This book is the reason I can’t say goodbye to Jack Eversea!!
I didn’t even know this book was coming out so when I saw it online, I jumped and fist pumped the air. Ok maybe jumping was not exactly what I did, but a fist pump was done, with a twist. BOOM!!!

This book is about the first Christmas together for Keri Ann and Jack!! Can I say that I would really like to be Keri Ann for this Christmas, ok maybe not just for Christmas, but I’ll take what I can get!

Keri and Jack are finally reunited after being separated for a couple of weeks. Now they are off to London, his hometown, his old stomping ground, where his mother lives. To say that Keri is a little bit nervous is the understatement of the year, but let's face it ladies, meeting your boyfriend's mother for the first time, can make any sane person freak out!

She’s on her way, she’s got this. It also helps that she has Jack holding her hand every step of the way. Have I mentioned I love Jack?

One more reason to think that Jack is the best boyfriend to have ever - he has prepared 12 gifts of Christmas for her, because, well he’s Jack, he’s awesome and I love him.

“Me too. And I can show you how much I love my presents,” I whispered in his ear, biting back a grin because I knew what was coming.
Jack let out a low vibrating growl and shifted beneath me. “Wench.” He said.
I pulled back with a giggle and took his face in my hands.
His eyes stared into mine.
We said nothing and everything.

This is why he is the romance king. This right here is why you want him. Every. Single. Day.

Once the meeting of the mother is out of the way, they have nothing but two whole weeks together. Two weeks with no paparazzi, no hiding, no interruptions, nothing but the two of them together.

Jack growled and yanked me to a stop. His lips came down hard, his hot tongue sliding inside, and my body instantly went from a slow simmer to a full roar. I found the stone wall at my back, and Jack pressed hard against me, on hand tangled in my hair and the other lifting my leg against his thigh.

WOW!

Seriously, how hot is he and ...he has that sexy accent! How can one say no to that? But with new relationships , comes insecurities. Keri Ann she only wants to love Jack, except he just isn’t Jack, he is Jack Eversea, the top movie star, and he comes from drama; drama that is splashed on the covers of every tabloid rag. See, he’s just a boy, standing in front of a girl, asking her to love him. (Thanks Julia!)

“You know the answer to that, Jack. You know I picked you and would do it again, and again, in a thousand different ways. I love you. I do fight for you. Everyday that I don’t let the malicious gossip slip through my trust in you. My belief in you. In us. Everyday that I live this life with you and let myself believe you picked this normal, boring small-town girl instead of a thousand willing beauty queens.”

Once they get all their ducks in a row, let the Christmas celebrations begin!

Jack hauled me back into the doorframe mid-rush and planted a kiss on my lips.
“What?” I asked impatiently.
“Mistletoe,” he mumbled, nodding to where he’s tacked it above the front door.
“Won’t ever pass it up.”
God he was cute.

UMMM hello Jack, got myself a mistletoe, it’s above my head, it’s here, just lean in closer, closer, closer. Ok fine, ignore my requests!

So it’s come full circle, it's supposed to be the end. It was suppose to help us with closure, it did the opposite. It made me want more. I e-mailed Natasha and I think I begged and pleaded for more. We need more Jack, we need a wedding, we need a baby, we just plain need more Jack. I don’t think anyone is ready to say goodbye, so my question is, when is Jack Eversea coming to my Kindle next?

It’s so good when an author puts out a novella with a couple we've met and fell in love with. So it’s like a Christmas present when Kate Roth gives us a story about Evan and Danielle’s first Christmas together. Who can forget how we met Danielle and Evan in Desire Resort. We fell head over heels for Evan, the minute he pinned her to that stucco wall.

When they finally gave in to their feelings, they had to fight hard to make it work. This little gem of a book gives us their first Christmas together, and I for one couldn’t wait to get more of DanEva. Look out Bragelina!!

What I love most is that Evan really bent over backwards for Danielle. He was chasing her, not too fast because he didn’t want to scare her off, but he knew in his heart this was it. He was just waiting for her to catch up!

