If you’re new to your healing journey, this would be a good book to pick up. It has a lot of great techniques all categorized to support different elements of letting go. However, I don’t imagine I would pick this up again.
A concise re-packaging of known techniques. If it helps the reader implement even one or two of the suggested methods, there will be some improvement in life. A "pep read."
A short recap of a handful of well known techniques. If you are new to the concepts, these can be good for bite sized information. If you have heard these before, nothing new is really added.
