Had only planned on skimming thru this book for info on how to strengthen my legs to avoid knee surgery, but ended up reading one article then the next and so on. Not sure if its advice will keep me from knee surgery but it motivated me to keep up with exercises that I had not done for many years. So if I do end up with the surgery, i will be able to recover from it more quickly .