Evan was standing at the curb, leaning against the driver’s side door of a huge black Escalade with a smirk on his lips and a dark red scarf around his neck. He was in his leather jacket, holding the phone to his ear. God, I’d missed that face. He looked so beautiful standing there- like a dream. I crashed into him, wrapping my arms around his neck, suddenly unaffected by the icy wind whipping around my exposed skin. I breathed in his cologne and refused to let go. Evan hummed into my hair and squeezed me tight, shifting for a moment to slop his phone in his pocket.

“Merry Christmas, baby,” he said, pulling back to look down at me.

I’m sorry I think I swooned and actually went awww. So he shows up with what every single girl wants at Christmas time -a get away. He’s taking her to a beautiful house, a mansion where I swear I was transported into Bing Crosby’s White Christmas.

While at this massive mansion, he showers her with gifts that make your heart melt, and then finally, finally she sees, that this is it. He is the one. He is it. And he wants her. Always

“I love you, Danielle.”

“I love you, Evan.”

Every time the words feel from this mouth, I rejoiced internally. He loved me. He had been loving me for months and it felt like a lifetime. Evan’s hand skimmed the length of my naked body, causing goosebumps to scatter along my flesh. He pressed his hot mouth to all his favorite places.

Just like that, this story has come full circle. We fell in love with Evan in Last Resort and In best Laid Plans he solidified our love for him, but in Hollywood, he made my heart swell with joy and happiness. Thank you Kate, for giving us a peak into their life years later. It was a magical journey and I thank you so very much.

DanEva forever!!!!

Jack and Keri Ann have been together for a while now, but they haven't seen each other for over two weeks. Jack had business in Los Angeles and Keri Ann was busy with school.
But now they're back together - on their way to England, to spend a few weeks celebrating the holidays with Jack's mom.
But something seems to trouble Jack. Is it the fact that he's back in England? Is he not so sure about their relationship anymore???
Read it to find out ☺
........

I absolutely LOVED this little novella!
How can anything be better than Jack Eversea smelling like cinnamon and pinetrees???
The whole atmosphere was so adorably romantic and christmassy.
And Christmas didn't stop this story from being incredibly sexy too!!

I loved the presents Jack had for Keri Ann....little surprises every day.
We had funny moments, cute moments, very moving moments...
I might have cried a little here and there...or rather, everwhere ☺

This was the perfect holiday novella about our darlings Jack and Keri Ann and there's LOTS of room for MANY more novellas in the future ☺☺☺
(just my humble opinion ☺)

I LOVED IT!!!!

My Star, My Love by Natasha Boyd - 5/5

I've been a huge fan of the Eversea series ever since I read the first book so I was thrilled when I saw this bundle would be coming out soon and I was even more thrilled when I got the chance to read and review it. My thoughts about My Star, My Love? I freaking adored it! I hadn't realized how much I missed Keri Ann and Jack until I read the novella. I also loved how they spend their Christmas in England with Jack's mother. So, the story? It was wonderful. Just the type of Christmas novella that I love. Cute, quick and a bit steamy. Okay, a lot steamy! Damn, I missed Jack. Anyway... the writing was also one of my favorite things. Natasha Boyd is a fantastic writer and I've always thought the characters she created were realistic, especially Keri Ann! It was no different in this story and I loved that. Speaking of characters, Jack's mother Charlotte, was super nice. I loved her right away and really liked how she made Keri Ann feel welcome. Also, Jack's British accent was slowly coming back, even though he hated that. How freaking adorable was that?! So overall, this was a superb novella! I loved everything about it - The holiday atmosphere, reading about Keri Ann and Jack Eversea again, the wonderful writing, the sexy romantic scenes, the humor... I could go on forever. I loved it!

Many Times, Many Ways by Kate Roth - 5/5

I haven't read the Desire Resort series but this christmas novella has definitely made me curious to read the books. Let me just say this straight away: I fell in love with Evan Weston. I absolutely did. I just love how he tricked Dani into thinking he wouldn't be able to see her on time, but of course he did. Damn, that was so cute. This, together with the well-written and witty dialogue makes me want to read the series. So Evan was great character and I love his point of view but I also really liked Dani. Also a great main character and I love how Evan calls her 'sassy'. I simply have to find out how and where that nickname originated. The story was adorable. Their first christmas together, and two huge presents Evan gave Dani. I loved it all. Like I said before, the story was well-writen (this is a huge deal!) and the conversations flowed very nicely. It was short, sweet, sexy and... sassy!

