Tevye
My life with the Kosher Nostra is chaos...but it's a chaos that I thrive in. Money, violence, women, and sarcasm. About a year and a half ago, the consequences of my lifestyle caught up with me, dropping a sickly 5 month old baby boy on my doorstep. His mother is gone, and I'm left trying to navigate a world filled with doctor's appointments, constant monitoring, and stress. I have a son, but I'm not meant to be a father. My twin sister and I are not like other people. We are detached, cold, calculating. We make the difficult decisions that the softer members of our family cannot. And I've lived that way for almost 30 years, but my father's disappointment and my mother's constant nagging drive me to a support group for help.
And it changes my life irrevocably and completely.
Dammit, I hate it when my mom is right.
Tovah
My twin Tevye has always operated under the assumption that he and I do not feel. We don't emote. Our souls are black and our hearts are made of ice. I know differently. Always have. But I ain't telling him...he'll figure it out on his own, the schmuck.
In the meantime, I'm living life on my terms, not a single regret...until I purposefully put myself in the line of fire and get a nifty new hole in my upper chest as a result. While I'm out cold, my secrets come to light.
And it changes my life irrevocably and completely.
Dammit, it turns out I do have one regret...not coming clean earlier.

Finally We have the Twins book and man Mirrah did not disappoint. Two amazing love stories for the two siblings thought to be a different. Not the types to fall in love. Well in my opinion these characters are probably the two most loving with biggest hearts, BUT that doesn't mean they aren't a little cray or bada**, they are, they just love hard too.
I love both Tovah and Tevye's stories, I adore the sibling banter and the sarcasm. This was a one sitting read for me, although with Mirrah's books I usually devour them as soon as i get them. I love the realness of her characters and of course the jokes, sarcasm and puns. Who doesn't like laughter with their serious situations LOL.
And the Epilogue I thought it was Genius. Now don't get me wrong I may have cursed her until I realized what was going on, then literally laughed out loud. Some may not like the epilogue, You really need to have sense of humor and have read a lot of Mirrah's books especially the Kosher Nostra and some of the MC books. It perfectly fits in to the way the family acts with one another, and of course their business ventures.

This was a weird one for me. Started out fine, we had Vandy and Tevye, some issues there, but it was more about Tevye getting his head out of his ass for his son. These two were good together and even Vandy's family didn't freak out.
Things took a bit of turn when the book switched over to Tovah, who it turns out pulled a fast one over on her family. I have never really cared for Tovah, she's too much for me, but learning about the fast one she pulled on her family and why actually made me like her better. I liked how things turned out for her.
Where things got really screwy was towards the end, when it seemed like all hell broke loose. I kept having to go back to see where I lost track of things, couldn't find it. Turns out, hell did not break loose, it was just some primo weed. Really could have done with out this last bit.

I loved that this book for the twins, we get two stories in one.
I was absolutely shocked speechless with Tovah and her secret. She has the biggest heart for such a badass!
We got to see Tevye grow into his feelings, we saw how he was with his son and how he copes with the lifelong illness he will live with.
This story has so many feels and not only answers some questions we have had but also has us asking even more.
So good!
I can't wait to see what comes next for this family!

WOW!!
This book was definitely a surprise. The twins will throw you for a loop. A few secretes are revealed that will shock you but will also make you happy. Mirrah was able to show that the twins were capable of having some emotions when it came to the special people in their lives. I think Vandys job is a very important one to help family’s with special needs kids understand the simplest things can make such a big difference for the good. This book has so much laughter, love, and strong family values.

May 22, 2025I'm not sure how to describe this one. The twins, Tevye and Tovah, are two of the toughest members of the Consortium and don't usually express any type of emotion. However, a few things happen to change their minds. Tevye's newly found son has a serious chronic illness and will need care all his life. He meets a nurse who runs a support group for families of these patients and falls in love. Tovah is hurt badly in an attack and reveals a big secret. Their lives and their personalities change. There's a big twist at the end too.

If I was ever going to join the mafia, it would be the Kosher Nostra, where humor and mayhem are married together. And the family ties! Oh my!!
The twins' stories are full of surprises. Heck, a shock or two. But so filled with love that it defies description.
Mirrah McGee's writing style combing an amazing sense of humor with just the right touches of spice and danger just continues to make me happy. Every book is a gem.

Best Book Ever!!!
What could be better than my favorite Kosher Nostra twins?!?!?! Tevye and Tovah with their happily ever after!!!! Mirrah brings the subject of parents with childhood illness to light in the best way! I've never been the parent, but close friends have 2 children with MS and every emotion discussed is REAL and HONEST!!!! Love Jodie from chapter 2!!!

This book has all the feels and is absolutely amazing,beautiful,happy,sad,shocking and everything in between.This book is why this author is one of my absolute favourite authors EVER. Heart stopping!
This book in the series follows the twins who appear emotionless. They are very loving and loyal, but are able to put emotions aside while protecting their loved ones. I'm glad you wrote how they both found love. The epilogue freaked me until I got further along...now I can breathe. Read you soon.

Love the Twins
Tovah is hilarious but also so dang strong and smart. Tev doesn’t know how to handle what has come before him in his life but finds someone to help him. So many surprises in this one too. Along with emotional moments you never think are possible with the Twins. Just love this one and the entire series.

Tevye and Tovah the twins story was amazing I couldn’t stop laughing with these two banter. I swear the womb joke heck yeah. It’s lovely how all these couples find their true ones fast and quick but through it all we get so much drama, laughter, action. This story had both the twins having found their ones . I loved seeing the family and new characters. Can’t wait for the next book.

I can’t believe how many times I laughed and cried with this book. The Twins are two exceptional characters and love with all their being! I have been lucky enough to find my person and life is exceptional, most of the time 😉.
Another great installment by Mirrah. Can’t wait to see what she gives us next.

Good book
I loved all of the intertwining love stories.... However, I got confused in Ernie's chapter. It took me a few minutes to figure out he was hallucinating or having a dream - and I'm still not sure which. Otherwise, I liked the story.

Funny at times. I just wish that this story was about only 1 couple instead of 3. Feels like each character got short changed. Anyway, still love this series and look forward to the next couple whoever it may be.

Words cannot express how much I loved this.
I absolutely loved this. Both twins have their own paths to find their HEA and one might just surprise you. This was unexpectedly spicy, yet oh so sweet, and so well done.

This book had so many emotions running through it; laughter, pain, loss and terror. I now believe both Tevye & Tovah aren’t unfeeling but quite the opposite they feel to much.
I liked seeing a side of Tevye he doesn’t show and the revelations about Tovah are mind blowing.
Absolutely amazing read.

Love this series. Those last few chapters, the EPILOGUE I was gonna be pissed but then laughed my butt off. Which was awkward since I was on the train

This one was better then I thought it was going to be. I loved the twins in love the only thing that confused me a lot as I read this book was there names. I got lost on who was who and their nicknames didn't help either. But I loved this one so much and now I need mo0re.
