I live in a fantasy world and have an overactive imagination. But the best part is that I never stop creating new characters and stories to share. I love writing and expressing myself in a way everyone else can enjoy.

** I received this book in exchange for an honest review. Lovers of Paranormal, LoP**

This series 'Wanderers' is added to one of my favorites. 'Reckless' pulled me in from the beginning and didn't let go, as did books one through three. The storyline was incredibly creative. Packed full of action, drama, romance, mystery and humor. Plus there are some hot and steamy scenes, which for me is always a bonus. I loved it. The way this book played out was intriguing. I already knew Ella would survive and surpass expectations because she, after all, is the main lead. I love her humor and she keeps getting more bad-ass as the series goes on. I'm still unsure who will win Ella's heart, Tristin or Roman. I love the characters. They are definitely a colorful group. I can't wait for the next book to come out. A great add to your tbr list. Recommended read.

It has been such a long time since I picked up a new series and it just stopped me right in my tracks! The Wanderers Series did just that! Jessica Miller writes one hell of a story and definitely keeps you guessing from beginning to end. Reckless was such a great addition to the series. It did not disappoint. Miller gives her fans exactly what they want; action, adventure, heartache, happiness, laughter, and Tristan naked. I enjoyed this book so much, and I feel so connected to the characters. I only wish I had book 5 in front of me now so I can see what happens next. Talk about a cliff hanger ending!

Ella is having a hard time dealing with the aftermath of Unforgiven. She doesn't know how to deal with taking a life, and not to mention which brother to choose. As she starts to pull out of her depression she notices somethings not right with Roman. He is acting more angry then usual. Darker. In the mean time Ella is having visions of Jack every time she turns around. Josie suspects foul play and with the help of her friends Ella needs to find who is playing games with her mind. Before she can delve deeper into her search things turn for the worse with Roman. He's surrounded by evil and she knows it's up to her and the Scooby gang help him. Ella races against the clock to help her love find his way back to her, all the while trying to fight her feelings for Tristan as well. Josie knows that a war is brewing and they will need to be prepared. Can Ella and her friends stop the darkness thats coming? Or will it finally be to much for her to fix on her own?

Ella is really growing as a character. She finally understands that she has a great power within her and she can use it for good. She is really struggling with Tristan and Roman. I am kinda getting a little tired of the triangle but only because I know she belongs with Tristan. I mean come on...can he get any hotter?

I can NOT wait until book 5 comes out! I need to see what happens next! Will Ella tell Xander about Jasa? Who will Ella end up with? And someone please tell me what is going to happen with Cameron and Dean? So many questions I need answered! I guess I will just have to wait and see!

I recommend this book to all Lovers of Paranormal.

The fourth book in this series is a fun continuation of the others. Jessica continues to develop her characters. I am still not crazy on Ella and wish she had just more backbone, but I am happy to see she is finally developing into that direction. She still has serious relapses of her initial self, that remind me often more of a 3 year old having a temper tantrum than a girl in her late teens. But she seems to be growing up in front of my eyes and I am very happy to see that.

The other main characters are who they are pretty much. Well developed but no huge changes to them like we are starting to see with Ella, which is good. Besides of course the love triangle between Ella, Roman and Tristan and some other romantic developments, but none that show significant changes in the main characters, and that is good. Josie is the good hearted, sorta ditzy girl she is. Tristan is really coming into his own and seems to settle into who he is. Roman, well I hurt for him. He really got the short end in this one and I hope he too will find what he is looking for and what he deserves in the end.

This is the closest so far where the pace is what I enjoy reading. I think the balance was slightly off and I wish the beginning was a tad shorter and the focus more on the actual climax of this book. I felt a little rushed through the big finale in this one but it was a very well suited finale.

Now of course there will be another one, but no idea when it will come out.

