This book told me about history of Bible(christian). I agree with Bible is distorted. One of my friend is priest(Baptist) and he said "God said he will protect his words. Don't worry and read it"
Thesedays, I'm really disappointed with language, logic, smartness. Talking with people is just a way of sharing emotions. It's not a best way.
In old chinese words, there's a quote "It's better to see once than hear 100times about things"
One behavior that cares people is much more effective.
Back to Religion, my driend priest was teaching me "Christian Basic". This class was supposed to teach what is Christian, history, philosophy etc...
But sometimes he disregarded other religions. He talked about Islam's woman rights. Wars. Terrorism, Quran. He talked Buddhism is not possible and some buddhist bad behavior.
It was so different what I heard. Maybe some people would say it's distorted as I fought with him. But I don't care now...
It was not only his problem or Christian or others. Muslim, science nerds ...all people was same. We can learn history by choices . We can't live that moment we just hear from books, videos, people.
People say "we are saying truth", "it's logical thinking" but I'm sure there's no perfect truth what human made. Sure, It's not logical. It's logical errors. They are really good with getting information and link what they get. They explain about their life problem. But they have same emotion issues but they just compromise their behavior and make reasons about emotions with informations and linking. The really bad thing..they don't admit their emotion ...they don't speak "I'm just sad"
Anyway this book is great. But I was worried if people use this book for debates. Then, at least. They should know ..it's not God wanted. What Jesus was going.
