A science fiction romance novel with a paranormal element –
Running, so far and so fast that she didn’t have time too look back, Anya needed to escape. With her sister’s help she’d managed to slip away from the arranged joining her family had planned for her. Being sold into a type of slavery where her inner Gift, her power, would be extracted for use by the controlling Elders wasn’t an option. What she needed now was help.
Having been contracted to hunt down and retrieve Anya, Logan knew where his duties lay. He wasn’t prepared however for the chase she would lead, or the fight she would give. With all his military training and his years of experience he has to face the choices Anya brings to his life.
With everything she believes in, in danger, will Anya fight alone or will she be able to convince Logan that her cause is just. Only the Goddess can decide, but with words of an ancient prophesy echoing through her life, has the future already been decided? Does anyone actually have a choice?

Since them 'The Gifted Series' has extended to four books, the first of which, 'Anya', now included 'The Beginning'.
