Paleo intimidates many, but it's really an easy diet/lifestyle to follow that doesn't sacrifice flavor. The author is clearly passionate about the subject, and her enthusiasm shows in these delicious recipes.

It has a few good recipes that I'm excited to try. My diet is very limited because I'm allergic to all seafood, mushrooms and gluten and have to eat a low acid diet due to GI issues (I know! BORING!!!!!!) But this is a good starting place for some easy starter paleo recipes!

Ok - I'm all for eating healthy and some of these recipes sound kind of good, but I fail to see how eating tons of fat all the time is good for you and how you can lose weight doing that. Explain please.

Good info

This recipe book was a great start for me on the paleontology journey!! It gave me a good idea of what's to come on my next grocery store trip!