My Star, My love by Natasha Boyd

Once upon a time, in the beautiful bookworm world, I visited SwoonVille. Why in the world I waited so long to visit SwoonVille is beyond me! A couple of months ago thanks to my AMAZING co-blogger, Ria, I was introduced to Jack Eversea. *Swoon* Just saying his name leaves me in a state of mush!

If you have no clue who Jack Eversea is, you are SERIOUSLY missing out!!!! Keri Ann and Jack have one of the most beautiful love stories that I ever read! When I found out that there was going to be a Christmas novella about these two characters I was ecstatic!! It's always fun to go back and revisit our favorite couples and see what they are up to ;)

My Love, My Star brings us back to SwoonVille. Oh, yes! Be prepared because Jack is on the naughty list! He has been away from Keri Ann for a few weeks and when these two reunite for an England Christmas vacation be prepared for some major swoon attacks! I don't want to get into any major details about what happened between Jack and Keri Ann before this because I don't want to spoil anything about Eversea and Forever, Jack.

This novella makes us see another side of Jack. We meet his family and friends. The scenes with his mum were absolutely beautiful! She's such a wonderful person. She welcomed Keri Ann with open arms and that made it easier for her to start enjoying this paparazzi free holiday with the love of her life. On this Christmas vacation, Keri Ann and Jack share some unforgettable moments that will bring them even more closer together. Their love is so breathtakingly beautiful! This is such an amazing gift for fans of the Eversea Series! Natasha Boyd does not disappoint! I read it two times because I just can't get enough! She has created a world where I want to live in! I loved all the new characters that were introduced in this novella and I missed the old ones. I really, really want Jazz's story!!! I miss her like crazy!!!!

This the perfect way to start the holidays! This couple will completely steal your heart! I highly suggest you read the Eversea Series, but if you feel like reading a wonderful Christmas novella, you can't go wrong with this one! Jack and Keri Ann's chemistry is out of this world!!

I give, My Star, My Love, by Natasha Boyd 5 heart-melting, romantic, Jack-Eversea-rules-the-swoon-school stars!

Many Times, Many Ways by Kate Roth

When I read the blurb for Mistletoe and Hollywood I noticed that two authors were writing a novella about their beloved characters :)

I have to admit that I did not read the Desire Resort Series, by Kate Roth, but after reading this novella about Dani and Evan I really want to read it! It took me no time at all to connect with these characters. The writing style was captivating and I devoured Many Times, Many Ways in record time!

Even if I did not read the previous books in this series, I don't feel like this novella revealed any major spoilers about Dani and Evan's journey together. It did, however, give me the chance to discover a new couple to fall in love with. Dani and Evan are super fun and sexy. These two have some pretty serious chemistry going on! I was happy to read about their first Christmas together. I can see that they have been through a lot and that this novella is wrapping up their HEA with a beautiful red bow! I'll make sure to save some time on my Christmas reading marathon for these two lovebirds ;)

I give, Many Times, Many Ways, by Kate Roth 4.5 fun, sexy, romantic stars!

If you have never read the Eversea series by Natasha Boyd, I suggest that you download that immediately. It will captivate from the very first page until the very last.

This novella was just the icing on the cake to that series. It gives us an inside look at where the couple is now. Jack and Keri Ann have gone to England, Jack’s home to spend the Christmas holidays with his mum. As we get to learn more about Jack’s childhood, showing us how the boy became the man that Jack is today. They must once again deal with the media. They seem to be worse in England than in the States.

As Jack shows Keri Ann some of his favorite places in England. The love that Jack and Keri Ann have for each other continues on from the series to this short story. I needed more of Jack. After turning the last page; I was left with the desire of wanting more of Jack and Keri Ann. I hope that one day Natasha will give us more of this couple. They will forever hold a special place in my heart and book shelve.

