As the first books in this series, these were a great introduction to a biker gang that felt more like family.

In Meant To Be we meet Denise and Liam. She's a single mother of twins, trying and failing to make ends meet when Liam's club offers her an opportunity she can't refuse. Money's coming in, a nosy reporter is on her ass, and Denise can't fight her attraction to Liam, the future prez. When imminent danger threatens her life and the safety of her kids, it's up to Liam to step up his game and prove his claim over his new family. The author even threw in a terrifying scene that I'm sure gets more exposure in the next book. This story was sweet with a touch of suspense.

In Out of Darkness, we see the fallout of what Meredith lived through in the previous book. Tyler was the one to find her and he's the only person who makes her feel safe. He's taken her in, provides her comfort, and even seeks outside help to get her back to some semblance of normal. Tyler was one exceptional hero and his patience and understanding knew no bounds. Everything comes to a head when one of their most trusted ends up being the one behind the horror that Meredith faced. Tyler was the best thing about this story and I hope I haven't seen the last of him.

In Losing Control, Heaven Hill's newest patched member, Jagger, finally gives into his feelings for the waitress he can't seem to get enough of. While Bianca made him work hard for her, there was no denying that she was experiencing the same 'out of control' emotions he was. Seeing the other members of the club was great and there was some suspense thrown in to keep things lively.

Worth the Battle was all about military veteran-turned-biker outlaw, Layne, and his second chance with the movie star who was also his friend, Jessica. She's running away from her problems, hoping to start fresh and he's running from the pain and torment of his PTSD. With a sprinkle of suspense and a whole lot of love, it made for some entertaining reading.

This is a DNF. In the first four chapters, it switched from so many point of views I was frustrated. I couldn’t take her seriously because who would intentionally put their kids in danger? So disappointed.

Winter is always a good time for a good book. much less I bought this set on sale for .99 cents. Almost 800 pages of Heaven Hill MC biker romance. No it isn't filled with a lot of blood n killings. I did find it good n read it all though. Each of the four books tell you a different story about one of the guys n who they meet n what they go through. It has mc sex , n a good story line. But while it has the biker violence n sex n story. Its not super stuffed with nitty gritty rough words if u don't like that type. I like both storys in a mc romance. This was good as it told about why n how they ended up the way they were n how n what they go through to get their women. Looking forward to book 5.

Meant to Be (Heaven Hill, #1) Laramie Briscoe
4 Stars

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, and heartbreak.

This is Denise and Liam’s story. Denise’s life is falling apart. She is trying her hardest to raise her kids and keep a roof over their head but she is sinking fast. One phone call is going to change all that. She is offered something she knows she should not do but it will keep her family together and she agrees what she ends up with a club and a man she never asked for. Liam does everything the club asks of him after all his father is the president but when he has to hire a woman, he is not happy about it. Now he has claimed her and has no idea if it’s the right thing for himself or the club.

I recommend this book.

The more they dig the more it points to someone inside the club. With the mc be able to deal with the betrayal of one of its members? Will Tyler want to stick around after they figure out who is behind everything?

I recommend this book.

Heaven Hill Box Set

This is a fab series by an new author for me. Each story unique in perspective truly center around the friendships and steamy romance the men finally allow in their lives.

There is no doubt Tyler (book 2) is my personal favorite. His past and how he deals with it to make a better future is pivotal in the series as a whole. I love his humor-what fellow characters in the book can’t decide if it’s humor or reality-makes for several laugh out loud moments.

My only negative is the ending of book 4. Granted, it’s Layne’s story that (rightfully) is the focus but the quick end to Jessica’s traumatic childhood/adult life as an emancipated actress leaves the reader feeling a little cheated.

I can see why this series has received such high reviews!
I’ve already purchased the next three books in the series; eager to see where the tease with Steele leads.

Happy reading friends! You won’t regret this purchase

Meant to Be - We start out this first book of the series finding out about Denise Cunningham and who or what she is. What is her life like as a mother of 13 year old twin children? What things are going on in her life that she does something she should never have had to do? Who is Roni? Who is Liam? Who are the Heaven Hill MC folks? What kind of a club is this club? What is going on with a neighbor, Meredith - who happens to be a local news reporter? Who are the Vojnik? What do they have to do with all this? There is a whole lot of intrigue and suspense going on in this book. Things that seem to be one way, may actually be that way, but then again they may be something else entirely. Watching Denise and Liam work out their working relationship is interesting. When he moves her into his own house after a threat is made against her at her house, she adds him to the list of emergency contacts for her children at school. What happens one day when she's off doing something to help the club and the school tries to reach her? What happens when Liam gets to the school? Where does all this take their relationship with these things and others that happen that i won't tell you about here. No spoilers from me! Enjoy the read!

