Imagine unexpectedly learning that you were kidnapped from the hospital at birth. That’s what sixteen-year old Briana Henderson is confronted with. The Torres’s are the owners of Rosewood Incorporated, a multi-million dollar online retail website. Briana is used to living a luxurious lifestyle. However, after the reveal of the shocking family secret, she is forced to live with her biological parents whose finances aren’t as well off as the Torres’s. Their money problems cause major family distress, something Briana isn’t used to.
Briana is also enrolled in Riverview High School, heralded as the worst high school in the city of Worthington, GA. Drama hits her head on the second she steps on campus. Using her love and passion for music, will she be able to tame her emotions and power past her troubling circumstances?

Author Randall Barnes has written a book about a subject that may sound far-fetched, but has happened in real life. The story is told through the eyes of the main character, Brianna Torres. Brianna starts her life out, living a life of luxury, but when things go horribly wrong, she winds up living as a "regular" kid, whose parents live from paycheck to paycheck. I truthfully enjoyed the tale this young author has spun, and would definitely read more by this author.

I recommend this book for young adults.

This young man is already a talented author. He's written a book for all coming of age young adults as well as their parents. He allows the reader to get a glimpse into the lives of teenagers and all the trials and tribulations they encounter as they grow up. He is an author to be on the lookout for.