The series is definitely a great read, but can drag out at times. Knowing what I know now, I would read it all over again :)

I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Can I give this book 100 stars? I'm OBSESSED with Jessica Miller's wanderers books!! Definitely my new favorite series! It was so new and different from any of the other paranormal books I've read. I fell in love with the characters almost immediately and loved how well they were developed. The dialogue between characters was incredibly entertaining and once I started reading I was hooked. I became really attached to Ella and her group of friends while reading the series and honestly don't know how I'm going to wait so long for the next book to be written. If only I could get my hands on it sooner! Book 4 in the series ended with a few cliffhangers making it an almost impossible wait for the next one. I've read so many paranormal books that take place in an academy for the paranormal, and none of them can even come close to how well this one was written. Overall, I would definitely recommend this series to lovers of paranormal, adventure and romance novels. I did however find that some parts of book 4 maybe got a little too hot and steamy for a YA novel. One thing that I love about this series is that each next book managed to top the one before it, which is extremely rare to find. At first I thought book 1 couldn't be beat, then books 2 and 3 managed to blow me away. Book 4 of the Wanderer series was the best yet, and I believe that Miller will continue to impress. Again, absolutely CANNOT WAIT for book 5 to come out !

Reckless (Wanderer's #4)

I received a free copy, through LoP, on Goodreads, in exchange for a review.

After the final death of Jack, Ella feels that she can finally move on - to figure out the rest of her upside down life. But, thoughts & images of Jack keep appearing, at strange times, making her feel as though she's going crazy. Not only that, the battle of love has started between Roman & Tristan, which she also finds out that they are brothers. And to top it all off, there's a dark power coming out of hiding, which of course, Ella is at the center of. Just when she thought she could try to put her life back together again.

'I decided at that point to get some air. All this talk about demons and possession was giving me the willies. Not too long ago - never in a million years - would I ever have believed any of this stuff ever existed. It was only a year ago I found out I'm half-vampire with super-duper powers, my best friend and ex-boyfriend are now angels, and for the past month I've been hooking up with a werewolf. Why do I still get surprised when I find out there are other things out there?'

Once again, a great series! The characters are still fun and engaging and the story line is full of surprises. Can't wait for the next one...highly recommend this series!

After reading the first three books I was really excited to read the forth, I couldn't wait to find out who Ella finally chose and if she could defeat Jack.

I enjoyed the story in that she went back to school and conquered Jack, and that Ella accepted her vampire roots.

I love that Josue is back and Kyle, I just wish Kyle would find a lovely lady so he'd stop pining for Ella.

I give this book 4 stars but mainly because the other three books were so good, otherwise I'd teeter towards a 3. And the reason for this is because I feel frustrated.

Frustrated that Ella is still so self involved.

Frustrated that Tristan left Ella after a few silly words from Cameron (who I am still suspensions of).

Frustrated that the Lucas issue is still unresolved.

Frustrated that I still don't know who Ella will end up with.

From the hints it is clear that Tristan has sacrificed something huge, I have an idea about that but I'll probably be wrong.

Frustrated by the end of this book, Ella waking up and asking for Roman and not even considering Tristan until she thought she needed him for something.

I am rooting for Tristan and I hope book 5 has some answers x

The fourth book in the series finds Ella still in a love triangle with Tristan and Roman. Witch students seeking more power use Roman as a vessel to hold evil because he’s vulnerable after his breakup with Ella. Evil threatens to take over the world through Roman and these witch sisters and yet these young adults still don’t inform their elders, trying to save Roman and the world all on their own. Thankfully Grandma Bea pays a visit and sets them on the right path. Good to know adults are still useful.

Sometimes the story bogs down a bit with information overload not necessarily pertinent to the storyline. This author has developed nicely. The editing is much improved but still could use some work. It’s a great story with a cliffhanger ending that leaves us wanting more. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review for LoP. I would recommend this book and will buy the next in the series.

This story was amazing. There were a bit more proofreading errors then I usually care but it was still a great book.

Tristan or Roman, that seems to be the question. If it is up to me, I am all for Tristan. Roman is incredibly sweet and definitely a great guy, but what can I say, I am a sucker for the arrogant jerk with a heart of gold. Needless to say Ella still can't make a decision and now Roman's heartbreak leaves an even bigger opening for something evil. The "scooby crew" is just awesome and seems to be getting even bigger. They all pull together with some very unexpected alliances in order to beat this new problem.

I can't believe how much I love this series even more with each new book. Usually by this point I am starting to lose interest, but I just can't get enough. I really think each book is better then the last. Although, if this Tristan/Roman issue is not settled soon I think I might just lose it.

Ella is making me crazy in this book! Tristan/Roman - make a choice already!! (I want her to be with Tristan!) Enough with the love triangle already!!