This time of year, when the days are shorter, the air is colder, and the bells are jingly-er, there’s nothing that warms my black little heart quite like a holiday romance. This year, I got a double shot of Hollywood love with Mistletoe & Hollywood, a holiday novella compilation from Natasha Boyd and Kate Roth.

Sweet, sassy, sexy, and soulful, this book encompasses all that is right in the romance genre.

We start with My Star, My Love, an Eversea novella by Natasha Boyd. Now, my love for Jack Eversea is widely known, and this book only serves to grow that love. The story gives us Jack and Keri Ann’s first Christmas together, and it couldn’t have been done any better. It was the perfect continuation of their story.

The couple still faces issues surrounding their relationship, and I kind of love that there are still hurdles to go through. The story remains authentic to the couple we met in Eversea and Forever Jack, and I really appreciate that.

Travelling back to Jack’s childhood home in England isn’t easy for either of them, but through everything, the bond between them is tangible, and unshakeable. I love the two of them together, and if I wasn’t so in love with Keri Ann, I would totally steal Jack from her. TRUST.

At the end of this novella, there was nothing left for me to do but sigh happily and hug my Kindle. I was so happy and satisfied at where the pair were at in their relationship. That’s not to say I wouldn’t love to read more about them. Hell, I’d read about these two grocery shopping, going to the dog groomer, even re-grouting the bathtub. Such is my love for all things Eversea.

AND THEN.

We have Many Times, Many Ways, a Desire Resort novella by Kate Roth.

Evan Weston.

Evan FREAKIN’ Weston!

You know that I adore him. I love him so much, I dedicated an entire week on the blog to his series and the author.

Evan and Dani have grown in their relationship, despite the difficulties of Evan’s crazy schedule. Through all of that, the couple’s love leaps off the page. To the point where I may or may not have shaken my husband awake, asking him why he couldn’t be more like Evan Weston…but I digress…

Much like with Jack Eversea, I fell more in love with Evan Weston in this book. His words, his actions, his innate Evan-ness…it’s all amazing. His and Dani’s first Christmas together warmed my heart (and some other areas!)

And the last chapter. Lemme tell ya, it was like a Christmas gift in and of itself.

Kate Roth brings us a fictional couple that all other fictional couples are measured against.

All in all, this is the ideal holiday romance for me. Some of my favorite couples in a fun, festive, romantic setting. All of the signature heat and passion is still there, melting snow and fogging up eReaders the world over.

Mistletoe & Hollywood is perfectly crafted, giving the reader everything they could want from a romance novel.

So Bright and So Beautiful
I cannot get enough of Jack and Keri Ann I also hope we get another novella of these two or maybe dare I say it? Another book? One that ends with certain bells and vows and maybe an epilogue with some mini Eversea’s running about? Ahem ahem? Okay okay sorry, I digress. Lets start over shall we?..This little novella is like the perfect holiday read. If you have read any of Ms. Boyd’s work then this is a must read! She has this amazing ability of injecting emotion into the pages of her books. I was again thrown back by how much Jack and Keri Ann move me. Their love shines throughout the pages. I was fighting back tears and by the end I could not keep them at bay.

My Rating
5.0 Airplane, Pastries, Drive, 12 Days, Walk, Scarf, Bull, Whiskey, Water, Confessions, Sea Glass, Adopted Turtle, Tax Leins, Building Project, Collage Journal, Unspoken Forever Love Promises Filled Stars!! Eeeeep loved loved loved it!

Talk About a Hot Christmas
Evan and Dani huh? LOVED THEM!! I want MORE!! I haven’t read any of Ms Roth’s previous work I’m starting to think I’ve let myself down somehow. LOL talk about spunk Dani was a total delight and Evan?..I’m dying to find out more! As I just mentioned this is my first introduction two these two wonderful characters I wasn’t sure how it would work but let me tell you it was great! This was a super fun and fast read full of wonderful surprises that created wonderful long lasting memories. I don’t know what struggles these two had in the past so there wasn’t that connection…BUT everything else was great. I was able to easily embrace this couples joy and was happy to see them achieve and happily ever after that always turns my heart to mush.

