Heaven to Hell Box Set
I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.
I want to say that choosing who to both rate and review this box set was very hard for me, as it packed full of short stories but some better than others in my opinion. There were several stand out stories for me and others sorry to say I can’t even really remember after reading the book. But the stands out stories were so good in the end I had to go with 4 stars. For sure the stories that drew me in the most are Dirty Wings, The Eternal Kiss, Hale’s Angel, The Purgatory, and The Fallen.
Dirty wings is smart but steamy story that leaves me wanting more from Mrs. Fox. I can only hope to see these characters again and more of their story (please don’t leave me wanting) I am dying for Jake’s story. He was the star character for me I just wanted to crawl into his arms and feel protected.
The Eternal Kiss- At it’s heart it’s a love story but for grown up’s. And come on if you could have the desires of your heart from him wouldn’t you? I would!
Hale’s Angel- What this man went though and was willing to do for his angel OMG where can I find him?
The Fallen-to this author your character are beautifully written. Female leads that are so strong yet soft all at the same time.
The Purgatory series- Can we please just place all this in one book and let us know what happened know next. There were so many goodies in this series. I wouldn’t know where to start.
Now the rest of the stories were good, these were the ones that effected me and just a brief insight into what I thought with spoiling it for those waiting to read.

DIRTY WINGS by, Felicia Fox
Celine is an Angel. Yes, that's right. An Angel who is a watcher. A watcher monitors the souls of those in danger of going over to the edge of light to the dark, at which time they are dragged off to Hell by the Enforcers....Right now Celine is bound to, and the Watcher of Leviathan Drayce Deveaux, half breed demon, son of Malacoda, the high ranking demon and Prince of Pain & Agony of Hell. These demons feed off of the pain & suffering of others. So far, here on earth Leviathan (Levi) has learned to satiate his hunger with his sexually deviant pleasures as a Dom in the back office of the bar he owns called Hells Gate. Celine can still see some light coming off of him but his hunger for pain grows as he gets older. But what really concerns her is the feelings she has as she watches Levi. She is not suppose to feel lust. This could be her downfall if she's found out. She could be thrown to earth with out her wings or her Grace, to live the short life of a human.
After some debate with her mentor and friend Marcus she decides to cross the veil in order to monitor Levi a bit closer. If she just mists around him she won't be seen...... Yep, famous last words. It gets really real...really fast for Celine and Levi! And there's going to be Hell to pay!....Or Worse!

Review: 5 stars
This review is for two stories, Dirty Wings by Felicia Fox and Wayward Love by Shyla Colt. They had an incredibly strong story coupled with the steamy scenes and fantastic characters that drew me in.
Dirty Wings - was the standout story in this anthology for me. From start to finish I was enthralled with Celine's story. I will admit, Levi was not the man of my dreams in this story. He was compelling and sexy, he was just eclipsed by the sexy Jake with his wonderful backstory, so excuse me in advance if I gush too much on him and forget he is not the lead. The story was well written and tackled first person present tense, which is original and was expertly done. My only complaint? AHH cliffhanger!! I cannot wait for Book 2 and hope Jake gets his story shortly after.
Celine was a wonderfully written character. She was the mix of naive and intellectual paired with someone who was awakening into their own. I found her compelling and believable. Her situation was remarkably difficult and I loved the way the darkness in Levi called to her. Her outlook on the world was so strongly written it was easy to slip into her shoes.
Levi is misunderstood and yet also attached deeply with elements of his demon side. It made him a wonderful alpha male because you could sympathize with him and then feel the darkness beneath the surface due to the twists and turns his life has taken him. He's sweet with Celine and the connection is so strong.
Jake....Jake Jake Jake....I have no idea where to start with how much I love this man. He's got a hobo chic druggie vibe when he first appears and I wrote him off as useless. About 3 pages later I was drooling all over him because of his brains and then a few pages later when his secret is let out of the bag I was full blown in love with him. He's a fantastic "undercover artist" and I'm dying to learn what lurks in his past and his future.
Wayward Love- I love Shyla Colt's paranormals. This book is part of the larger purgatory series and I do recommend making sure you've read it. Its not mandatory but I feel it will go quite a long way in comprehension and character connection. I felt the characters weren't overshadowed by lust and the plot was quirky and entertaining, everything I've come to expect from Shyla. I would love to give away a little more but I feel like anything I write could spoil elements of the prior books in the series. It's a great book with quirky, sexy characters and a plot that sucks you in.

This review is for HALE'S ANGEL by Michelle Clay
Hale is a demon bad boy who delivers souls to buy his way out of Hell. Cera runs a bar and is trusting and caring. She falls for Hale. Ms Clay has a way of writing the sex scenes without going too far.
A definite must read - can't wait to read more about Cera and Hale - congrats Michelle Clay on a great book

Felicia Fox brings her game and dials it up a notch. I simply love her stories and you get the scorching hot little bits that you’d expect from her work.
Celine is a Watcher, an angel, and she is face to face with her feelings for her assignment Levi. Levi knows someone is around from time to time. However, knowing someone is there and seeing them for who they are is a whole other ball game. The more they are drawn to each other, the more confusion sets in for the both of them. Oh, did I mention Levi is a demon? Yum! Jump on in and take a ride with Celine and Levi that entices you with even more steamy, breathtaking, and naughty action that even Heaven and Hell can’t deny.
I’m looking forward to the next, and the next, and the next. These authors had better get moving on the next Naughty Box soon. Enjoy!

I didn't know what to expect when I agreed to review Eve but I enjoyed the storyline. It was a good short story and surprising. While reading I wasn't expecting that ending but I thought it was a nice way to end the story.