Life isn't getting any easier for Ella - it seems that trouble follows her no matter what! There are several twists in this book which kept me on the edge of my seat. There is love, romance, intrigue, humor - enough to hold your interest. The story is creative and well written. This is a wonderful series and I cannot wait for the next book!

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review (Lovers of Paranormal aka LOP)

What I liked about this story was the writing (as always), the supporting characters and the slight progression of Ella’s maturity. The other characters were what really gave me enjoyment in this series and they get even better with each book. They all have very different personalities and for the most part bring something positive to Ella. All of this was worth 3 stars.

This is the 4th book in the series and I think it is worth reading all the books before picking this one up.

Ella is a very complicated character throughout the entire series and she is different in each book. She has a lot of history in the previous books that explain why she is the way she is and her ties with each character. It may be hard to grasp the depth of each relationship without reading the previous books. This story was the best out of the four because I grew to enjoy many of the supporting characters in the series and became more tolerant of Ella.

I did not like Ella in any of the previous books because she was really reckless, had no common sense, made irrational decisions, too stubborn, very ignorant and too prideful. In this story, she was a little more calm and thought about some of her decisions before taking action but she still has her reckless tendencies which is a norm. She grew on me but I still don’t care for her much because she still has a lot more growing up to do. During each book, I kept thinking with everything that happened in her life; all the various life threatening situations that she went through, it would have sped up her maturity but it did not. Ella is a very slow leaner and it has been very frustrating for me in this series thus far.

There are still many unanswered questions that I have from the previous books that have not yet been answered. I have even more questions now after this book. The most pertinent questions I had involved Jack. I would have liked a lot more background information on him. He was the villain (a very significant part of the story) that was in the first 3 books and I didn't know anything about him besides where he went to college.

I would recommend this book to any young adult.

I would like to thank Ms. Miller for sharing her work with me. It was an internal struggle for me throughout the entire series and I’m glad I finished it up until this point. I think I would probably pick up the next installment in the series now that Ella has grown on me and I've accepted all of her tendencies.

I was given the book free of charge in exchange of an honest review (Lovers of Paranormal). The following review may contain spoilers.

Rating 6 of 10

I will admit I struggled reading the book. So... 5 stars for the plot, because I really liked the main idea in the book and 1 star for Josie - she sooo made my day. Let's start with what I liked in the book first.
The plot - demon possessions, power-hungry witches, old lovers, nothing sounds too original but somehow it all worked for me and made me wonder "what happens next?". And that's what kept me reading even thought there were times when I wanted to trow it out and say "I am done".And for that same reason I will most probably be reading the next book too. Come to think of it... I already can't wait for it.
I also liked how the book started. Ella was struggling with the fact she had killed someone and that was okay. If we had seen more of that by the end of the book - things would have been nice. And Josie telling Ella that she is selfish? I soooo wanted to read that from book 1. Absolutely made my day.
Josie and Billy's love story... sweet. I really like seeing these two together. They have a dynamic in them that I still haven't seen in any other couple in the series.
And we are to a point where things went down.... Ella, who at book 3 finally acted her age, went back to the hormonal teenager from book 1 - she couldn't make up her mind on anything, got moody and selfish and everyone was pitting her for having so much to deal with. Yeah, right, she wasn't dealing with anything - the only thing she did for 90% of the book was making out and have sex with Tristan(or thinking for Tristan). Which sort of was my biggest problem with the book, because the entire time it was like the real big problems were secondary to Ella's sexual life. A bit annoying for me. And we practically saw close to nothing from Roman. He was the one possessed but they didn't even kept an eye on him. Oh, and have I mentioned how much I dislike Tristan? He is annoying, self-obsessed, believes sex is the answer in every situation and he has the ability to bring out the worst of Ella. No idea what she sees in him but good looks.
Overall, bad balance in between a good plot and Ella's emotional struggles. I hope that next books will be better on that part because I really want to know what will happen next.

I love this series, the storyline and the characters. But this was my least favourite of the series, it still could do with a little more editing though but it didn't spoil the story. I think we got so used to Ella's dealings with Jack and now a totally different storyline with Roman being evil kinda threw me a little.

I wish Ella would just decide who she wants to be with Tristan or Roman, personally I'm hoping Tristan, he has such character and a great sense of humour.

Great ending with all of Ella's friends and some not so much friends helping out to battle good against Evil. Can't wait to read the next installment.