My Rating
4.5 Delayed Plans, Fifi, Mansion, Christmas Tree, Selfies, Ditch, Chili Pepper, Pickle, Beach, Special Ornament, Living Room, Back Yard, Swimming Pool, Logan, Sugar Cookies, Truth or Dare, Full Circle Passionate everlasting Love filled stars!

***This review is only for the Kate Roth book. I haven't read the Eversea series (but have it on my Kindle to read). I will update this review after I've caught up with Natasha Boyd's series.***

Oh, what another sweet story between Dani and Evan. Evan is even more romantic in this story.

These Desire Resort books are fun reads and currently just about Dani and Evan. Kate Roth states there will be more books in this series coming in 2015 and I look forward to reading them!

***Now adding my review of the Eversea novella. Star count remains the same***

3 overall stars I liked this little glimpse into Jack and Keri Ann's life not long after they reunite. Again, I was back to being frustrated with Keri Ann and her inability to accept the famous part of Jack's lifestyle but it is short lived in this story. Her Christmas present to him was sweet.

"Mistletoe and Hollywood" is two delightful Christmas novellas bundled in one package.

In "My Star, My Love" Keri Ann, who is deadly afraid of flying, conquers her fear and jets to England with Jack Eversea to spend Christmas with his mother. Jack, as caring as ever, shows Keri Ann a marvelous time. However, when Jack begins to shower her with pre-Christmas gifts, Keri Ann worries that a Christmas proposal is coming and she's not sure she's ready for that. Though short, this novella is every bit as engaging as Natasha Boyd's full length novels and the romance is as steamy as ever. Thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended.

In "Many Times, Many Ways" Danielle spends the holidays with Evan Weston in the house he bought her as a Christmas present. Apprehension hits Danielle when she realizes how fast things are going. Fabulous dialogue and lots of sexual tension kept me glued to this Kate Roth story. Highly recommended.

Review of Many Times, Many Ways by Kate Roth:

I was given a copy of this from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Oh my gawd, it was so fluffy! *cuddles it*

I didn't know this story was available anymore, so I was really excited when Kate asked if I'd read/review it but also let me know that it was back up on Amazon as its own story. So I didn't have to wait for Christmas!

...I don't read holiday stories during the holidays. But I'll totally read them during other parts of the year. #IDoWhatIWant

Anyway, loved this story. It was the perfect conclusion to Danielle and Evan. I swear I was beaming while reading the entire blasted story.

I bought this for the Eversea Novella. That being said I was a little disappointed it was only 8 months later. It's quite short really...10 chapters in total, and not bad considering it's based on Christmas with Jack's mom, Charlotte.
All in all, it's a nice addition to the first 2 books in the series.

Desire Resort Series Novella Review

Evan does not do anything half mass. I truly enjoyed him and Danielle first Christmas together and how she helped erase his doubt of self worthy. No they never do anything by the book but the one thing they did was beautiful and SO Evan.

I can't wait for more because little Logan needs some cousins or siblings.

Book Review - My Star, My Love by Natasha Boyd - ***** I love Jack Freaking Eversea Stars

You know those books that you read, and you fall in love with the location as well as the leading man, Eversea was those books for me. But it’s been a while since i’d read them, so I wasn’t sure if my memory was deceiving me, like the boy you used to lust after in your teens, and then you look back and see a pimply spotty kid. I’m glad to report Jack Freaking Eversea is just as delicious on this go around as he ever was before.

We pick up with our story, as Jack and Keri Ann are living apart but trying to find time to see each other when their schedules dictate. Looking forward to a three week break away to celebrate Christmas, this doesn’t start as they planned and tensions are high between the couple. They are over in England to help celebrate with Jack’s mum. One particular scene walking through a field made me laugh, part in the scene itself and also in part, because in the part of the world I live in, jumping stiles and walking through fields containing animals is quite commonplace.

Keri-Ann still hates everything that goes with Jack being in the spotlight, and Jack’s quiet and jumpy.
Soon though, everything is out in the open, and things are as they should be between our couple.

