A nymphet in the making, Sandra at the age of fifteen, created a naughty twin who remained with her until her twenties and who indulged in wild adventure, erotica, romance, was full of excitement, exploration and heart break. Follow along as Sandra learns to dress erotically to entice men at fifteen and has the men wrapped around her little finger into her twenties. It’s a memoir so it’s all true.
Sandra is a naughty girl. A nymphet who gets what she wants, including the men she surrounds herself with and the night clubs where she dances the night away, meeting more men to fill her life. She is young and beautiful and men throw themselves at her—not only for her striking Portuguese beauty, but for the uninhibited sex she provides them.
At the age of fifteen, she leaves her home in Canada for a month long vacation in Portugal where her older cousin introduces her to the night life. It is there where she learns how to entice men by dressing exotically; realizing how easy it is to tempt them with her exquisite beauty and perfect body. It is also where she has sex for the first time with a young officer she lures into the barracks and proceeds to undress him and throw her naked body on him. She learns at a young age that she can wrap men around her little finger by flashing her eyes and teasing them with her sexual behavior.
Once back in Canada, the naïve nymphet emerges. Her high school sweet heart, Reed, taught her she could have multiple orgasms and for the next couple of years she explored her sexual prowess. But eventually, after breaking up with Reed, she is back on the market and her night club escapades continue. Along with her girlfriends and her cousin, Nicholas, she begins an almost nightly routine of different clubs. She captures the hearts of men, not boys, who fight, cry, and beg to be with Sandra.
Finally, the new Sandra emerges. After a steady stream of boyfriends and sexual activities anytime and anyplace, she discovers a man she wants to pursue. Spencer has striking good looks, is older, sophisticated and available. But, in eight months he will be leaving to attend law school in Ireland. So the two make a contract that they will be happily dating for the next eight months, and be monogamous, meeting again only at Christmas break. But alas, before the end of the contract Sandra’s sexual desires surface and she can no longer be with just Spencer. In the end, they are no longer a couple and Sandra moves on.
“My story transcends its erotic overtones to explore the role of honesty in one’s past. I kept these experiences suppressed for twenty-five years, before deciding to break my silence and take them public. Each one of them was life-altering and has shaped me into the woman I am today. I want other women to come out of their shells and not be afraid of who they are and what they have done. I have no regrets; even though it was literally one wild ride.”

“Fun! Exciting! Brave! Sandra Bettencourt tells the true-life story of all the things a good girl should never do, and how she did them all. Deliciously dirty, provocatively wrong!”
I caught wind of this book on twitter over the controversy that Google and Apple wouldn't allow advertising for it or carry it because of its erotic nature. Well, I thought if 50 Shades of Grey was allowed then this one had to be good. My hunch was right. This author did an outstanding job of memory to words to tell. And boy does she tell them. I don't understand the controversy but I can definitely say I understand what Erotica truly is now. The journey of her life is an amazing plot all in itself. I definitely recommend this book to both women and men. It definitely deserves a 5 star rating!