Out of Darkness - In the second book of the Heaven Hill MC series, we are going to focus on Meredith and Tyler. We watch as Meredith works to overcome what happened to her in the first book. We see she has taken a leave of absence from work, and put all her things in storage. Where is she staying at now? Why does she continue to stay there? In Chapters 8 and 9 of this book, things start to take an interesting turn. I loved early on watching Meredith start to retake control of her life and her own safety. Then, after the Halloween Party at the club house, Meredith realizes she needs to talk to the doctor again. Yes, she's going to Therapy for what happened. What the doctor tells her she needs to do is funny. It was a hoot watching Meredith get all indignant about what she was told to do by the doc. So much so that Meredith asked the doc if she was some kind of freak basically. She is given a homework assignment and when she walks out and does what she was told to do, the change in Tyler's appearance was funny. Especially his parting comment "This, baby, is going to be my complete pleasure." The question is, where are they going and what is she supposed to be doing? As the story line progresses, and Meredith starts to take her life back, interesting things start to happen. She starts finding a side of herself that she's never known before. She finds a side of being in love, which she doesn't know she is yet, that scares her to her core, but at the same time energizes her to push past what happened. When Meredith and Tyler go to her storage unit to dig out all her research that she was doing when she was a news reporter, what does she find in her unopened mail? When she starts having a prospect call around to see if any mail had been delivered anywhere else to the clubs businesses, what does she find. Watching her bossy, dominant side come out as Meredith and Tyler start to look at the mail, and what was in it and making lists in a notebook, what conclusion do they come to about who could have attacked her? When Tyler starts looking into it with the help of Liam, what do they find? You're going to have to read this story to find out on your own!

Losing Control - I love how the end of the previous book gave an idea of who's story was coming next. We've seen snippets of Bianca at Wet Wanda's and we know Jagger and we've heard his story about catching the woman as she fell out of the back of a pickup truck. I'm looking forward to this story. Seems like an interesting way to meet someone! Jagger plays at Wet Wandas now and again. One night he and his brothers are leaving and heading for the clubhouse or wherever they are going. They pass by a car broken down on the side of the road. What happened to Bianca's car? As we watch Jagger get her car fixed, and make arrangements on 'repayment' in little bits at a time as she can afford it in exchange for a dinner date. Can these two make it as a couple? Everything seems to conspire against them as the story goes along. From her being taken hostage, to someone shooting guns outside her apartment, to Jagger actually getting shot. What happens that lands Jagger in the hospital? What happens that lands Bianca in the hospital at a completely separate time? Who is behind everything that is happening against Bianca, Jagger, and the club? Who is this Mr. Money Bags as the girls at Wet Wanda's call him? This book is definitely filled with suspense! Gotta read it!

Worth the Battle - In this fourth book of the series, we get to see more about our ex-military guy, Layne and his friendship with Jessica Shea. What's going on with Jessica when she calls Layne out of the blue and asks him to come and get her from an airport coffee shop? When he sees how much luggage she has, what does he say? What does she say in return that causes him to pause and want to ask more questions, then give her an ultimatum basically that she will talk once they get in the car and in route? Why does Jessica run from her life in Hollywood? What has happened? Who is behind it? What happens when the MC starts to put two and two together to get a million? What do they do? Who is Jackson and who is Thomas? We also see a new person make an appearance near the end of this book. Someone that has ties to the community and brotherhood. Who is it? What is going on? Well, you'll find out in book 5!

Was surprisingly good. Characters well defined. I usually hate when writers writer within stereotypes by which I mean they're a motorcycle club so of course they're doing illegal things which isn't true of all motorcycle clubs. But the books went on in time they changed how and what they do. Though sometimes you wanted to slap one of the characters for being so dense it was actually a really good read and I'll probably read the rest of the series as well. There's a good amount of humor but also dealing with some serious issues as well. I think my favorite character would have to be the doctor. She such a kick in the pants! 🤠

Four fantastic books, all different but they flow, from, one to the next seamlessly! The characters are awesome, bigger than life, hot, sexy bikers, beautiful, sassy women down on their luck, the amazing doctor, and the evil villains who prey on these women! The adventures keep you on the edge of your seat! Their love, emotions, tragedies, pain, and heartbreak, will grab you and keep you reading all through the night! You become friends with them as you pray for them, help fight their battles, and root for them to conquer their enemies and get their man! Love this series and can’t wait for the next book!

Wow

It's five o'clock in the morning. I haven't gone to bed yet. My housework is not done. But,I just could not put these books down. I had to read them all. I did it in two sittings. I just fell in love with these characters. It was so great to meet them all throughout the four books. These Heaven Hill boys are just great. And for them to be willing to go to therapy to work out their issues, made simple adorable. I love this author style. It was easy to read and full of heart. I can't wait to read Steele's story. I highly recommend it to all romance lovers.

Full stories are always great.

These books were good and a little down to earth. I like that the author focused on multiple backgrounds so not every main character had the same issue as the previous book. I did take a little issue with a few confusing typos and for some reason the good doc completely accepted murder without any attempt to prevent it but it works for a biker town.

Heaven Hill series 1-4 were awesome and I loved them. Enjoyed the storyline of each couple and that the characters were brought back as the series moved on. The men were all hot and sexy and their women were beautiful and willing to live with them even though they didn't always follow the rules. Am looking forward to the rest of the series.

Great series!

I had read the first book awhile ago and when I noticed the first four books were available in one download and free, I immediately one clicked and read them. I enjoyed reading about the camaraderie Heaven Hills MC has with its members although it's basically focused on a few. Entertaining!

I loved these books and i think you will too!

From page 2 the author caught my attention. That is rare for me. I read books 1-4 in just a few days in my spare time and each time I had to stop I looked forward to getting back to reading it. The story line in each kept me intrigued and the relation of real life issues captivated me. Excellent series and excellent writing.