Jack kept bringing out a gift for the twelve days of Christmas and some of them were so sweet and romantic, they even warmed my cold dead heart. Jack is one of the few guys that when he does something romantic, I don’t want to reach for the sick bucket, I want to send Keri-Ann sprawling out of the way and stand in her place.

I think the balance is for me, although he’s a bit of a romantic, it’s just kind of an open honesty about his feelings, rather than overly gushing declarations. That and his tendency to get a little alpha and growly, keep me a very happy bunny.

I was hoping to save Jack for Christmas to be savoured in front of a roaring fire with a mulled wine in hand. As it happens, we are two weeks later, but the fire is burning and i’m sat here toasting a job very well done.

Natasha did in a novella what any great author can do, she captured the nuances of the characters that made you love them in the first place, and made me want to pick up Eversea and Forever Jack and start right back at the beginning again.

Jack will always hold a very special place in my heart.

Mistletoe & Hollywood, the special Christmas release that contains the above is still on sale for 99p but this will not last, so go and grab your copy now and join me in the swooning.

MY STAR, MY LOVE. I knew I missed Jack and Keri Ann, I just didn’t know how much until I started reading this novella. After Forever, Jack, Keri Ann and her not-really-great relationship with the ‘celebrity lifestyle’ left me terribly curious to see how she would approach the world that so freaked her out, but that now was part of her everyday life. Well, I must say, I’m proud of her. She’s doing quite good and the love she and Jack share keeps warming your heart like old times, if not even more! Plus, who would resist to twelve days of amazing Christmas gifts? And, more importantly, how could any of us possibly resist to Jack-freaking-Eversea?

MANY TIMES, MANY WAYS. I admit at first I was a bit afraid about this novella, the author was new to me and we all know that jumping in a series without having read the first instalments sometimes can be a real challenge . . . And yet, this wasn’t the case at all. Danielle and Evan’s Christmas was simply lovely to read about. As a matter of fact, I liked it so much that I want to go back and read how it all started. No matter if I now know what it’s going to be for those two in the end, they sound like a sparkling match and I want to hear their story from the very beginning. Yes, it’s also an excuse to spend more time with Evan, sue me!

I had a pleasurable time with both Jack and Evan novellas, I loved that they were kinda linked, and not only they put a smile on my face, but they definitely lit up an even greater desire in me to start celebrating this holiday . . .

I received a free copy of this book from the Author for an honest review. This does not affect in any way my opinion of the book nor the content of my revieworiginally posted on Darkest Sins.

Nothing like waking up with a hottie on your mind. Thanks to Kate and Natasha I got to wake up with two. Wow is all I can say. What a wonderful way to begin the holidays. Loved their Christmas story. The intertwining of mistletoe with forever.

Natasha I have to say you have just made a fan out of me. I am told I am an oddball by reading the ending from time to time to read a book. I loved meeting Keri Ann and Jack Everseas. Wow!! I love meeting a man who found the one to bring him full circle and accept that he is worth the risk. This man blew me away. I am glad Keri Ann found a way to show him how much she loves him. Loved it!! Will be looking into the first two books.

Kate you never let me down. Your books from the start have captivated me. I love that Dani and Evan get the happily ever after they deserve. Omg if they are not caliente sexy!! Evan can lead me anywhere. A man who takes the time to describe the perfect woman with his mom, and later recognize her when he sees her has my heart. I love a man who becomes a bit unsure of himself when proving his love.

These two actors found a way through all the hassles of being stars to find true love and find a little normality. Love is nothing but risk, and these guys know how to take one in the most creative ways. Loved it. A must read. Perfect to snuggle up with at night and a cup of hot cocoa.

I instantly fell head over heel in love with Jack and Keri Ann when I met them in Eversea. Forever Jack was just as fantastic, and I didn't realize how much I missed these too. This novella was just perfect.

It had been awhile since I read these two characters and their story, but I found I was immediately captured in with them again. They just enveloped me in with their love, and it was so wonderful just to spend some time with them again. Their story is full of love, some questions and doubts, but overall its got all the love.

