The reptilian race from Alpha Draconia, known as the Reptiods, return to Earth where they were once worshiped as Gods—first by the Atlantiens as Tehuti; Egypt as Thoth; Sumeria as Ea and finally in Mesoamerica as the Toltecs' Gukumatz; the Mayans Kukulcan and Quetzalcoatl by the Aztec. Lucy's team of Annunaki Watchers—Grays—fail to stop the entire Reptoid fleet inside Mars' orbit. Four of the giant T-Cruisers with their fleets of Reapers and Death Globes make it past the Tyranian Superdreadnaught Maulers and head to Earth to begin a grisly harvest of human protein from their subjects. She contacts her friend Darrel Bone in Cross, Texas and transports him into the inner sanctum of the only organization she knows of who have a chance to defeat the deadly reptilian Draconians and save Earth…The Black Eagle Force. Has the BEF met its match? Can they help the Gray Watchers in their eons of intense hatred for the malevolent Reptoids?

About the author

Ken Farmer

Ken Farmer didn't write his first full novel until he was sixty-nine years of age. He often wonders what the hell took him so long. At age seventy-nine…he's currently working on novel number thirty-seven.
Ken spent thirty years raising cattle and quarter horses in Texas and forty-five years as a professional actor (after a stint in the Marine Corps). Those years gave him a background for storytelling…or as he has been known to say, "I've always been a bit of a bull---t artist, so writing novels kind of came naturally once it occurred to me I could put my stories down on paper."
Ken's writing style has been likened to a combination of Louis L'Amour and Terry C. Johnston with an occasional Hitchcockian twist…now that's a combination.
In addition to his love for writing fiction, he likes to teach acting, voice-over and writing workshops. His favorite expression is: "Just tell the damn story."
Writing has become Ken's second life: he has been a Marine, played collegiate football, been a Texas wildcatter, cattle and horse rancher, professional film and TV actor and director, and now…a novelist. Who knew?
Ken Farmer's dialogue flows like a beautiful western river…it's the gold standard…Carole Beers

Aurora

I do not usually read science fiction but I must say this was a really good one. Easy reading and holds your attention. Thank you Ken Farmer for a great read.

This is a delightful military SciFi story. The plot is relatively simple--some alien bad guys want to use earth as a food source, but Earth people are not inclined in that direction. Add a little assistance from friendly aliens, and you have non-stop action, science that is sometimes a bit bewildering, and a rollicking good adventure tale emerges. The characters (at least the good guys)develop nicely, and the back and forth dialog is good. The alien bad guys are particularly reprehensible, and behave as you would expect. I only found a couple of things wrong: the political aspects could be dialed back a bit, and there were a lot of typo's. Even Buck Stienke's name was misspelled at one point. Still in all, this is a great 5 star read. It is even better if you read THE LEGEND OF AURORA first because it sets the stage for AURORA: INVASION.
