Good for information

This short summary of depression is insightful in that it definitely explains depression as a disease and as such can be treated. The information and insightful suggestions are relevant and people experiencing depression for the first time would benefit from the suggestions given.
The only thing that bothered me was the excessive use of the pronoun 'he' which annoyed the check out of me. The use of 'they' could have been substituted using 'people with depression' and derivatives of, to avoid the overuse of 'he'.

I would recommend reading this short informative guide to someone experiencing a first, and hopefully last, bout of clinical depression.