This novella will get you feeling all of that love, and it will have you realizing once again why you love these characters so much. This novella is just sweet and wonderful and just oh so beautiful.

I will also admit that I hadn't read anything by Kate Roth, but her writing was so wonderful as well. I loved the novella she had in this book, and I was immediately intrigued with Evan and Danielle. I think I might need to check out more on those two....

This is just a fantastic novella for two sets of characters that will have you just feeling the love and all of the holiday joy. Their stories are beautiful, and these novellas just show you once again why you love them so much.

When I heard that Danielle and Evan were getting a holiday novella, I screamed like a crazy lady. I was so excited their story wasn't ending!!! And a Christmas story, who doesn't love Christmas??? Well Evan and Danielle are getting to sped Christmas together, their first one. Evan has cleared his film schedule to make it home to be with Danielle. The couple spends a lot of time apart, but this wasn't going to be one of them.

What Evan has in mind will blow you Christmas out of the water. He has a huge surprise for Danielle (actually 2 of them). It was the most sweet and romantic Christmas presents ever. But of course, Danielle being Danielle is kind of freaking out. Things are changing and changing fast. She is not so sure what to make of all of it, that is until Evan tells Danielle the story of what his mom told him before she died. It will melt your heart. Even the Grinch would tear up!

I have to tell you, this story had everything for me. Laughter, tears, and so heartwarming. If you didn't know, I am a huge Kate Roth fan. Her books are as sweet as she is. I don't want to giveaway the ending here, but I hope there is much more Danielle and Evan in the future!!

4.5 Christmas Stars! I received two early Holiday gifts from two of my fav authors! Natasha Boyd and Kath Roth. I am a goner for the Hollywood Hottie falls for beautiful girl next door. I loved both of these original series, and remembered wanting more of the happy ever after; and I got just that with this sweet Holiday novella. What I love about both authors was on full display in both of these stories: Keri Ann and Jack get a picturesque Christmas in England, and Evan gives Danielle the ultimate gift of love. The testament of a good short is that you don't want it to end, and as much as I loved this book, I still don't want it to end. Natasha left a little wiggle room for maybe another story? Natasha please consider it! Thanks Ladies for this precious gift!

I was pulled right into this short story. The story has laughs, pain, betrayal, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first
Last Resort (Desire Resort, #1)
Best Laid Plans (Desire Resort, #2)

This is more of Danielle and Evan’s story. This is a short novella of how they spend the holidays. Danielle is hoping they can spend their first Christmas together but with their schedules will that be able to happen? Evan wants all his holiday plans to go perfectly. Will they both get there wishes to come true?

I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

Be still my beating heart! More Jack Eversea! I read both stories in this book, but having not read Last Resort, I didn't have the same emotional connection with Evan that I had with Jack.

The first Christmas's for both couples were really sweet. Of course they had their trials and it was good to see them working together to get through them and come out stronger.

Both Jack and Evan made me swoon. I would love more Eversea novels, but understand that Jack and Kerri Ann are in a good place right now. I also need to pick up Kate Roth's series and really meet Evan Weston and Danielle Ward.

Pretty awesome!
I love the concept of this book. The collaboration between two good authors was a great way to put this book together. I had read Natasha's books but not Kate's, big mistake. I had to stop half way and read the Last Resort series so I could finish this book. I loved all of them. This book wrapped everything up into a nice little holiday package. Beautiful stories ladies, I loved it!

I really loved both of these series so I was thrilled when I saw this was coming out. I enjoyed both stories but the Desire book was better for me even though I enjoyed the Eversea series more originally. I just felt the ending of the Eversea book was way too abrupt. I'm hoping that series continues and that's why the author left this novella where she did. I loved the Desire novella. A perfect end to the series. Just beautiful.

Both stories are great follow-up to the series. Totally swoon-worthy! I personally can not get enough of these two great couples.

"Hollywood" made the better impression on me however since we get to see Evan in entirely different light in this novella (Jack was always amazing to me). He has so much more depth compared to the guy that we first met on the island.

I am certain that both Jack Eversea fans and Evan Weston fans would adore this one!
