockingbird" kind of feeling, but to me I couldn't distinquish between a book written for teens and ... I don't know what. There was a wonderful father, kids coming of age and loss of innocence - but it was about a Japanese interment camp in Colorado and townspeople ... It just didn't hit the mark as a fabulous book for me.
